Liturgie im öffentlichen Raum – eine Herausforderung rituell-liturgischer Bildung

Die Liturgie der katholischen Kirche ist öffentliches Handeln für das Heil der Welt. Auch in der deutschenGesellschaft, in der zunehmend mehr Menschen ohne Konfession sind, ist die Kirche mit ihrerGlaubensbotschaft und ihrer rituellen Kompetenz in der Öffentlichkeit präsent. Der Aufsatz zeigt, vorwelchen Aufgaben Kirche und Liturgie stehen. An die liturgisch-rituelle Bildung der Verantwortlichenwerden durch den Verlust an Kirchenbindung bei den Teilnehmern der Gottesdienste neue Anforderungengestellt. Das öffentliche Handeln in der Liturgie oder in kirchlichen Ritualen muss vom Willengetragen sein, allen Menschen – und nicht nur den kirchlich Gebundenen – die Gottesbotschaft ingeeigneter Form zu verkünden. Dafür brauchen die Verantwortlichen nicht nur Kompetenz in Glaubensfragen,sondern ebenso in der Gegenwartskultur, in Liturgie wie Ritual.The liturgy of the church is a form of public action for the salvation of the world. Even in the Germansociety where more and more people refuse to subscribe to a religion, the church is present with itsmessage and its ritual competence. This article will show which tasks await both the church and itsliturgy. As the feeling of belonging to the church is more and more lost – even among the worshippingcommunity – the worship leaders need to receive a new type of liturgical and ritual education. Allpublic expressions of liturgy or of rituals within the church have to aim at a transmission of the Wordof God in ways that address the needs of the listeners, even the ones who are not members of thechurch. Therefore, worship leaders who lead the liturgy or preside over rituals of the church need tobe competent in matters of the faith but also in matters of contemporary culture

Powinna być ona rozumiana jako teologia w przestrzeni publicznej i jako „kulturowe laboratorium” (papież Franciszek). Teologia jako dyscyplina naukowa musi konfrontować się ze współczesnymi wyzwaniami. Zagadnienia badań uniwersyteckich mają także znaczenie teologiczne, a uniwersytet musi być autentycznie zainteresowany teologią. Jeśli teologia jest częścią publicznego dyskursu naukowego, jest to korzystne zarówno dla (niechrześcijańskiego) społeczeństwa, jak i dla Kościoła. Przyniesie to pozytywne skutki teologii, gdyż będzie miało wpływ na jej treści, formę i język.In the face of present-day pluralism, theology must re-examine its importance in church, society, and university. It must be understood as a theology in public and as a “cultural laboratory” (Pope Francis). As a scientific discipline, it must face the challenges of the present. University research questions are also of theological significance. The university must have a genuine interest in theology. If theology is part of public scientific discourse, it is profitable for (non-Christian) society like the church. It will change theology to its advantage, because it has consequences for questions, appearance and language
