Cultural and speech characteristics of the sounding word: A critical look at modern television speech

    No full text
The article presents the results of a study of modern oral television speech in terms of its conformity / non-conformity with the norms of the literary language. The aim of the study was to establish the characteristics of the cultural-speech situation of television journalistic discourse. The objectives of the study are to identify and systematize the parameters of the violation of the language norm in the speech of educated people – T.V. journalists. The main methods of the undertaken research are observation, analysis, systematization, comparison, interpretation, generalization. The material of the study are the texts of the "News" and "Political talk show" genres, daily shown on the air of central Russian channels It has been established that violations of the norm of the literary language occur at all levels of the language system: phonetic, morphological, lexical, syntactic, as well as the level of textual organization of the utterance, which leads to the logical errors. As a result of the analysis, the authors come to the following conclusions: 1) modern television language comes into conflict with the canons of normative communication; 2) an avalanche-like violation of literary norms no longer testifies the democratization of the language, but its vulgarization, often a deliberate decrease in the cultural level of speech by journalists; 3) the turbulence of the norm in modern mass communication creates the conditions for the loss of the meaning-distinctive capabilities of linguistic units, for the weakening of the meaning of the sense-organizing rules for the combination of utterance components

DEFINITION OF SUPPORT UNITS FOR FLORA CHARACTERISTICS

The minimum area of the elementary flora is a certain trial area, which can characterize flora in the main features. The minimum area has two most important and related characteristics: the number of species and the area. At the same time, the list characterizing the flora is, in fact, the number of species encountered. The area acts as a value that fixes the sufficiency of building up this list. According to the «number of species-area» curve, an area estimate was obtained on four trial areas (Samara Zavolzhie, forest-steppe zone), which, depending on the anthropogenic transformation of the territory and the level of preservation of natural vegetation, can vary significantly and amounts to 400–1 000 km2. It is shown that the minimum area is the floristic sample, which includes at least 700 species. Such a sample should be considered as a reference unit for assessing the floristic structure of the territory, including for assessing the homogeneity of the flora composition. A comparison of the eight floral samples according to the difference indicator was made. Significant differences between physical and geographical areas are due primarily to the environmental conditions of flora formation.Работа выполнена в рамках гранта РФФИ № 16–04–0074_а

    Vaccines against Avian influenzae poultry

    No full text
The review presents the latest data about the types of vaccines against avian influenza that are used in current medical practice or are under development. Inactivated whole virion vaccines, live vector vaccines, as well as experimental vaccines developed using genetic engineering techniques (e.g. subunit vaccines, VLP vaccines, DNA vaccines) were considered. The efficiency of influenza reverse genetic technology for the development of prototype vaccine strains was noted

The article dedicated to the study of efficiency application of contemporary probiotic "Probiz" as the component of the holiatry for patinets with acute intestinal infection. Clinical and microbiological efficiency of probiz is well-proven as bacterial preparation that could correct the abnormal intestne microbiocenosis from the first days of acute intestinal disease, caused by salmonella, shigella, citrobacter, proteus, pathogenic staphylococcus. "Probiz" could recommended in the holiatry of adult patients with different age and sexes in the case of acute diarrhea syndrome probably of infectious origin

Photochemical activity of thiophene oxime esters and of sulfonium salt tris[4-(4-acetylphenyl)sulfanylphenyl]sulfonium tetrakis(2,3,4,5,6-pentafluorophenyl)boranuide (photoacid generator 290 [PAG 290]) was investigated in a reaction forming a trityl cation. Quantum yields of photoacid phototransformation reactions and of photodetritylation of 5′-O-(4,4′-dimethoxytrityl)thymidine were determined. Then, [(Z)-[(3Z)-3-[cyano(o-tolyl)methylene]-2-thienylidene]amino] 2,4,6-triisopropylbenzenesulfonate (H 365) and PAG 290 were used as detritylation photoactivators in a procedure of oligonucleotide synthesis on a microchip synthesizer prototype, and several oligonucleotides were synthesized. At the stage of oligonucleotide chain extension, the yield was 94–96%. The tested photoacids can be successfully applied to microchip synthesis of oligonucleotides
