Diplomová práce s názvem Příprava učitelů na integraci dětí s poruchou autistického spektra do běžné základní školy si klade za cíl ve své teoretické části seznámit čtenáře s pojmem porucha autistického spektra, jeho klasifikací a bližšími charakteristikami jednotlivých poruch, se kterými se učitel při integraci může setkat. Přináší přehled vhodných přístupů, forem a metod práce s těmito dětmi, možnosti vzdělávání a blíže se zaměřuje na integraci do běžných základních škol. Ve své výzkumné části si klade za cíl hlouběji proniknout do problematiky přípravy učitelů na integraci žáka s autismem a popis jejího následného průběhu. Na základě metod kvalitativního výzkumu, konkrétně polostrukturovaného rozhovoru a studia dokumentů, přináší soubor názorů, postojů, zkušeností, doporučení a rad integrujících učitelů a ředitelů škol, ale i názory a postoje učitelů, kteří s integrací nemají zkušenosti. Výsledky šetření mohou být podkladem pro další výzkum kvantitativního charakteru.The diploma with title Preparing the teachers for the integration of the children with autistic spektrum disorders into regular primary school aims in its theoretical part acquaint the reader with the concept of autistic spectrum disorders, the classification and individual characteristics closer disorders. It provides an overview of suitable approaches, forms and methods of work with these children, educational opportunities and further aims at integration into mainstream schools. In its research section it aims to penetrate deeper into the issue of preparing teachers to integrate pupils with autism and a description of its subsequent course. Based on qualitative research methods, namely semi-structured interviews and document research presents a collection of opinions, attitudes, experiences, recommendations and advice on how to integrate teachers and school principals, as well as opinions and attitudes of teachers who don't have experience with integration. Transformation of Social Service

Diplomová práce se zabývala problematikou transformace sociálních služeb. Cílem předložené práce bylo teoreticky popsat problematiku procesu transformace sociálních služeb a zjistit, jaká jsou rizika tohoto procesu. Práce byla tvořena teoretickou a empirickou částí. Teoretická část byla zaměřena na problematiku deinstitucionalizace služeb a legislativní rámec transformace sociálních služeb. Praktická část zjišťovala pomocí metody interview, realizované s 10 respondenty, rizika procesu transformace dle taxonomie rizik Ministerstva práce a sociálních věcí. Výstupem empirické části práce je analýza personálních rizik procesu transformace sociálních služeb v zařízení Jedličkův ústav, příspěvková organizace v Liberci. Součástí empirické části je také popisná analýza dokumentů transformace služeb v Jedličkově ústavu.Diploma thesis was occupied by the theme of the Transformation od Social Services. Object of diploma thesis was theoretical description of the transformation theme and discover the risks of this process. Diploma thesis was created by theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part was occupied to the theme of deinstitucionalisation of services and to the legal frame of the transformation of social services. Empirical part investigated risks of the transformation process by the taxonomy of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs. Empirical part was realized with 10 respondents by the interview method. Outcome of empirical part is the personal risk analysis of the transformation process in the institution in the city of Liberec Jedličkův ústav, příspěvková organizace. Úprava vzorku pro stanovení aniontů v důlní vodě s vysokým obsahem železa

Reliable analysis of anions in mine waters with high iron and sulfate contents is important for their characterization. However, both traditional and LC methods failed in direct anion analysis. The article describes two sample pretreatments - alkalization and cation exchange. The pretreated water samples were analyzed by potentiometric titration, spectrophotometry, ion chromatography with conductivity detector in suppressed regime and HPLC with diode array detector using indirect UV detection at 260 nm. Both the sample pretreatments enable determination of some anions, the former procedure being more suitable for the purpose. Potentiometric titration and spectrophotometry seem to be the most suitable due to low detection limits for all the selected anions ranging from 0.4 to 1.8 mg l-1. The application of ion chromatography and liquid chromatography with diode array detector for the purpose is also possible. However, due to very high detection limits of samples pretreated by cation exchange (26-121 mg l-1) and low recoveries of samples pretreated by alkalization (<17 %) for all the selected anions, HPLC-DAD is not suitable for analysis of real samples. Cílem předložené práce bylo teoreticky popsat problematiku sociálního kapitálu s důrazem na seniorskou populaci a v rámci praktické části práce zjistit šířku, složení a využívání sociálních vazeb seniorů v závislosti na prostředí, ve kterém žijí. Práce byla tvořena teoretickou a empirickou částí. Teoretická část byla zaměřena na seniorskou problematiku, dostupných sociálních služeb a problematiku sociálního kapitálu. Praktická část zjišťovala pomocí dotazování 40 respondentů velikost, šířku a složení sociálních sítí seniorů. Výsledky průzkumu ukazovaly, že u seniorů žijících v přirozeném sociálním prostředí tvořila nejbližší rodina větší část sociálních sítí, než u seniorů žijících v prostředí rezidenční péče, přesto byly sociální sítě seniorů žijících v přirozeném sociálním prostředí kvantitativně chudší. Navrhovaná opatření byla směřována na zvětšení sociálního kapitálu seniorů žijících v přirozeném prostředí

