Kateřina Králová Vedoucí práce: MUDr. Tereza Gueye Název diplomové práce: Zhodnocení ergoterapeutické intervence na lůžkách včasné rehabilitace cerebrovaskulárního centra nemocnice Abstrakt diplomové práce: Diplomová práce se zabývá hodnocením ergoterapeutické intervence na konkrétním oddělení lůžek včasné rehabilitace cerebrovaskulárního centra Všeobecné fakultní nemocnice v Praze. Předmětem zájmu jsou primárně výsledky hodnocení pomocí testu Funkční míry nezávislosti (FIM) a Montrealského kognitivního testu. Práce má dva hlavní cíle: prvním bylo zmapování a analýza používaných nástrojů k hodnocení soběstačnosti a kognitivních funkcí na zmíněném oddělení. Popis jednotlivých nástrojů hodnocení je součástí teoretické části práce. Dále je zde uveden přehled problematiky k vybranému tématu a stručný popis systému cerebrovaskulární péče v České republice. Druhým cílem bylo zhodnocení proměnných, jako jsou délka hospitalizace a kognitivní stav, ve vztahu k soběstačnosti pacientů na konci hospitalizace. Pro naplnění tohoto cíle byly stanoveny tři hypotézy. V praktické části jsou popsány výsledky využívaných nástrojů na konkrétním oddělení. Kateřina Králová Supervisor: MUDr. Tereza Gueye Title of master thesis: Evaluation of Occupational Therapy Intervention in Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation of Cerebrovascular Units Abstract This diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of occupational interventions on the specific separation of beds of early rehabilitation of the cerebrovascular center of the General University Hospital in Prague. The subject of interest is primarily the results of the assessment obtained through the Functional Independence Measure (FIM) and the Montreal Cognitive Assessment. The thesis has two main objectives, namely mapping and analyzing the tools used to assess self-sufficiency and cognitive functions in the department. You can find the description of the evaluation tools in the theoretical part of the thesis. It is also an overview of the topic of the selected topic and a brief description of the system of cerebrovascular care in the Czech Republic. The second objective was to evaluate variables such as length of hospitalization and cognitive status in relation to patient self-sufficiency at the end of hospitalization. Nutritional interventions as a prevention and treatment of pressure ulcers in geriatric clients living in social services facilities Introduction: Pressure ulcers are chronic wounds caused by pressure and friction. This is localized area of cell damage caused by a microcirculation disorder. Prevention is essential especially for immobile clients who are easily creating and developing these chronic wounds. Clinical practice shows that client positioning, use of anti-decubital aids and good nutritional support is necessary. It is important to increase the supply of individual nutrients, especially proteins, and monitor their sufficiency for treatment and prevention. The theoretical part of this diploma thesis was devoted to the etiopathogenesis, classification, prevention and treatment of pressure ulcers especially in terms of nutrition. The empirical part was focused on the examination of the nutritional status of clients with pressure ulcers (using the Mini Nutritional Assessment-Short Form questionnaire) and the concretization of the nutritional needs and the real balance of the clients with newly established pressure ulcers at the beginning and after three months of nursing. Objectives: The main objective of this thesis was to map, how many of institutionalized clients with pressure ulcers had sufficient...Nutriční intervence v prevenci a léčbě dekubitů u seniorů v zařízení sociálních služeb Úvod: Dekubity jsou chronické rány způsobené tlakem a třením. Jedná se o lokalizovanou oblast buněčného poškození způsobenou poruchou mikrocirkulace. Prevence je nezbytná především u imobilních klientů, u kterých snadno ke vzniku a rozvoji těchto chronických ran dochází. V klinické praxi se ukazuje jako nezbytné polohování klienta, používání antidekubitálních pomůcek a také kvalitní nutriční podpora. Pro léčbu i prevenci je důležité navýšit přísun jednotlivých živin především proteinů a jejich dostatečnost monitorovat. Teoretická část této diplomové práce byla věnována etiopatogenezi, klasifikaci, prevenci a léčbě dekubitů především z hlediska výživy. Empirická část byla zaměřená na vyšetření nutričního