Organizing and Financial Management of a Sports Organization

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá organizováním a finančním řízením sportovní organizace. Cílem práce je zhodnotit organizování a financování sportovní organizace a následně navrhnout případná doporučení pro zlepšení financování sportovního klubu. V teoretické části jsou na základě literární rešerše vymezeny základní pojmy z oblasti managementu sportu, financování sportu z veřejných zdrojů a financování spolku. V praktické části se práce zaměřuje na fotbalový oddíl SK Slavia Vejprnice. Dále je praktická část věnována zhodnocení ekonomické a personální situace v klubu a následné vyhodnocení a navržení možných řešení.ObhájenoThis bachelor thesis deals with the organisation and financial management of a sports organisation. The aim of the thesis is ot evaluate the organisation and financing of the sports organisation and then to propose possible recommendations for iproming the financing of the sports club. In the theoretical part, the basic concepts of sport management, public funding of sport and association funding are defined on the basis of a literature search. The practical part of the thesis focuses on the football club SK Slavia Vejprnice. Furthermore, the practical part is devoted to the evaluation of the economic and personnel situation in the club and the subsequent evaluation and proposal of possible solutions

The Creation of the Anglo-Japanese Alliance

Cílem předkládané diplomové práce je analýza důvodů, které vedly Velkou Británii a Japonsko k uzavření alianční smlouvy v lednu roku 1902. Diplomová práce v tomto ohledu jistou pozornost věnuje vývoji Japonska od vyhlášení reformního programu Meidži, ale důraz klade spíše na změnu v britské politice tzv. skvělé izolace. V tomto směru jsou popsány vybrané mezinárodní problémy, kterým musela britská politická reprezentace na přelomu 19. a 20. století čelit. Vzhledem k tématu práce je priorita kladena na analýzu vývoje velmocenské politiky v čínském prostoru. Práce tak otevírá prostor pro analýzu britských a japonských zájmů v oblasti a v poslední části se věnuje konečnému jednání o alianci a formulaci smluvních podmínek.ObhájenoThe aim of this thesis is to analyse the reasons that led Great Britain and Japan into conclusion of an alliance agreement in January 1902. The thesis in this regard takes into account some attention to Japan's development since the beginning of Meiji era, but emphasizes the change in British policy of so-called Splendid Isolation. This framework describes the international problems that British political representation must paid attention to at the end of 19th and the beginning of 20th century. Due to the main topic, the priority of the analysis of the international problems if focused on the development of imperial policies in China. The work thus opens up space for the analysis of British and Japanese interests in the area. The last part is devoted to the final negotiations on alliance and wording of contractual conditions

Localization and navigation inside buildings

Práce se zabývá možnostmi lokalizace mobilního zařízení uvnitř budovy. Obsahuje krátký úvod o obecné navigaci. Dále se v ní nachází rozbor způsobů lokalizace uvnitř budovy a nastínění jejich možného využití. Součastí práce je implementace navigace pomocí síly WiFi signálu, praktické vyzkoušení implementace v patře Katedry informatiky a výpočetní techniky v budově Fakulty aplikovaných věd, zhodnocení tohoto typu lokalizace a rozbor o jeho dalším možném využití.ObhájenoThis thesis deals with the possibilities of localization of mobile devices inside a building. It contains a brief introduction to general navigation techniques. There is also an analysis of the localization methods usable inside a building and an outline of their possible uses. The parts of the thesis are implementation of a navigation system using the power of the WiFi signal, practical testing of the implementation on the floor of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering in the Faculty of Applied Sciences and evaluation of usability of this type of localization and analysis of possible use
