The stress-strain state of horizontal joints of wall panels

The article is devoted to the experimental and numerical research of the stress-strain state of wall panels joints from foam concrete of natural hardening. The eccentricity of the load and the quantity of indirect reinforcement meshes are adopted as factors that have a significant effect on the stress-strain state of the joint elements. The load in the experimental research and numerical simulation was applied in steps of 0.1 of the estimated value of the destructive force. Numerical modelling was carried out with consideration of the physical nonlinearity of the wall panel materials. A significant increment in the displacement of the design scheme nodes at the current loading stage was taken as a destruction criterion in numerical modelling. It is noted that the installation of indirect reinforcement meshes leads to a reduction of transverse deformations of the wall panel, but does not significantly affect the bearing capacity of the joint

The factors of competitiveness management of manufacturing enterprise personnel in conditions of uncertainty

[EN] Personnel competitiveness has always been one of the main advantages of any production enterprise. Therefore, competitiveness management of production enterprise personnel is one of the most foreground types of management. And that is the reason why this article has pretty high relevance. The article covers the most widespread issues and difficulties of personnel management implementation nowadays, considering current complicated conditions of uncertainty, which become increasingly sophisticated every time. Moreover, our study demonstrates some possible ways for production enterprises to overcome existing obstacles and become ready for new ones in conditions of uncertainty. As COVID-19 and martial law in Ukraine with their restrictions have contributed to the way of personnel management realization, many production enterprises have been suffering because of that and have been forced to change their management principles to meet the new conditions. Mathematical model of crack diagnosis: inverse acoustic scattering problem and its high-precision numerical solution

The inverse acoustic scattering model for crack diagnosis is described by Helmholtz problem within mathematic framework and investigated for the sake of scientific computing. Minimizing the misfit from given measurements leads to an optimality condition-based imaging function which is used for non-iterative identification of the center of an unknown crack put in a test domain. The numerical tests are presented for the cracks of T-junction shape and are carried out based on the Petrov-Galerkin generalized FEM using wavelets basis and level-sets. This shows high-precision identification result and stability to noisy data of the diagnosis, which is illustrated for sound-soft as well as moderately sound-hard cracks when varying the coefficient of surface impedance

Group-centered framework towards a positive design of digital collaboration in global settings

Globally distributed groups require collaborative systems to support their work. Besides being able to support the teamwork, these systems also should promote well-being and maximize the human potential that leads to an engaging system and joyful experience. Designing such system is a significant challenge and requires a thorough understanding of group work. The hospitality services domain in developed countries occupies a leading place, being a source of budget revenues, and contributing to income redistribution among countries, as well as to the combination of various capital forms (national and international), new jobs creation, and to the development of tourists flows. There are many unique recreational, cultural and historical resources in Ukraine that require and need to be used appropriately and optimally for the economic and cultural development and for the prosperity of our country, thus strengthening its significance, competitiveness and prestige in the world.This article is purposed to study the level of development, structure, to identify relevant principles, and to analyze the enterprises belonging to the hospitality services sphere.The hotel business as a component of hospitality industry is connected with tourism activity, because it provides accommodation services for external, domestic tourists. Health-improving, sanatorium and resort facilities as constituents of the hospitality sector provide recreational services that contribute to the person’s workability rehabilitation.Activities related to hospitality domain, especially hotel and restaurant business, are promising and profitable for investment, which rapid development and jobs creation contributes to the development of tourism. But the hospitality enterprises’ summarizing statistical analysis gives grounds to conclude that in recent years majority of studied objects decreased in number that is due to the deterioration of the economic and political situation in the country, which results in a decrease in both tourism activity and business activity, lack of funds, which leads to an increase of these projects payback period.Prospective further research could be devoted to the study of measures and programs existing with new ones development to increase competitiveness, render more efficient the innovations implementation in the hospitality enterprises, and to optimize the hotel business structure in some areas.Сфера гостеприимства в экономике развитых стран занимает ведущее место, представляя собой источник доходов бюджета, способствуя перераспределению доходов между странами. Она сочетает различные формы капитала (национальные и международные), создает новые рабочие места и обеспечивает развитие туристических потоков. Определен уровень развития, изучено структуру, выполнено идентификацию моделей и анализ гостиничных предприятий. Установлено, что деятельность, связанная с гостеприимством, особенно с гостиничным и ресторанным бизнесом, является многообещающей и прибыльной для инвестиций, а быстрое развитие и создание рабочих мест вносят вклад в развитие туризма. Выяснено, что за последние годы резко снизилась туристическая и бизнес-активность большинства исследуемых гостиничных предприятий в результате ухудшения экономической и политической ситуации в стране, что привело к увеличению периода окупаемости проектов в сфере гостеприимства.Сфера гостинності в розвинутих країнах займає провідне місце в економіці держави. Вона є джерелом надходжень до бюджету, а також сприяє перерозподілу доходів між державами. Оздоровчі, санаторно-курортні заклади як складові сфери готельного господарства надають рекреаційні послуги, що сприяють реабілітації працездатності людини.Визначено, що діяльність, пов’язана зі сферою гостинності, особливо готельно-ресторанного бізнесу, є перспективною i вигідною для інвестицій. Установлено, що швидкий розвиток i створення робочих місць сприяють розвитковi туризму. Проте підсумковий статистичний аналіз підприємств гостинності встановив, що в останні роки їхня кількість зменшилась у зв’язку з погіршенням економічної та політичної ситуації в державі. Це призвело до зменшення як активності туризму, так і бізнесу. Зокрема, брак грошових коштів обмежує темпи економічного i соціального розвитку у сфері гостинності.З’ясовано, що подальше дослідження має бути присвячене вивченню заходів i програм, що існують, з новими розробками для підвищення конкурентоспроможності, ефективності впровадження інновацій у підприємствах готельного господарства та оптимізації їхньої структури капіталу

