Ukrainian policy in the field of information security
The article analyzes the modern challenges of the time, which shape the information security policy of Ukraine. The paper analyzes the approaches to the definition of information security to understand this concept. Conclusions are made that information security is a constant movement, changeable, versatile concept, which cannot be stable. The article studies the information security of Ukraine as a component in the system of international information security. It is established that in the conditions of war, the role of information security of Ukraine in the international community has sharply increased. Ukraine's policy in the sphere of economic security is clearly marked in its legislation and meets the challenges of our time. The article presents a list of the main threats to the information security of the country: threats to independence and sovereignty through hybrid, information warfare by the aggressor state Russia, threats in the systems of the interaction of state bodies, threats related to the media, threats due to the lack of awareness and culture of information security among the population. Conclusions are made that future cases in the field of information security will be related to the elimination of threats. A list of goals for achieving information security is presented
Modelo de ecosistema digital de gestión de recursos laborales en el militarismo económico
The purpose of the article is to study the management of human resources in conditions of uncertainty in the labor market of Ukraine due to military actions, to develop a model of an online platform for labour resources for the government of Ukraine, taking into account the development trends of the "Human Cloud" concept. In the conditions of military operations, uncertainty in the state of development of economic sectors (construction, architecture, maritime industry, ports, shipbuilding, agricultural production) and the strengthening of the influence of negative factors of the external and internal environment on labour resources, the dangers and threats in the system of their management are increasing, which negatively affect the quality of decision-making and implementation of projects. To prevent these processes in the military economy, it is proposed to apply the principles of the "Human Cloud" concept, based on its advantages in achieving a balance between ensuring the country's defense capability and economic stabilization, and an online platform model is proposed for its provision based on an ecosystem approach. The construction of online platforms is based on an aggregator model that does not require coordination and provides infrastructure for projects consisting of a large number of micro-tasks. It has been proven that in the context of military operations, it is necessary to develop transformative digital technologies, reform institutional processes, and unite the workforce in a single "cloud" to perform tasks in increasingly complex operational environments.Este artículo tiene como propósito estudiar la gestión de recursos humanos en condiciones de incertidumbre, debido a las acciones militares actuales, en el mercado laboral de Ucrania, con el fin de desarrollar un modelo de plataforma en línea de recursos laborales para el gobierno de Ucrania, considerando el desarrollo de las tendencias del concepto "Human Cloud". En las actuales condiciones bélicas del país, la incertidumbre en el desarrollo de los sectores económicos (construcción, arquitectura, industria marítima, puertos, construcción naval, producción agrícola) y el fortalecimiento de la influencia de los factores negativos del entorno externo e interno sobre los recursos laborales, los peligros y amenazas en la gestión del sistema, son cada vez mayores, afectando negativamente la calidad de la toma de decisiones y la ejecución de proyectos. Para prevenir estos retrocesos en el contexto de una economía militar, se propone aplicar los principios del concepto de “Human Cloud”, en base a sus ventajas para lograr un equilibrio entre asegurar la capacidad de defensa del país y la estabilización económica. Para ello se propone un modelo de plataforma en línea basada en un enfoque ecosistémico. La construcción de plataformas en línea se basa en un modelo agregador (Aggregator Business Model) que no requiere coordinación y proporciona infraestructura para proyectos que consiste en una gran cantidad de microtareas. Se ha comprobado que en el contexto de las operaciones militares es necesario desarrollar tecnologías digitales transformadoras, reformar los procesos institucionales y conectar la fuerza laboral en una sola “nube” para realizar tareas en entornos operativos cada vez más complejos
OPTIMIZATION OF THE TECHNOLOGY FOR PRODUCING A MAGNETO CONTROLLABLE NANOCOMPOSITE Ag@Fe3O4 USING MATHEMATICAL DESIGN
Objective: The purpose of the research was to optimize technology for producing a magneto controllable nanocomposite Ag@Fe3O4 with modern physicochemical and therapeutic requirements using methods of mathematical design of the experiment.
