    Khaidir, Neri Susanti; The research objective to factors determine the performance of accounting information systems at Bank Rakyat Indonesia Branch Office of Bengkulu. This study is a descriptive study, with a sample are employees of Bank Rakyat Indonesia Branch Office Bengkulu wear or use of accounting information systems as much as 42 employees. Methods of data collection done by survey method, while data analysis using rating scale analysis.The results reveal that the most dominant factor affecting the performance of accounting information systems at Bank Rakyat Indonesia Branch Office Bengkulu end user satisfaction factor is an average of 176, the second factor is the education and training programs by an average of 173, the next factor is the support of top management an average of 168 and the last factor is the ability of a personal technique average of 165

    The objective of this research is to reveal the influence of the type of gadung to the produced ethanol content, the yeast concentration which is suitable to get the maximum ethanol and to know the interaction between the type of gadung and the yeast concentration on the ethanol content produced. The research using Randomized Complete Design with factorial pattern consisted of 2 factors: the gadung bulb type (U), as the first factor consisting of white gadung tuber (U1) and yellow bulb tuber (U2) second factor yeast concentration consisting of 2 , 5% (R1), 3% (R2), 3.5% (R3). Fermentation duration is done for 3 days. Each treatment is repeated 3 times. The results showed that the proximate analysis on two types of gadung is highest in white gadung. The average width of the highest gadung leaves on white gadung . Test brix on the highest gadung tubers on white gadung. On observation of the highest yield of ethanol occurs on the type of white gadung  and 2.5% yeast concentration. The best type of mass observation occurred in yellow gadung tuber type and 2.5% yeast concentration. Observation of initial pH of ethanol was highest in white gadung and yeast concentration 2.5%. Observation of pH after distillation is highest on white gadung and at yeast concentration 2.5%. The highest concentration of ethanol content on yellow gadung and at yeast consentation 2.5%. The observation of the highest ash content on yellow gadung and at yeast concentration 3.5%

    The purpose of the research is to obtain the most desirable zygote age for the triploidization process using heat shock and to determine the growth performance of Seurukan fish breed as triploidized. The method used in this study is experimental method with a completely randomized design model, through 4 treatments, and 3 replications. P0: Normal spawning (control) P1: Temperature 42°C, zygote age 15 minutes old, temperature shock duration 2 minutes. P2: Temperature 42°C, zygote age 20 minutes old, temperature shock duration 2 minutes. P3: Temperature 42°C, zygote age 25 minutes old, temperature shock duration 2 minutes. The preferable hatching was found in P3 treatment with a zygote age of 25 minutes old and immersed duration for 2 minutes which was 91.27%. In addition, the highest survival rate was found in the control treatment which was 89.98% and the percentage of triploids successfulness was found in P2 with a zygote age of 20 minutes old and an immersed duration for 2 minutes which was 60%. The results present that the triploidization of Seurukan fish through a temperature shock of 42oC for 2 minutes at the zygote age of 20 minutes old after fertilization succeeded in inducing triploid fish. The optimum treatment that able to produce the highest triploid (60%) with a survival rate of 81.1% is a temperature shock of 42oC for 2 minutes at the zygote age of 20 minutes old after fertilization
