Vliv čistší produkce na zaměstnanost v podniku

Environmentální inovace, stejně jako jiné typy inovací, mohou být chápány jako faktor zvyšující konkurenceschopnost podniku. Přehledová studie uvádí vlivy environmentálních inovací na kvalitu pracovního prostředí, zaměstnanost a kvalifikaci v podniku. Čistší produkce je jednou z preventivních strategií omezování negativních důsledků produkce podniku pro životní prostředí. Ekonomické a environmentální důsledky čistší produkce jsou v literatuře popsány, méně jsou však známy její sociální důsledky. Evropské výzkumy z posledních let uvádí, že integrovaná opatření ochrany životního prostředí v podnicích mívají z hlediska zaměstnanosti spíše neutrální nebo mírně pozitivní charakter. Pokud dochází k nárůstu počtu pracovních míst, pak pouze v malém množství případů a v podnicích, kde převládá poptávka po vysoce kvalifikované práci. Významné však mohou být změny kvality pracovního prostředí a růst kvalifikace zaměstnanců

Testing of angular precision automatic targeting of total stations

Cílem bakalářské práce je otestovat automatické a ruční cílení tří totálních stanic na čtyři různé odrazné hranoly podle normy ČSN ISO 17123-3 a navrženého experimentu. Výsledkem je určení směrodatné odchylky měření vodorovných směrů a porovnání s odchylkami udávanými od výrobce.The aim of bachelor thesis is to test the automatic and manual targeting of three total stations on four different reflection prisms according to ČSN ISO 17123-3 and the proposed experiment. The result is standard deviation of measuring horizontal directions and comparison with the deviations given by the manufacturer

The electrical properties of modified ionic liquids

Tato práce se zabývá iontovými kapalinami a využitím těchto kapalin jako elektrolytu v lithium-iontových akumulátorech. V práci jsou popsány základní vlastnosti sekundárních elektrochemických článků a vlastnosti iontových kapalin. V práci je také popsán postup modifikace a měření iontových kapalin. V práci jsou také uvedeny výsledky měření vodivosti a potenciálového okna modifikovaných iontových kapalin.This thesis deals with ionic liquids and use of ionic liquids as electrolytes in lithium-ion batteries. Thesis describes basic characteristics of secondary electrochemical cells and characteristics of ionic liquids. Thesis also describes modifications and measurement of ionic liquids. Thesis also presents the results of measurement conductivity and potential window of modified ionic liquids.

Tato práce se zabývá mural artem jako streetartovou disciplínou. Stručně popisuje vývoj muralismu do 20. století. Následně se zabývá vývojem street artu od příchodu graffiti až po současnost, přičemž hlavní důraz je kladen na mural art. Hlavní část textu ukazuje tento vývoj v České republice, zmiňuje přední osobnosti české scény mural artu a následně mapuje její hlavní centra a uvádí konkrétní příklady murálových maleb. The Use of Palletising System in the Production of Shaped Parts

Import 26/06/2013V mé bakalářské práci řeším problém nežádoucích časů při výrobě součástí, které se odstraňují zaváděním paletizačního systému. V teoretické části se zabývám zkracováním nežádoucích časů ve výrobě, pomocí paletizačního systému, částí systému, ze kterých je složen a jejich charakteristikou. Dále se zaměřuji na přenos dat z měřícího stroje do CNC frézky. V praktické části bakalářské práce posuzuji celý proces paletizačního systému. Od zaměření obrobku na měřícím stroji, přes samotné frézování obrobku a následné přeměření na pracovišti kontroly, kde zkoumám naměřené odchylky. Odchylky naměřené po frézování porovnávám s odchylkami uvedenými na výkresu navrženém konstruktérem. Podle odchylek je možné posoudit přesnost paletizačního systému ve výrobě.In my bachelor thesis I solve the problematic of undesirable times during the process of elements making, which are eliminated threw the use of the palletization system. In the practical part I deal with the shortening of undesirable times in production, with the contribution of palletization system, parts of the system, from which it is put together and with their characteristic. More over, I concentrate on date transfer from measurement machine to CNC milling machine. In the practical part of my bachelor thesis I mention the whole process of palletization system. From the workpiece directing on measurement machine, to milling of the workpiece itself and its consequent remeasurement at the work-place of control, where I study measured deviations. Deviations measured after the milling, I compare with the deviations mentioned on the sketch, made by the constructer. Import 26/06/2013Cílem bakalářské práce „Dopady finanční krize na investiční banky“ je porovnat dopady finanční krize na investiční a komerční bankovnictví. V první části se zaměřuji na definici pojmu investiční bankovnictví, modely institucionálního uspořádání a produkty investičního bankovnictví. Druhá část popisuje ukazatele rentability a výsledky hospodaření jednotlivých bank. Třetí část je věnována analýze příčin finanční krize a dopadů finanční krize na investiční a komerční bankovnictví dle vybraných kritérií.The aim of the thesis "Impacts of the financial crisis on the investment banks" is to compare the impacts of the financial crisis on investment banking and commercial banking. Automatic image screenshots retrieval from video data using JAVA platform

