Emotional Features of Women as Mothers

У статті викладено результати теоретичного й емпіричного дослідження емоційного супроводу жінки в процесі реалізації материнської ролі. Опрацювання цієї проблеми в науковій думці дало змогу встановити складну структуру материнської ролі в житті жінки, її важливість для розвитку дитини, множинність культурних та індивідуальних варіантів прояву. Обґрунтовано до-цільність здійснення дослідження емоційних особливостей жінки в процесі реалізації материнської ролі. Мета першого етапу емпіричної програми – формування груп вибірок досліджуваних: до першої увійшли жінки-матері, рівень «емоційного вигорання» яких був низьким та помірно-середнім, у той час як до другої – з високими показниками за цією ознакою. Відмінності в показниках «емоційного вигорання» двох досліджуваних груп виявлено на статистично значущому рівні. Ми припускаємо, що ці результати зумовлені саме процесом виконання жінкою своєї материнської ролі. Продовження вивчення емоційних характеристик жінок під час реалізації ними материнської ролі засвідчило, що матерів, які не переживають «емоційного вигорання» в процесі виховання дитини, характеризує гарне самопочуття, активна позиція та позитивний настрій. Останній етап діагностичної програми був зорієнтований на вивчення особливостей типу взаємин із дитиною в жінок двох досліджуваних груп. Порівняння та зіставлення результатів засвідчує наявність відмінностей у групах досліджуваних: для жінок, емоційні переживання яких носять позитивний характер, взаємодія з дитиною здебільшого гармонійна. Вони позитивно налаштовані на свою дитину: чутливі до її потреб, творчі у взаємодії з нею, не обмежують її самостійність та активність. Жінки з підвищеними показниками емоційного виснаження продемонстрували труднощі у взаємодії з дитиною: у них виявилося недостатньо розвинене почуття прийняття та любові, нерозуміння дитячих бажань, неадекватне оцінювання дитячих можливостей. Підсумовуючи результати наукових пошуків, варто відзначити, що виконання жінкою материнської ролі здатне супроводжуватись і позитивними, і негативними емоційними станами, котрі мають свій вплив на безпосередню взаємодію з дитиною. This paper presents the results of theoretical and empirical studies of the necessity of emotional support of women in the implementation of the parent role. Studying the problem made it possible to determine the complex structure of the parent role in a woman’s life, its importance for the development of the child, and the multiplicity of cultural and individual variants influencing the woman. The fundemental necessity of carrying out research into emotional characteristics of women in the implementation of the maternal role is paramount. The aim of the first phase of the study was the formation of groups to be investigated : the first included mothers on the level of «emotional burnout» which was low to moderately average, while the second was rated – with high scores on this basis. The differences in terms of «emotional burnout» of the two studied groups were found to be at a statistically significant level. The author suggests that these results are due to the process of development of a woman in her role as a mother. The study of the emotional characteristics of women in the implementation of their maternal role showed that mothers who are not experiencing «emotional burnout» in the upbringing of their child were characterized by their active role in child rearing and a positive attitude. The last stage of the diagnostic program was aimed at studying the characteristics of the type of relationships in the two studied groups. Comparison and correlation of the results shows that there were differences in the groups studied: for women with emotional experiences which are of a positive nature, the interaction with the child was mostly harmonious. These women were positively disposed to her child and sensitive to her needs, creative in her relations with the child and did not limit the child’s independence and activity. Women with increased rates of emotional exhaustion showed difficulties in interaction with the child: they provided insufficiently to developing a sense of acceptance and love, misunderstood the child’s desires, and did not adequately assess the child’s capabilities. Summarizing the results of the research, it is worth noting that the performance of a woman as a parent is dependent on both positive and negative emotional variables which have a direct impact on her interaction with the child

