Design of a Pneumatic Actuator for Door Opening of Railway Passenger Wagon

Import 02/11/2016Diplomová práce se věnuje především návrhu pneumatického a elektropneumatického ovládacího systému dveří osobních vagónů vlaků. Úvodem je zpracována rešerše popisující konstrukční řešení dveřních systémů používající se v soudobých osobních vlacích. Rešerše zahrnuje taktéž souhrn bezpečnostních požadavků daných normou ČSN EN 14752. Návrhy variant řešení, ať už pneumatických či elektropneumatických, jsou doplněny popisem funkce a specifikací použitých prvků. Závěrečnou část tvoří návrh alternativního elektromechanického pohonu dveří. Součástí práce je i vyhodnocení praktického měření při ověřování funkce navrženého pneumatického systému. Výsledky z provedených měření spolu s video a fotodokumentací a výkresovou dokumentací navrženého pneumatického systému jsou k dispozici v příloze.Master thesis is dealing especially design of pneumatic and electropneumatic control system for passenger train doors. Introduction processes research describing design solutions of door systems with current passenger trains. Research also includes a summary of the safety requirements from norm ČSN EN 14752. Designs of alternative solutions, whether pneumatic or electropneumatic, are accompanied by a description of features and specifications of used elements. The final part is the design of alternative electromechanical drive door. The work also includes evaluation of practical measurements during verifying the operation of the proposed pneumatic system. Test of doors obstruction detection sensor

In bus and train transport there are a number of requirements for the safety of the entrance door. For example there are requirements to provide obstruction detection within the door system. This should reverse the movement of the door should a passenger or some other obstruction restrict the doors operation. In case the door movement is realized by a pneumatic cylinder, obstruction detection can be achieved either by using a sensitive edge or by sensing of the door actuator pressure. Detection valve providing an electrical or pneumatic output signal to the door control system to initiate door opening. The pinching time of the subject or person must not exceed 1 s. This article describes the main safety requirements for door systems of intercity traffic trains and, above all, experimental verification of obstruction detection valve behaviour.Web of Science20192901289

Construction Design of an Interstage Conveyor for Cylindrical Objects Transport

Import 26/06/2013V této bakalářské práci byla nejprve provedena rešerše na téma dopravníků a jejich konstrukčního složení. Na základě toho byly navrženy dvě varianty konstrukčního řešení dopravníku pro dopravu válcových předmětů, z nichž byla pomocí hodnotové analýzy vybraná optimální varianta. Ta byla následně podrobně rozpracována.In the first part of this bachelor thesis, a research in conveyors and their structural composition was performed. Consequently, two alternative design solution of conveyor for cylindrical objects transport was proposed on the basis of the conducted research.