Tato práce se zabývá automatickým rozpoznáváním přechodu scén videa na platformě JAVA. Byl vytvořen experiment, který rozpoznává přechody scén ve vzorcích videa a vyhodnocuje přesnost rozpoznávání. Pro realizaci experimentu bylo vytvořeno 512 vzorků videa (256 s přechodem scén a 256 bez přechodu), každý o sedmi snímcích. Tyto vzorky byly analyzovány a pomocí rozhodovacího stromu klasifikovány do jedné ze dvou tříd, podle toho, obsahují-li přechod scén či nikoliv. Pro to byl využit nástroj RapidMiner a jeho rozšíření VIMI a IMMI. Cílem této práce je natrénovat automatické rozpoznávání přechodu scén a najít optimální nastavení rozhodovacího stromu pro co nejvyšší přesnost klasifikace. Nejvyšší dosažená přesnost byla 75,2 %.This thesis deals with automatic detection of transition scenes videos on the JAVA platform. It was created experiment, which recognizes the scene transitions in video samples and evaluates the recognition accuracy. For the realization of the experiment was created 512 video samples (256 with and 256 without scenes transitions), each of the seven screenshots. These samples were analyzed and by decision tree classified into one of two classes, depending on where they contain a transition of scenes or not. For it was used RapidMiner tool, and its extensions VIMI and IMMI. The purpose of this thesis is train the automatic detection of scenes transition and find the optimal settings of a decision tree for the highest classification accuracy. Highest accuracy was 75.2 %.

Shared economy in the environment of small renewable electric energy sources

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá sdílenou ekonomikou v prostředí malých obnovitelných zdrojů, analyzuje trh sdílené ekonomiky v prostředí malých obnovitelných zdrojů se specifickým zaměřením na možnou implementaci těchto principů v České republice. V práci řeším otázku, jestli je systém sdílené ekonomiky v prostředí malých obnovitelných zdrojů životaschopným a udržitelným řešením. Práce analyzuje zahraniční projekty zabývající se sdílením elektrické energie z malých obnovitelných zdrojů elektrické energie. Na základě těchto zahraničních řešení jsou formulovány principy nejlépe odpovídající pro prostředí České republiky. Práce se dále zabývá implementací těchto principů, v konkrétní lokalitě. Na základě implementace principů v dané lokalitě je zhotoven návrh pilotního projektu. Součástí práce je i analýza ekonomického zhodnocení a udržitelnosti projektu.This diploma thesis deals with the shared economy in the industry of small renewable resources. First, the market of the shared economy in the industry of small renewable resources is analyzed, with a focus on the possible implementation of those principles in the Czech Republic. The thesis addressed the question of whether system of shared economy in a small renewable resource environment is viable and sustainable solution. The thesis analyzes foreign projects with are focused on the sharing of electricity from small renewable energy sources. Based on these foreign projects, the principles best suited for the Czech Republic are formulated. The thesis also deals with the implementation of these principles in a specific location. Based on the implementation of the principles in the given site, a pilot project is being drafted. Part of the thesis is an analysis of the economic evaluation and sustainability of the project