První část práce je zaměřena na teoretické požadavky norem, které tvoří integrovaný systém společnosti. Jedná se o normy systémů managementu ISO 9001, ISO 14001 a OHSAS 18001. Druhou část práce tvoří popis stávajícího systému řízení ve společnosti, který musí být upraven z důvodu organizační změny, která do zavedeného systému zasáhla. V závěru práce jsou pak tyto potřebné změny systému navrženy tak, aby byl integrovaný systém společnosti nadále udržován a aby byl připraven na nadcházející certifikační audit.This thesis deals with the integrated management system in company RENOGUM a.s. The first part focuses on the theoretical requirements of the standards, that make up the integrated system in the company. These are management system standard ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001. The second part comprises a description of the existing management system in the company. The system has to be modified due to the organizational changes, which occur in the company. Analysis of Corporate Waste Management

Import 29/09/2010Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou odpadového hospodářství podniku společnosti RENOGUM a.s. První část práce je zaměřena na teoretické poznatky v oblasti nakládání s odpady, a to především na legislativní požadavky. Vysvětleny jsou zde nejdůležitější pojmy odpadového hospodářství. Druhou část práce tvoří samotná analýza hospodaření s odpady, krátce je zde představena analyzovaná společnost. Dále je popsána produkce odpadů a jednotlivé kategorie odpadů, s kterými se ve společnosti nakládá. V závěru práce je provedeno zhodnocení stávajícího stavu hospodaření s odpady a jsou stanovena vyplývající doporučení.This Bachelor Thesis deals with the analyse of waste management systém of RENOGUM a.s. company. The first part of my thesis focuses on theoretical basis for the field of waste treatment mainly on legislative requirements and the most important terms of waste management are explained. The second part consists of the analyses of waste management, the company RENOGUM a.s. is slightly introduced. Also here is described waste production and particular categories of waste which arise from the company. Was Jean-Jacques Rousseau an Enlightenment philosopher?

Předložená diplomová práce se snaží poukázat na problematiku, která může být spojena s výkladem a patřičným zařazením díla francouzského myslitele Jean-Jacques Rousseaua. Rousseauovo dílo bývá až příliš snadno spojováno s díly tzv. osvícenských filosofů, proto si tato práce klade za cíl představit Rousseauovy hlavní myšlenky, zejména v jeho rozpravě O původu nerovnosti mezi lidmi a O smlouvě společenské, neboli, O zásadách státního práva, na základě kterých se pokusí určit místo tohoto myslitele v dějinách filosofie a rozhodnout, zdali byl osvícenským myslitelem či nikoli. Aby mohl být stanoven určitý závěr, je nezbytné se v úvodní části této práce seznámit s obecnou charakteristikou celého osvícenství a formulovat definici osvícenského filosofa. Za klasického osvícenského myslitele je v dějinách filosofie považován Voltaire, proto se zamyslíme i nad jeho dílem a v závěru práce se pokusíme jeho myšlenky porovnat s těmi Rousseauovými.This thesis attempts to highlight the issues associated with the interpretation and proper categorization of French thinker Jean-Jacques Rousseau. Rousseau's work is too easily associated with the works of the Enlightenment philosophers. Therefore, this thesis aims to present the main ideas of Rousseau, especially his Discourse on the Origin and Basis of Inequality Among Men and The Social Contract, Or Principles of Political Right, on the basis of attempting to determine the position of Rousseau in the history of philosophy. In order to establish a definite conclusion, it is necessary in the introductory part of this thesis to familiarize with the Enlightenment's general characteristics, and formulate a definition of an Enlightenment philosopher. Classical examples of Enlightenment thinkers include Voltaire, leaving the reader to think of other works. This diploma thesis deals with determination of the relationship between unemployment and inflation using regression analysis in V4 countries. Four models are tested. The first model is a simple model of the Phillips curve that examines the relationship between inverse unemployment and inflation. Two other models deal with the relationship between unemployment and inflation expectations. The latter model addresses the relationship between cyclical unemployment and unexpected inflation. This work also includes calculating the natural rate of unemployment and determining the standard deviation using the Delta method. This work also deals with cyclical unemployment and the presentation of supply shocks for the V4 countries

This thesis deals with the identification and synchronicity of business cycles in the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic. There are used two methods to estimate the cyclical components: the Hodrick-Prescott filter and the method of first logarithmic difference. The economic cycle is approximated using two indicators: gross domestic product and industrial production index. To assess the synchronicity of the Czech and Slovak economic cycles is used correlation analysis
