Does Ownership Structure Pay Attention to The Corporate Cash Policy? Evidence in Indonesia Firms
Cash and its use will connect to many things, such as the performance of corporate governance. This empirical research examines the interaction effect of insider ownership, institutional ownership, and independent board toward the influence of cash policy on the firm value. This research using agency theory framework, corporate governance using Indonesia listed firms’ samples over 2001-2017 (197 firms, 3349 observation). Fixed effect dynamic panel regression and regression-moderated analysis used in this research. We show that these results suggest that the insider ownership, institutional ownership, and independent board strengthen the influence of the corporate cash policy on firm’s value. It develops the previous research findings in Indonesia, especially in the implication of cash management from the perspective of agency theory and corporate governance.JEL Classification: G32, L2
HUMAN CAPITAL, SOCIAL CAPITAL DAN PENGARUNYA TERHADAP KINERJA PERUSAHAAN (STUDY PADA BANK SLEMAN)
Research conducted as an explanatory and predictive research. Explanatory
research aims to explain a phenomenon. This study used population study. The
population in this study included all employees of the Bank Sleman Yogyakarta.
This study tried to know the influence of applied human capital and social
capital on the performance of an organization, company. The research results
can be seen that 1) human capital have an influence on the performance of the
organization and 2) social capital has an influence on organizational
performance. The results of this study support the results of research conducted
by Li danWu. (2004) is a positive and significant relationship between
intellectual capital and company performance. This is consistent with those
expressed by Agarwala, (2003) and. Guthrie et al, (2002), namely an increase in
human capital will result in greater competitiveness and performance. In
creating a competitive advantage requires social capital such as the ability to
locate, utilize and combine skills, knowledge and experience of others, inside
and outsidetheorganization.

The Impact of Bank Behavior, Financial Literacy on Investment Decisions, Mediation of Financial Inclusion and Debt Behavior. Study on Working Capital and Investment Debtors at Regional Development Bank YOGYAKARTA Indonesia
Bank behavior, financial literacy, financial inclusion, debt behavior, and investment affect the economic growth of an industry. The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of bank behavior, financial literacy, financial inclusion, debt behavior on investment decisions of working capital and investment debtors in the Regional Development Bank of Yogyakarta. Indonesia. Examine the mediating role of financial inclusion, debt behavior on investment decisions. The research sample are 280 debtors. The analysis model used mediation regression with the PLS program. The results showed that: Bank behavior has an effect on financial inclusion. Bank behavior has an effect on debt behavior. Financial literacy has an effect on financial inclusion. Financial literacy has an effect on debt behavior. Financial inclusion mediates the effect of bank behavior on investment decisions. Debt behavior mediates the effect of financial literacy on investment decisions. The managerial implication of this research is: the flexibility of providing credit to customers, must be followed by control of the use of funds. Financial literacy, financial inclusion and higher debtor debt behavior will increase the movement of the industry. The right investment will improve entrepreneurial and banking performance

Uang tunai dan penggunaannya akan terhubung ke banyak hal, seperti kinerja tata kelola perusahaan. Penelitian empiris ini menguji pengaruh interaksi kepemilikan orang dalam, kepemilikan institusional, dan dewan independen terhadap pengaruh kebijakan kas terhadap nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan kerangka teori agensi, tata kelola perusahaan menggunakan sampel perusahaan-perusahaan terdaftar di Indonesia selama 2001-2017 (197 perusahaan, 3349 pengamatan). Regresi panel dinamis efek tetap dan analisis moderasi regresi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Kami menunjukkan bahwa hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemilikan oleh orang dalam, kepemilikan institusional, dan dewan independen memperkuat pengaruh kebijakan kas perusahaan pada nilai perusahaan. Ini mengembangkan temuan penelitian sebelumnya di Indonesia, terutama dalam implikasi manajemen kas dari perspektif teori agensi dan tata kelola perusahaan
