A model of teaching English using business game developed for students whose speciality is connected with information technologies (IT) and information security is analysed in the article. The model is based on task-based learning and interdisciplinary connections of different cycle disciplines: βEnglish for specific purposesβ and βInformation security quality assurance technologiesβ, thus providing situations that might occur in studentsβ professional life. The business game, which includes simulation of eight business meetings adapted from Agile software development methodologies and project management framework Scrum, was implemented in teaching English for specific purposes to third year students of the institute of physics and technology, National technical university of Ukraine βKyiv polytechnic instituteβ. The article outlines the stages of the business game (preparation, business game itself and feedback) and its framework. The resonance-like structure of spectra in the range of 6
He energies corresponding to the excitation of 3
He recoil nuclei
in the range of E* = 6β¦16 MeV was observed. The experimental data can be described in assumption of existence of 3
He resonances with excitation energies of Π* = 9, 13 and 16 ΠΠ΅V. An analysis of the experimental spectra shows that

Background. Endometrial cancer is the most common malignancy of the female reproductive system. PatientsΒ with metastatic endometrial cancer have the overall 5-year survival rate of less than 20 %. The efficacy ofΒ treatment of advanced endometrial cancer remains low; therefore, the search for novel approaches for treatingΒ endometrial cancer is of great importance.Case description. We report a case of a 68-year-old female whoΒ presented with advanced endometrial cancer with metastatic lesions found in the axillary and lumbar lymphΒ nodes, liver and lungs. The disease progressed after third-line chemotherapy, with no deficiency in the DNAΒ repair system. The patient was successfully treated with lenvatinib and pembrolisumab. The treatment wasΒ characterized by controlled minimal toxicity and a satisfactory quality of life. At 5 months, the patient is aliveΒ with stable disease.Conclusion. Despite the progress in treating endometrial cancer including chemotherapyΒ and hormone therapy, the prognosis of patients with metastatic endometrial cancer is poor. The discovery ofΒ new molecular markers (MSI , PD -L1) made it possible to develop a clinical approach using a combinationΒ of pembrolizumab and lenvatinib for patients with no deficiency in the repair system, for whom, the standardΒ chemotherapy is ineffective. A meiotic mystery in experimental hybrids of the eastern mole vole (Ellobius tancrei, Mammalia, Rodentia)
Chromosomal rearrangements can lead to the formation of new stable karyotypes, nevertheless changing the architectonics of the nucleus. The differences in locations might promote Robertsonian (Rb) translocations and encourage meiotic drive in favour of changed chromosomes or against them. We hypothesized that hybridization and meiotic drive may produce new chromosomal forms in Ellobius tancrei. We crossed two forms with 2n = 50, and two pairs of different Rb metacentrics with partial (monobrachial) homology. In 10 years of inbred crossings (sister β brother), we got 9 generations of hybrids (262 litters, 578 animals). In the first hybrid generation, two trivalents, a tetravalent and 20 bivalents were revealed at meiotic prophase I. Hybrids of the first generation had lower fertility, fertility increased starting from the third generation. Instead of returning to parental karyotypes, starting from the second generation, hybrids obtained new chromosome sets, with different 2n (48, 49, 51, 52) and combinations of Rb metacentrics. Analysis of F4, F7 and F9 hybrids revealed that synapsis of homologous parts take place despite the presence of heterozygotes and monobrachial homology of Rb metacentrics. The most common meiotic disturbance was delayed synapsis, which resumed later compared to the homologous crossings. The late synaptic adjustments nevertheless provide a proper segregation of chromosomes and normal sets in the gametes. Therefore, some cells pass through meiosis successfully and promote viable gametes. To date, the algorithm for the treatment of recurrent ovarian cancer and the criteria for selecting patients for performing secondary cytoreductive surgeries have not been fully developed. Although the role of secondary surgery in recurrent ovarian cancer remains controversial, most retrospective studies showed better survival in patients for whom maximal cytoreduction was achieved. Several studies have developed prognostic models for the feasibility of performing complete secondary cytoreduction. We report a rare case of repeated cytoreductive surgeries in combination with chemotherapy for recurrent ovarian cancer.
