    DAMPAK PEMBERIAN REWARD TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR SISWA SD NEGERI 01 KLUWIH PADA BULAN RAMADHAN

    This study aims to determine the effect of giving rewards on student learning outcomes during the month of Ramadan. This research is important because it provides knowledge to an educator, that to produce high-achieving children, it is not by promising valuable or luxury goods, but by motivating them to study so that it influences children's learning outcomes. Increased motivation will affect student learning outcomes in learning that are still low. Therefore, researchers are interested in conducting this research to uncover the effect of giving rewards on student learning outcomes. The research population was all fourth-grade students at Kluwih 01 Public Elementary School totaling 24 students. The data collection method is through unstructured interviews and the type of research is quantitative research. The results of the study found that there was an influence between rewards and learning outcomes because rewards could increase enthusiasm and motivation to study in class IV students of Kluwih 01 Public Elementary School. The conclusion from this study is that the effect of reward has a significant effect on student learning outcomes. Keyword: Rewards, Learning Outcomes, Month of Ramada

    Pengelolaan Kelompok Kerja Guru Gugus 02 Tulakan Kabupaten Pacitan

    Kelompok Kerja Guru (KKG) merupakan suatu wadah bagi guru yang bergabung dalam organisasi gugus sekolah yang bertujuan menjadikan guru lebih profesional dalam upaya peningkatan pendidikan SD melalui pendekatan sistem pembinaan professional dan kegiatan pembelajaran aktif. Secara umum penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi yang dilaksanakan di KKG Gugus 02 Tulakan Kabupaten Pacitan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif yang sering disebut dengan pendekatan naturalistik, dimana peneliti sebagai instrumen kunci. Usaha untuk memperoleh data secara keseluruhan yang integratif dengan memperhatikan relevansi data berdasarkan fokus dan tujuan dalam pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan (1) observasi, (2) wawancara mendalam, (3) studi dokumentasi. Pengecekan kredibilitas data yang terkumpul dari berbagai pengumpulan data dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan teknik trianggulasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah melalui Analysis Interactive. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan : (1) perencanaan program KKG dilaksanakan sebagian besar oleh pengurus (2) pembelajaran masih berjalan pasif (3) tingkat kedisplinan peserta KKG belum maksimal (4) evaluasi pelaksanaan program dilakukan secara mandiri. Agar tujuan KKG dapat dicapai dengan optimal maka beberapa hal harus menjadi pertimbangan, yaitu: (1) Penentuan kebutuhan (2) Penetapan tujuan (3) Pemilihan metode; (4) Pemilihan media; (5) Implementasi program; dan (6) Evaluasi program
