    ИССЛЕДОВАНИЯ ОБЪЕКТОВ КУЛЬТУРНОГО НАСЛЕДИЯ ФЕДЕРОЛЬНОГО ЗНАЧЕНИЯ

    This article is supposed to make a professional analysis and assess the reliability of the historical buildings in Ryazan - an object of cultural heritage of federal importance “House of Saltykov-Shchedrin (Morozov) - 18th century”. On the basis of visual inspection and a large number of field studies using methods of ground-based laser scanning, photogrammetric method and other measuring instruments, areas of destruction and loss of the building were identified. According to the results of the analysis of archival documents and the processing of field work, a complex of architectural and archaeological measurement drawings was drawn up, on the basis of which further house restoration will be carried out without any damage to historical material. The article on a specific example provides brief archival information about the historical significance of the building, describes the methods and methods of the survey.Se supone que este artículo hace un análisis profesional y evalúa la confiabilidad de los edificios históricos en Ryazan, un objeto del patrimonio cultural de importancia federal "Casa de Saltykov-Shchedrin (Morozov) - Siglo XVIII". Sobre la base de la inspección visual y un gran número de estudios de campo que utilizan métodos de escaneo láser en tierra, el método fotogramétrico y otros instrumentos de medición, se identificaron áreas de destrucción y pérdida del edificio. De acuerdo con los resultados del análisis de documentos de archivo y el procesamiento del trabajo de campo, se diseñó un complejo de planos de mediciones arquitectónicas y arqueológicas, sobre la base de la cual se llevará a cabo una restauración adicional de la casa sin dañar el material histórico. El artículo sobre un ejemplo específico proporciona información breve de archivo sobre el significado histórico del edificio, describe los métodos y los métodos de la encuesta.В данной статье предполагается сделать профессиональный анализ и оценить надежность здания исторической застройки г. Рязани – объект культурного наследия федерального значения «Дом Салтыкова-Щедрина (Морозова)-XVIII в.». На основе визуального обследования и большого количества натурных исследований методами наземного лазерного сканирования, фотограмметрическим методом и другими измерительными приборами было выявлены участки разрушений и утраты здания. По результатам анализа архивных документов и обработки полевых работ стал комплекс архитектурно-археологических обмерных чертежей, на основе которого будет дальнейшая реставрация дома без какого-либо ущерба историческому материалу. В статье на конкретном примере приводятся краткие архивные сведения об исторической значимости здания, описаны методы и способы обследования

    Formation of the system of management of supporting university on the basis of strengthening of communication component

    The article deals with changes in the system of management of educational establishments of higher education caused by creation of supporting universities. The program of creation of such universities supposes formation of universities-leaders in regions, which can consolidate educational and scientific basis for training of personnel in Russian subjects. During creation of supporting regional universities, the emphasis is made on the fact that they are to become the centers of innovational development, being a part of economy and region’s infrastructure at the same time. At that, creation of new engineering and implemental centers and R&D laboratories requires complex realization of projects for creation of high-tech production and necessary conditions for development of interface of regional supporting universities and enterprises. The article views functions and organizational structure of management of technical university; establishes dependence of intensity of organizational transformations on various factors. The authors show a process of formation of matrix organizational structure of technical supporting university with the use of mobile informational and communicational structures, which is formed by placement of horizontal connections on existing linear and functional structure.peer-reviewe

    The formation of flavoring characteristics of meat products by changing the chemical composition of food compositions

    The article presents the results of the study of changes in flavour characteristics when using corrective additives. Monosodium glutamate, ribotide, yeast extract and hydrolysate of vegetable soy protein were used as flavoring additives (FA). To assess the effect of composition of meat product recipe, as well as the method of FA‑introduction on taste intensity, the recipes of model meat systems with partial replacement of meat raw materials were used. Pork fat, soy protein and potato starch were used as meat substitutes. The effect of recipe composition on the content of non-volatile substances of aroma was accessed. It is shown that replacement of pork by pork fat in the recipe by 20–40% led to a sharp decrease in the concentration of aromatic substances and a decrease in intensity of taste of the finished product several times. The ways for taste correction using FA was studied. For this, a chopped semi-finished product — minced meat was prepared from chilled whole-muscle pork and 0.05% of each FA was added. It is shown that the dynamics of changes in the content of free amino acids is the most pronounced when using monosodium glutamate not as a mono-additive, but in compositions: monosodium glutamate with yeast extract and monosodium glutamate with ribotide. A pool of chemical compounds involved in the formation of taste and aroma of products was detected. The main components were derivatives of C6–C24 fatty acids, as well as a significant number of other biochemical compounds, mainly substituted amines, amides, alcohols and ketones, with a content ranging from 0.001 to 0.2 mg/kg. The results of organoleptic analysis showed that the most delicious and attractive samples were those containing monosodium glutamate with yeast extract and monosodium glutamate with ribotide

    The influence of brood chickens by-products processing with probiotic culture starter on change of their functional and technological parameters.

