    MAPPING THE CONSUMERS COFFEE POWDER MANGSI COFFEE BASED ON SEGMENTING, TARGETING, AND POSITIONING IN DENPASAR CITY

    Not all customers can be served by the company. Each company needs to identify marketsegments that can be served effectively by differentiating the main market segments, aiming at one ortwo segments and developing products so that there are always new breakthroughs. A company in orderto excel in competition must be able to recognize its market segment, target and product position againstits competitors. This research aims to determine the segmenting, targeting, and positioning of MangsiCoffee powder. The sampling technique used is the nonprobability sampling method that is accidentialsampling. Segmenting and targeting is done by using crosstab analysis, while positioning uses multidimensional scaling analysis and correspondence analysis. Mangsi Coffee powder market segmentationbased on the characteristics of consumers are men who are adults, graduated from tertiary education (last education), work as employees with monthly expenditure above the Denpasar City UMK in 2019(Rp. 2,553,000.00). Mangsi Coffee consumers based on psychographic segmentation tend to choosequality products and make coffee consumption habits a trend and lifestyle while Mangsi Coffeeconsumers based on segmentation of consumer behavior tend to choose products according to theirbenefits. Positioning using multi-dimensional scaling analysis (MDS) shows that, Mangsi Coffeepowder is not in one quadrant with all three competing products. The map shows that all four productsare in different quadrants. CA analysis (correspondence analysis), shows the superiority of MangsiCoffee powder products when compared with competitors' products is an attribute in terms ofpackaging. The importance of companies to pay attention to segmenting, targeting, and positioning tobe able to focus on achieving company goals and survive in fierce market competition. The strategy toincrease sales is carried out by adjusting the results of studies in research and the conditions of theMangsi Coffee company so that it can take policies that are in accordance with company goals.  

    Simulation Subak Management Function Optimally in Subak Lodtunduh, Bali, Indonesia

    Subak system has a very important role in agriculture development in Bali, especially on irrigation lands.  Subak system with Tri Hita Karana (THK) philosophy has an opportunity to be transformed into other areas, as long as technology equity could be fulfilled. Optimal management of subak function is needed for such transformation, therefore this study aims to develop optimal management of subak function using analyses of linear program.  The object of this study was Subak Lodtunduh, located in the upstream region of  Kedewatan Irrigation Area, Gianyar, Bali. This subak was purposely choiced as its fuction works normally.  Parameters of subak function management were determined by collecting primary data such as allocation, distribution, and water irrigation loan; subak facilities’ maintenance; conflicts resolution; ritual activities; output and input of production, cost of production, applied areas, and household labor supply; while the secondary data collected include irrigation volume and climate conditions.  Results showed that Subak Lodtunduh optimally managed the subak function as its accomplished the five subak functions optimally during each planting season.  These include (1) conducted allocation, distribution, and irrigation water loan; (2) maintened of subak facilities; (3) conflict resolution by conducting meetings on the early planting season; (4) conducting ritual activities; and (5) managed of subak resources.  Analyses of optimal subak functions resulted that water distribution proportionally (tektek) by using one inlet and one outlet methods could be transformed into other areas as long as the technology equity could be fulfilled.     Analysis of satisfaction levels of the business and industrial world on the quality of graduates of the tourism department politeknik negeri bali

    The purpose of this study was to analyse the satisfaction of graduates of Tourism Department Politeknik Negeri Bali. The source of data comes from the results of the questionnaire distributed to 72 companies as using Slovins’ technique, using the technique probability sampling with simple random sampling. The method of analysis was used the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) technique with step validity test, reliability test, Importance Performance Analysis and measure Consumer Satisfaction Index. The satisfaction level of the graduates of the Tourism Departement Politeknik Negeri Bali was divided into two attributes, namely soft skill and hard skill consisting of 20 variables with the value of all positive gaps that show into 4 quadrants. The attribute in the III quadrant is GPA > 3.0 (Q20). To the value of Customers Satisfaction Index was 92.81% for soft skills and 93.43% for hard skills. It is categorized very satisfactorily

    The purpose of this study is to determine customer satisfaction by looking at the variables of interaction quality, system quality, and usability. This is done so that Chocolatier Dessert, as one of the desserts and snacks retailers, can compete and grow, so a website is designed to promote the goods produced. The method used the waterfall method, which works on the essence of a system that is done sequentially or linearly. The data was collected by distributing a list of questions to 50 respondents. The data collected was then processed using the SPSS application to test its validation and reliability. It is done to measure customer satisfaction and the variables that influence it. The results show that promoting the chocolatier through the website was very effective where the interaction quality and information system variables affected customer satisfaction, while usability did not. From the results of this study, it can be seen to maintain customer satisfaction. It is necessary to pay attention to the interaction system and information systems in promoting the Chocolatier Dessert