Eksperimentalna istraživanja kombiniranih spojeva zidnih ploča od prirodno otvrdnute betonske pjene

The article is dedicated to the investigation of a fracture behavior of combined horizontal joints of wallboards from natural hardening foam concrete and the influence of some factors on the ultimate loads for joints. Two of the most valuable factors that influence the ultimate loads for wallboard joints were allocated while planning the experiment: load eccentricity and indirect reinforcement. The samples consisting of three elements (top wallboard, bottom wallboard and floor slab) were made for the experiment. The typical scheme of destruction for the combined joints of wallboards with and without an indirect reinforcement was identified as a result of testing. The table of comparison of the analysis values of the ultimate loads for combined joints by the existing methods and obtained as a result of the analysis by SP “LIRA” with the received experimental data is shown in the article. Moreover, the diagrams of ultimate load relation with load eccentricity and indirect reinforcement are shown in the paper.Rad se bavi proučavanjem lomljivog ponašanja kombiniranih horizontalnih spojeva zidnih ploča od prirodno otvrdnute betonske pjene i utjecajem određenih faktora na krajnje opterećenje za spojeve. Dva najvrjednija faktora koja utječu na krajnja opterećenja za zglobove zidnih ploča dodijeljena su prilikom planiranja eksperimenta: ekscentričnost opterećenja i neizravno pojačanje. Uzorci koji se sastoje od tri elementa (vrh, dno i sredina zidne ploče) izrađeni su za eksperiment. Tipična shema uništenja kombiniranih spojeva zidnih ploča s i bez indirektnog pojačanja identificirana je kao rezultat proučavanja. Tablica usporedbe analiziranih vrijednosti krajnjih opterećenja za kombinirane zglobove na temelju postojećih metoda dobivena kao rezultat analize SP „Lira“ s ostvarenim eksperimentalnim podacima prikazana je u članku. Nadalje, u radu je iskazan i odnos dijagrama krajnjeg opterećenja s ekscentričnošću opterećenja i indirektnim pojačanjem

Improvement of the balanced scorecard considering intellectual component with the aims of strategic analysis of enterprises

Розглянуто сутність та складові збалансованої системи показників, їх значення у стратегічному аналізі. Визначено необхідність та особливості впровадження інтелектуальної складової до збалансованої системи показників. Визначено напрямки розширення збалансованої системи показників, зокрема за рахунок введення інтелектуальної та інноваційної складових. Адаптація збалансованої системи показників за рахунок охоплення більшої кількості показників діяльності підприємства має забезпечити достовірність стратегічного аналізу, що, в свою чергу, є основою для здійснення якісного оцінювання отриманих результатів. Запропонована збалансована система показників містить у собі кілька основних факторів діяльності підприємств, які при комплексному їх аналізі дають змогу детальніше оцінити стан підприємства та збільшують достовірність прогнозування його діяльності у майбутньому.Rapid trends in the global economy dictate the rules of modern enterprises and their interactions with each other, causing the need to assess current and future state business model based on certain indicators. We consider the nature and components of the balanced scorecard, determined the need for and implementation of intelligent features in a component of a balanced scorecard. The directions of expansion of a balanced scorecard, in particular through the introduction of intelligent and innovative components. The adaptation of the balanced scorecard to encompass a larger number of indicators of the company must ensure the validity of the strategic analysis, which in turn is the basis for qualitative evaluation of the results. Integration of the intellectual component is expedient to expand the third and fourth lines of Balanced Scorecard: internal processes, learning and growth. The proposed balanced scorecard includes several key factors of the enterprise that integrated with their analysis will allow to evaluate the state of the enterprise in more details and to increase the accuracy of forecasting of its future activities. The adaptation is necessary but also the immediate and strategic analysis tools using a balanced scorecard are included - a strategic map, diagrams are used to document the main strategic goals of the organization and its leadership. This element of the documentation accompanies the analysis with the use of balanced scorecard. It is very important to create a realistic and related to the strategic map real understanding of the internal hierarchical relationships between the perspectives that are used