stavu u klientů s dekubity (pomocí dotazníku Mini Nutritional Assessment-Short Form) a konkretizaci nutriční potřeby a reálné bilance u klientů s nově zjištěným dekubitem na začátku a po třech měsících ošetřování. Cíle práce: Hlavním cílem práce bylo zmapovat, kolik institucionalizovaných klientů s dekubity mělo dostatečný protein-energetický příjem, a jak se tento stav změnil po třech měsících pobytu v sociálním zařízení a zda tito jedinci potřebovali nutriční podporu či nikoliv. Bakalářská práce řeší problematiku zdravotně technických a plynovodních instalací. Teoretická část je zaměřena na zdravotně technické instalace ve zdravotnických zařízeních. Výpočtová a projektová část zpracovává konkrétní řešení rozvodů kanalizace, vodovodu a plynovodu ve zdravotnickém zařízení s lékárnou. Stress of free time educators in non-profit organizations

The content is divided into two parts, a theoretical part and a practical one. In the theoretical part, terms such as stress, stressor, leisure time and its functions as well as non-profit organisation are defined. The author also describes the ventures of one non-profit organisation, particularly The Center of Ecological Education Český ráj. The theroetical part is completed with a list of ways to prevent stress.The practical part is based on data obtained in survey, both quantitative and qualitative, observing if leisure-time pedagogues are stressed at all. If so, the work explores the major stressors and their displays while the pedagogue at work. The output of the research is an overview of the most common causes of stress.Bakalářská práce se zabývá příčinami stresu u volnočasových pedagogů a tím, jak stres ovlivňuje jejich práci v neziskových organizacích. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí ? teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny pojmy stres, stresor, volný čas a jeho funkce a zásady a také vymezení pojmu nezisková organizace. Dále bakalářská práce konkrétně popisuje činnost a fungování jedné neziskové organizace, a to Střediska ekologické výchovy Český ráj.Praktická část je založena na kvantitativním i kvalitativním výzkumu, který mapuje, zda jsou volnočasoví pedagogové vůbec stresovaní, a pokud ano, co je pro ně v zaměstnání největším stresorem a jak se to projevuje na jejich pracovní činnosti. v českém jazyce Tato práce se zabývá sebehodnocením úrovně anglického jazyka u žáků středních odborných škol (ISCED 3).V pedagogickém výzkumu se sebehodnoticí otázky používají často, jak v České republice, tak na mezinárodní úrovni (např. PISA, TIMSS, ICILS). Zároveň jsou často doplněné škálovou položkou pro zaznamenání odpovědi. Pro přímé porovnání získaných odpovědí je ovšem nezbytné, aby všichni respondenti chápali položenou otázku a jednotlivé body na škále (tzn. sémantiku) totožným způsobem. Heterogenitou ve stylu odpovídání či odlišným fungováním položek se literatura a výzkum zabývá. Jednou z možností řešení je tzv. metoda ukotvujících vinět. Cílem práce je zjistit, jak se liší subjektivní hodnocení respondentů před korekcí a po korekci metodou ukotvujících vinět. Teoretická část se skládá ze dvou kapitol. V té první jsou rozebrány různé úrovně znalostí jazykových dovedností a jejich možné způsoby měření. Jedním ze způsobů je sebehodnocení, které je v práci vymezeno a je představena problematika neporovnatelnosti výpovědí respondentů. Ve druhé kapitole je pak popsána metoda ukotvujících vinět. Self-assessment questions are often used in pedagogical research, both in the Czech Republic and at the international level (e.g. PISA, TIMSS, ICILS). At the same time, they often contain a rating scale for recording the answer. However, for a direct comparison of the answers obtained, all respondents must understand both the question asked and individual points on the scale in the same way. Literature and research deal with heterogeneity in reporting behavior or differential item functioning. One possible solution is the anchoring vignette method. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the differences in adjusted and unadjusted subjective self-assessments of respondents. The theoretical part consists of two chapters. In the first chapter, different levels of knowledge of language skills and their possible measurement methods are discussed. One of the methods is self-assessment, which is defined in the work and the issue of the incomparability of respondents' statements is presented.