    By-products are the potential source of animal protein obtained from brood chickens and egg-laying hens. Certain by-products like gizzards and combs are quite tough and possess low nutritional and biological value due to their high content of connective tissue. Biotechnological processing improves the quality parameters of collagen-containing by-products. In this article a probiotic starter culture of propionic acid bacteria, which have high proteolytic activity, was used to treat the gizzards and combs of brood chickens. Before processing of by-products with starter culture, physical and chemical parameters and the yield of by-products in relation to poultry live weight were analyzed and recorded. 5%, 10% and 15% starter culture were added to the tested samples of chopped by-products, the samples were kept at a temperature of 30 °C, and every 4 hours the following functional and technological parameters were monitored: moisture binding capacity, water holding capacity (MBC and WHC) and yield of the product after heat treatment. The results proved that increase of starter culture amount and longer exposure of by-products to hydrolysis led to decrease of functional and technological parameters values, but for the combs those parameters remained at a sufficiently high level compared to the gizzards, as the gizzards were exposed to more intense hydrolysis than combs. The decrease in the pH value correlated with the dynamics of MBC and WHC changes; and dynamics of the product yield after the heat treatment. Also the stained histological preparations were studied in order to assess the influence of biotechnological processing on by-products microstructure, where significant differences were found in the morphological structure of muscle and collagen fibers of hydrolysates of combs and gizzards exposed to action of bacterial concentrate. The results of rheological studies showed that hydrolyzed chicken combs differed from gizzards; the combs were denser and featured more elastic structure due to a lower degree of hydrolysis by bacterial enzymes. In general, the properties of collagen-containing by-products (muscular gizzards and combs) change significantly after being exposed to enzymes of propionic acid bacteria

    Novel D-A-π-A1 Type Organic Sensitizers from 4,7-Dibromobenzo[d][1,2,3]thiadiazole and Indoline Donors for Dye-Sensitized Solar Cells

    Two novel D-A-π-A1 metal-free organic dyes of the KEA series containing benzo[d][1,2,3]thiadiazole (isoBT) internal acceptor, indoline donors fused with cyclopentane or cyclohexane rings (D), a thiophene as a π-spacer, and a cyanoacrylate as an anchor part were synthesized. Monoarylation of 4,7-dibromobenzo[d][1,2,3]thiadiazole by Suzuki-Miyamura cross-coupling reaction showed that in the case of indoline and carbazole donors, the reaction was non-selective, i.e., two monosubstituted derivatives were isolated in each case, whereas only one mono-isomer was formed with phenyl- and 2-thienylboronic acids. This was explained by the fact that heterocyclic indoline and carbazole fragments are much stronger donor groups compared to thiophene and benzene, as confirmed by cyclic voltammetry measurements and calculation of HOMO energies of indoline, carbazole, thiophene and benzene molecules. The structure of monoaryl(hetaryl) derivatives was strictly proven by NMR spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction. The optical and photovoltaic properties observed for the KEA dyes showed that these compounds are promising for the creation of solar cells. A comparison with symmetrical benzo[c][1,2,3]thiadiazole dyes WS-2 and MAX114 showed that the asymmetric nature of benzo[d][1,2,3]thiadiazole KEA dyes leads to a hypsochromic shift of the ICT band in comparison with the corresponding benzo[c][1,2,5]thiadiazole isomers. KEA dyes have a narrow HOMO-LUMO gap of 1.5–1.6 eV. Amongst these dyes, KEA321 recorded the best power efficiency (PCE), i.e., 5.17%, which is superior to the corresponding symmetrical benzo[c][1,2,3]thiadiazole dyes WS-2 and MAX114 (5.07 and 4.90%)

    Objective: to evaluate the safety, tolerance, and efficacy of the herbal complex Urisan used in patients with gout within the Russian multicenter study. Subjects and methods. Thirty males aged 34 to 56 years with a valid diagnosis of gout after S.L. Wallace and a 1-7-year (mean 4,8 years) history of the disease were examined at the Rheumatology Unit of a Kursk regional hospital. Nineteen and 11 patients were stated to have tophaceous and nontophaceous gout, respectively. The total number of involved joints ranged from 3 to 10 (mean 4,6 joints). The study included patients with interictal gout. All the patients took Urisan in a full dose of 2 capsules (550 mg) twice daily for a month. Results. Prior to Urisan therapy, the mean serum level of uric acid (UA) was 569,5±102,4 ⎧mol/l; daily UA excretion averaged 4769,8 ⎧mol/l. Urisan therapy reduced UA levels by an average of 120 ⎧mol/l and increased daily urinary UA excretion by an average of 198,8 цmol/l. Conclusion. Urisan used against gout for 30 days causes an average 21% reduction in the serum levels of UA and a 4,1% increase in its urinary excretion. There were no exacerbations of gout during Urisan therapy.Цель исследования - оценка в рамках Российского многоцентрового исследования безопасности, переносимости и эффективности применения растительного комплекса Урисан у пациентов с подагрой. Материал и методы. В ревматологическом отделении областной больницы г. Курска обследованы 30 мужчин в возрасте от 34 до 56 лет с достоверным диагнозом подагры по S.L. Wallace и длительностью болезни от 1 года до 7 лет (в среднем - 4,8 года). У 19 пациентов констатирована тофусная подагра, у 11 - бестофусная. Общее количество пораженных суставов колебалось от 3 до 10 (среднем - 4,6 сустава). В исследование включали больных подагрой в межприступный период. Все пациенты принимали Урисан в полной дозе по 2 капсулы (по 550 мг) 2 раза в день в течение месяца. Результаты исследования. Средний уровень мочевой кислоты (МК) в сыворотке крови больных до терапии Урисаном составил 569,5±102,4 мкмоль/л, суточная экскреция МК - в среднем 4769,8 ммоль/л. На фоне терапии Урисаном у больных отмечены снижение уровня МК в среднем на 120 мкмоль/л, а также увеличение уровня экскреции МК с мочой в среднем на 198,8 ммоль/л в сутки. Выводы. Прием Урисана при подагре в течение 30 дней приводит к снижению сывороточного уровня МК в среднем на 21% и увеличению экскреции МК с мочой - на 4,1%. На фоне терапии Урисаном не наблюдалось обострений подагры