Methods: To optimize the synthesis process of the nanocomposite Ag@Fe3O4, the method of factor experiment was used. Mathematical calculations were performed using the STATISTICA 10 StatSoft Inc. system and Excel spreadsheet processor of MS Office 2019 Professional Plus.
Results: Based on the study of technological parameters of nanocomposite synthesis Ag@Fe3O4 (16 experiments) a regression equation was obtained: Y = 106.415+0.038X1+4.448Х2+1.806Х3–1.593Х4–18.945Х5–109.980Х6. By the use of this equation the synthesis parameters were optimized with the help of steepest ascent method. It was found that the maximum yield of Ag@Fe3O4 can be achieved under the following conditions: X1 (magnetite synthesis time, min)–40; X2 (glucose content in solution,%)–10; X3 (temperature of the Tollens reaction, °С)–65; X4 (magnetite silver coating time, min)–30; X5 (pH, units)–8.5; X6 (rate of addition of ammonia, mol/min)–0.36.
Conclusion: Using mathematical design of the experiment, a technology was developed for producing Ag@Fe3O4 with modern physicochemical and therapeutic requirements
Improvement of complex resource management of special-purpose communication systems
The object of the research is a special-purpose communication system. The relevance of the research lies in the need for complex management of resources of special-purpose communication systems. The resources of the special-purpose communication system are defined as: spatial, temporal, frequency and hardware resources. Destabilizing factors include: intentional interference; denial-of-service cyber attacks and fire damage to individual elements of the special-purpose communication system. The method of complex management of resources of special-purpose communication systems was improved. The difference between the proposed method and the known ones is that the specified method contains improved procedures:
‒ determination of the impact of destabilizing factors on the special-purpose communication system;
‒ description of special-purpose communication systems of various architectures;
‒ determination of the rational route of information transmission and operation mode of communication devices in the general special-purpose communication system;
‒ consideration of uncertainty about the state of the special-purpose communication system;
‒ determination of the number of necessary forces and means of communication, which must be increased for the full functioning of the special communication system. The improved method provides a gain of 20‒26 % compared to classical approaches to the management of resources of special-purpose communication systems. The improved method can be used at the control points of the communication system of groups of troops (forces) while planning the organization of communication and at the stage of operational management of the communication system
Collaboration of the population in occupied Ukrainian territory: Some aspects of the overall picture
INTEGRATED DEVELOPMENT OF TECHNICAL AND PHYSICAL PREPAREDNESS OF 7-8-YEARS-OLD FEMALE TENNIS PLAYERS
Purpose: to research changes in technical and physical preparedness of 7-8-year-old sportswomen under the influence of classes on the program of CYSS.
Material and methods: theoretical analysis and generalization of scientific and methodological literary sources; testing of technical and physical fitness, pedagogical experiment, methods of mathematical statistics. The research involved 7-8-year-old girls in the initial training group of the second year of study.
Results: reliable changes in physical preparedness in in throwing a tennis ball to the range - by 39,8 % (t=3,70, p<0,01), in the exercise of catching a falling stick - by 12,7 % (t=5,00, p<0,001); the shuttle run in 5 directions with rackets “Fan” - by 8,9 % (t=2,40, p<0,05). Positive changes were obtained but had no valid results in other control exercises (p>0,05). In technical preparation, positive reliable changes in exercises were obtained: in impacts from the rebound from the wall by 33,3 % (t=2,20, p<0,05) and in impacts from the rebound through the grid from the coach basket by 56,4 % (t=2,70, p<0,05). Correctly selected physical fitness exercises allowed the tennis players to approach the ball in time to hit the ball and improve the test results. It was revealed that the improvement in indicators in long jump, throwing a tennis ball at a range and accuracy contributed to an increase in the importance of correlation links to an average and high level of indicators in hits from the rebound from the wall and through the net, in serve.
Conclusions: the introduction of the methods for the integrated development of physical qualities and technical preparedness under the program of CYSS contributed to reliable changes in indicators. Ways were determined for the further improvement of speed and high-speed and power abilities, serving, and strokes of female tennis players.