Potential Use of Web 2.0 Tools in Technical Analysis of Securities

The purpose of this thesis is to examine what, if any, insight Web 2.0 tools can give to an investor on the human factor influencing market behaviour. The hypothesis is that Web 2.0 tools reflect the general population mindset, which in turn mirrors the market fluctuations and trends. Therefore, this information can be used to understand market fluctuations, to detect trends, and to recognize the emergence of market bubbles from the behavioural finance point of view. The information and its potential application is looked at from a purely theoretical point of view. This dissertation is split into four distinct parts. The first covers behavioural elements influencing the volatility of the market, and whether it is entirely efficient. To understand this, specific elements influencing the decision-making process of investors are considered, specifically herding behaviour, the influences of opinion leaders and overconfidence caused by illusion of knowledge. The second part focuses on defining what precisely Web 2.0 is and what information it delivers, particularly highlighting information it displays on human behaviour. Particular attention is paid to social networks, as they are a perfect breeding ground for formation of bias. On the basis of the two preceding sections, the tools are analysed from the perspective of what value they carry for investors’ trading strategies. Since human sentiment is one of the major factors influencing pricing anomalies in the market, a study on a social network’s ability and potential to predict future market fluctuations is analysed. Finally, the last section analyses the various key risks and oversights occurring in relation to human behaviour elements and the tools discussed. The findings confirmed that Web 2.0 elements reflect human behaviour, particularly since its [Web 2.0’s] design is centred around interaction between users and sharing of opinions and ideas. It has also revealed that just as much as it reveals the human factor, it influences those elements as well. This means that Web 2.0 tools are fundamental in development of trends and herding behaviour

Productivity of trading enterprises activity as an object of management

У статті розглянуто теоретичні основи визначення продуктивності підприємств роздрібної торгівлі як об’єкта управління. Досліджено погляди зарубіжних і вітчизняних науковців на визначення ефективності управління підприємствами. Розглянуто підхід до управління результативністю діяльності торговельних підприємств, що використовують сучасні методи прогнозування обсягів продажів, зокрема, продемонстровано методологію підходу щодо застосування багатофакторного економетричного моделювання з використанням фіктивних змінних до процесу прогнозування динаміки основних показників ефективності діяльності підприємств галузі роздрібної торгівлі. Сформовано основні економетричні закономірності залежності прогнозних величин обсягу продажів від основних факторів. Запропонована наочна візуалізація ідеї прогнозування обсягів виручки підприємств сфери роздрібної торгівлі. Обґрунтовано доцільність застосування описаної методології для цілей поліпшення результативності діяльності підприємств сфери роздрібної торгівлі. Запропоновано перелік заходів постійного характеру, спрямованих на збільшення результативності діяльності підприємств за рахунок застосування сучасних методів прогнозування основних показників дохідної частини їх бюджетів. Наведені висновки і перспективи подальших досліджень передбачають глибокий аналіз реальних показників компаній сфери роздрібної торгівлі та імплементацію запропонованого в процесі досліджень і подальшої роботи програмного забезпечення.The article considers the theoretical basis for determining of the retail industry enterprises effectiveness as an object of management. The approaches of foreign and domestic scientists to the definition of enterprises performance management concept are investigated. An approach to managing of the retail industry enterprises effectiveness, which using a modern methods of sales volumes forecasting, is considered, in particular, the methodology of approach to the multivariate econometric modeling with dummy variables in forecasting process of key performance indicators dynamics of retail industry enterprises using, is demonstrated. The basic econometric patterns of the predicted values dependence of sales volume on the main factors are formed. Visualization of the forecasting idea of the volume of revenues of retail enterprises is proposed. The expediency of described methodology applying for effectiveness improving of the retail industry enterprises activity is substantiated. The list of permanent nature measures, which aimed at the enterprises activity effectiveness increasing through the forecasting modern methods using of the main indicators of revenue side of their budgets are proposed. Conclusions and prospects for further research, which were made in this article, include of the retail industry company’s real indicators in-depth analysis and the software implementation, which proposed in the process of research and subsequent work
