The economic essence of the concept of "profit" and "profitability" of the enterprise is considered. Profit is the part of the revenues remaining after covering all expenses for production and non-productive activities, serves as a means of reproduction and an important motive for realizing such activity of the enterprise in the current and prospective period. Modern accounting and analytical provision of profit management is in the process of systematization and structuring of information generated by accounting and economic analysis systems in order to use and dist ribute financial results of an enterprise. The accounting of financial results of the enterprise is considered, namely the reflection by the debit and the credit of the result from the operating activity, the calculation of the tax on profit, the write-off of the profit tax on the financial results and the reflection of profit in the accounting of the enterprise. In the analysis of production, profitability indicators are more complete than profit, characterizing the final results of management, because their magnitude shows the ratio between available and used resources. The indicator of profitability reflects the ratio of company profits and factors that are prerequisites for its occurrence. Accounting allows you to calculate a large number of indicators of profitability, so they need to be systematized in the analytical groups in order to streamline and ensure optimality in the conduct of analytical procedures. The approaches to the estimation of profitability and ways of its increase are analyzed. Proposed increase in profitability of the enterprise as a result magnification production volumes and reduction of all expenses. In order to obtain the maximum strategic effect of the enterprise, the enterprise should effectively use the profit received in past periods and conduct accounting policy.Π ΠΎΠ·Π³Π»ΡΠ½ΡΡΠΎ Π΅ΠΊΠΎΠ½ΠΎΠΌΡΡΠ½Ρ ΡΡΡΠ½ΡΡΡΡ ΠΏΠΎΠ½ΡΡΡΡ "ΠΏΡΠΈΠ±ΡΡΠΎΠΊ" Ρ "ΡΠ΅Π½ΡΠ°Π±Π΅Π»ΡΠ½ΡΡΡΡ" ΠΏΡΠ΄ΠΏΡΠΈΡΠΌΡΡΠ²Π°. The knowledge status in the paradigms of urban studies
The social nature of the city, its landscape and architectural, iconic and system codes ensure cultural continuity and unity of society. The article presents a comparative analysis of the concepts of the city in the era of modern, postmodern (βsecond modernβ) and metamodern. In order to identify the basic approaches to the comprehensive study of the city, the context of urban research is characterized at each stage of the development of scientific knowledge, and the discourse of the most significant concepts is determined. The author substantiates the necessity for modern urbanism to apply a meta-research approach to its object

PROBLEMS OF TESTING APPLICATION IN FOREIGN LANGUAGE LEARNING CONTROL
Purpose of the study: This article is devoted to the test form of control which is characterized by objective measurement of learning outcomes because they are guided by the objective empirical criteria.
Methodology: Method of structural analysis, content analysis method, scientific interpretation, and synthesis of specific factual materials were chosen as methods of our research.
Results: Test control of knowledge is effective only when a great effort is made by the teacher. The teacher should know how to choose the right tests and how to make them, as not every set of questions with answers to them can be called a test. The aim of this work is to identify the problems of using testing as a control form of foreign language learning and give guidelines for their solution.
Applications of this study: This research can be used for the universities, teachers, and students.
Novelty/Originality of this study: In this research, the model of the Problems of Testing Application in Foreign Language Learning Control is presented in a comprehensive and complete manner

The authors reveal the conditions and forms of implementation of gender models in the professional environment, show the socio-cultural and personal dynamics of awareness and translation of gender attitudes in Russian society.Based on the survey data, the authors analyze the attitudes of mutual perception of men and women regarding the advantages of their family status and career potential in the professional environment of a modern organization. The purpose of the study is to study the features of the mutual perception of men and women in the process of career relationships. In accordance with the goal, the authors set the following tasks: 1) to analyze the views of researchers on the problem of the functioning of gender in the process of professional socialization; 2) to understand the specifics of the mutual attitudes of men and women in the process of career interactions; 3) by a generalization of theory and empirical data to characterize the gender climate in modern Russian organizations. Methods and methodology. In the course of working on the topic of the article, classical methods of cognition of social phenomena, such as analysis, generalization, analogy and comparison, are used. The gender approach is applied, which involves the study of the system of interactions, relationships and mutual perceptions of men and women in various spheres of public life (for example, the works by B. Zibell [23, p. 8]). This approach differs from βwomenβs studiesβ and, even more so, from the philosophy of feminism, where the focus of scientific attention is concentrated on βwomenβs topicsβ. To obtain empirical data, we used an online survey conducted using Google forms.Results. The analysis of foreign and domestic approaches to the study of the career process is given. Career is characterized as a socio-psychological and socio-cultural phenomenon, the prerequisites and dynamics of gender inequality in modern conditions are revealed. Based on the interpretation of the survey data, the features of the mutual perception of men and women in the conditions of their professional interaction are revealed. The scope of the results. The results of the research can be used to create recommendations for studying the psychological components of the state of public opinion on management and gender issues, for organizing socially significant events, seminars, webinars, including gender topics, when writing textbooks for the social and communicative block.Π Π°ΡΠΊΡΡΠ²Π°ΡΡΡΡ ΡΡΠ»ΠΎΠ²ΠΈΡ ΠΈ ΡΠΎΡΠΌΡ ΡΠ΅Π°Π»ΠΈΠ·Π°ΡΠΈΠΈ Π³Π΅Π½Π΄Π΅ΡΠ½ΡΡ