    Comparing the Efficacy of Ketogenic Diet with Low-Fat Diet for Weight Loss in Obesity Patients: Evidenc-Based Case Report

    Introduction Obesity is a nutritional disease which is still a health burden particularly in Jakarta. The main treatment for obesity is nutritional intervention. Nowadays, several dietary approaches have been developed, including ketogenic diet, which is still controversial. Methods Literature search had been done within 4 databases including PubMed®, Cochrane®, Google® Scholar, and Science Direct®, using keywords: obesity, ketogenic diet, low-fat diet, and weight loss. Then, Medical Sub Heading (MeSH) was used. The search resulted in two articles which were appraised according to aspects of validity, importance, and applicability Results A randomized-controlled trial study showed similar effect of weight loss with ketogenic diet compared to low-fat diet. On the other hand, a meta-analysis study showed ketogenic diet caused more weight loss than low-fat diet. Both studies showed an increased risk of cardiovascular disease from the ketogenic diet group, which were shown by a decrease of flow-mediated dilatation and an increase of LDL-C. Conclusion Ketogenic diet shows a better long-term effect for weight loss in obese patients than low-fat diet. However, ketogenic diet may increase the cardiovascular event risk significantly

    Art Capital to Support the Establishment of Tourism Village of Tri Eka Buana Village in Sidemen, Karangasem

    The various potentials of each village or area in Bali has made it an island of prosperous wonders for tourism. Tri Eka Buana Village currently is in the process of becoming a tourism village, where Arak, a local liquor, is the main magnet. The aim of this research is 1) identify other aspects that support the development for the tourism village; 2) to identify the arts and cultures to be a capital that can support the development of the tourism village; 3) the attitude of the artists in the village towards the development of the tourism village. This research is a qualitative research, using purposive sampling to retrieve qualitative data from five determined interviewees, and uses the concept of tourism village and green tourism as the applicative theory. The result shows that, 1). although Tri Eka Buana Village’s main magnet is arak, arts and culture reside together in the village as an important aspect for the establishment of the tourism village; 2). this village has several forms of arts and culture such as Utamaning Malini Dance, Jaga-jaga Dance, pesantian, drama gong (theater), and traditional dances that are commonly used as entertainment; and 3).the artists in this village is willing to support the establishment of the tourism village by creating new dances and performances that are more suitable to showcase to future tourists

    The Effect of Different Agroecological Zones on Body Weight Change, Litter Size, and Profitability of Bligon Goats in Bantul Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta

    This study aims to identify the differences in agroecological zones on changes in body weight, litter size, and profitability of Bligon goats in Bantul District, Special Region of Yogyakarta. This study involved 56 farmers consisting of 11 farmers in coastal areas (zone IV), 21 farmers in the lowlands (zone IV), and 24 farmers in hilly areas (zones I, II, and III). This study also used 120 does of Bligon goats consisting of 40 goats from each area. The farmers and Bligon goats were selected by purposive sampling technique in different agroecological zones classified based on the slope of the land. The design used was Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with the agroecological zones as a treatment factor. This study used a survey method. Data were analyzed descriptively and quantitatively using one-way ANOVA at the 5% level. The results showed that the body weight of Bligon goats from the beginning of kidding to three months or at the weaning period did not have a significant difference, and the litter size was also not significantly different. Profitability analysis using Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C Ratio) and Return on Investment (ROI) showed that farmers in coastal agroecological zones have higher profitability than those in lowland and hilly agroecological zones with a net cash flow of IDR 1,219,000, 00, R/C Ratio of 1.43, and ROI of 44.26. Based on this analysis, it can be concluded that changes in body weight and litter size of Bligon goats in different agroecological zones are the same. Based on the profitability analysis, all farmers in different agroecological zones benefit from raising Bligon goats, but the highest profitability is found in farmers in the coastal agroecological zon

    Food & beverage department service has a very important role in a hotel, because the good and bad of the service will affect the level of popularity of the hotel. During the delivery of excellent quality service will create high value, which can create customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to analyses the application of green service innovation and what obstacles are faced in the application of green service innovation at Azul beach club Bali Mandira Beach Resort & Spa. This study uses a qualitative descriptive analysis method by dividing three stages, namely reducing data, presenting data and then drawing conclusions. The data collection methods in this study are observation, interviews, literature studies and documentation. The results of this study show that of the 9 (nine) indicators of green service innovation applied to the F&B department at Azul beach club applied 100% well. The obstacles faced in the implementation of green service innovation are maintaining consistency and commitment, product resilience, spending funds and also limited product raw materials
