EINFLUSS DES TYPS DES ZEMENTS UND DES ZUSCHLAGS AUF DIE FEUERBESTÄNDIGKEIT DES MIKROBETONS
U radu je prikazana mogućnost poboljšanja požarne otpornosti betona odabirom tipa cementa i
agregata koji su manje podložni djelovanju visokih temperatura. U tu svrhu provedena su prethodna
ispitivanja utjecaja visokih temperatura na dva različita tipa cementa. Uspoređena su mehanička
svojstva preostala nakon požara (tlačna i vlačna čvrstoća) mikrobetona sa zgurama domaćeg područja
i drobljenom opekom/crijepom kao agregatom sa istim svojstvima mikrobetona sa riječnim agregatom.The possibility of improving fire resistance of concrete by selecting the cement and aggregate types that
are less susceptible to high temperature degradation is presented in the paper. To this purpose, a
preliminary testing campaign was conducted to determine the impact of high temperature on two
different cement types. After exposure to fire, the residual mechanical properties (compressive and
tensile strength) of microconcrete containing slag of domestic origin and crushed brick/tile as
aggregate, and microconcrete containing river aggregate, were compared.La possibilité d'améliorer la résistance au feu du béton, en choisissant les types de ciment et d'agrégat
les moins susceptibles à l'action des températures élevées, est présentée dans l'ouvrage. A cet effet, les
essai préliminaires ont été faits afin de déterminer l'influence des températures élevées aux deux types
de ciments différents. Après l'exposition au feu, les propriétés résiduelles mécaniques (résistance à la
compression/traction) du micro béton contenant la scorie d'origine domestique et les briques/tuiles
concassées comme agrégat, et du micro béton contenant l'agrégat roulé, ont été comparées.В работе показана возможность улучшения пожароустойчивости бетона на основании выбора
типа цемента и агрегата, менее подвергаемых действию высоких температур. С той целью
проведены предварительные испытания влияния высоких температур на два различных типа
цемента. Сравнивались механические свойства, сохранившиеся после пожара (прочность на
давление и растяжение) микробетона со шлаками дoмашной территории и дроблённым
кирпичём/дроблённой черепицей как агрегатом с теми же самыми свойствами микробетона с
речным агрегатом.Im Artikel ist die Möglichkeit dargestellt die Feuerbeständigkeit des Betons zu verbessern durch
Auswahl der Typen von Zement und Zuschlag die von der Wirkung hoher Temperaturen weniger
beeinflusst werden. Mit diesem Ziel durchführte man vorhergehende Untersuchungen des Einflusses
hoher Temperaturen auf zwei Zementtypen. Man verglich die überbliebenen mechanischen
Eigenschaften die nach dem Brand (Druck- und Zugfestigkeit) eines Mikrobetons mit Schlacken aus
dem einheimischen Gebiet und gebrochenem Ziegel als Zuschlag mit den gleichen Eigenschaften des
Mikrobetons mit Kieszuschlag
ANWENDUNG REZYKLIERTER ZIEGEL ALS BETONZUSCHLAG
Polazi se od toga da je u svrhu održivog gospodarenja građevinskim otpadom nužno ispitati mogućnost
njegove primjene kao sirovine. Dan je pregled rezultata dosadašnjih istraživanja svojstava i mogućnosti
upotrebe reciklirane opeke kao agregata za beton. Prikazan je i pregled trenutnih načina zbrinjavanja i
ponovne upotrebe opeke i crijepa kao građevinskog otpada u Hrvatskoj, budući da taj otpad čini najveći
udio u sastavu građevinskog otpada nastalog rušenjem zidanih građevina.The paper starts with the assertion that the possibilities of reusing construction waste as raw material
must definitely be examined if we are to ensure sustainable management of such waste. An overview of
results gained during recent studies of recycled-brick, with the possibilities of reusing this material as
concrete aggregate, is given. A survey of methods currently in place for the management and reuse of
old bricks and tiles in Croatia is also presented, as such waste is dominantly represented in the
composition of construction waste generated during demolition of masonry buildings.L'ouvrage commence en indiquant qu'il est indispensable d'examiner toutes les possibilités de réemploi des
déchets de construction dans la production des matières premiers, et cela dans le but d'assurer une gestion
durable de tels déchets. Un aperçu des résultats obtenus au cours des études récentes des briques recyclées est
présenté, et les possibilités de réemploi de ce matériau dans la production des agrégats de béton sont indiquées.
Un exposé sommaire des méthodes couramment utilisées dans la gestion et le réemploi de vieilles briques et
tuiles en Croatie est également présentée, en soulignant que de tels déchets sont les plus représentés dans la
composition des déchets de construction générés pendant la démolition des bâtiments en maçonnerie.Man geht von der Tatsache aus dass es im Ziel der erhaltbaren Bewirtschaftung des Bauabfalls notwendig ist
die Möglichkeit dessen Anwendung als Rohstoff zu untersuchen. Dargelegt ist ein Überblick über die
Ergebnisse bisheriger Forschungen der Eigenschaften und der Anwendungsmöglichkeiten rezyklierter Ziegel
als Betonzuschlag. Dargestellt ist auch ein Überblick über die rezenten Arten der Versorgung und
Wiederanwendung von Ziegel und Dachziegel als Bauabfall in Kroatien, da dieser Abfall den grössten Anteil
im Bauabfall darstellt der durch Abreissen gemauerter Bauwerke entsteht

One of the significant problems nowadays is the accumulation and management of construction and demolition waste, which increases along with continuous spreading of urbanization and industrialization. Construction and demolition waste can be recycled and used as a raw material for new applications. Recycled brick aggregates recovered from demolished masonry structures can be utilized in the manufacture of new concrete mixtures. In order to ensure a sustainable waste management it is necessary to predict its properties and to specify its utilization. An overview of previous investigation of possibilities of using recycled clay brick as an aggregate in production of new concrete is presented in this paper.Jedan od sve značajnijih problema današnjice jest nagomilavanje i zbrinjavanje građevinskog otpada, koji neprestanom urbanizacijom i industrijalizacijom poprima sve veće razmjere. Progib prearmiranih betonskih greda: usporedba analitičkih, numeričkih i eksperimentalnih rezultata
Prediction and forecasting of deflection is a complex assignment because of the factors which are varying along the axis and with the time. Thus, the approximate procedures are used, in which the obtained results are mutually different and different in a comparison with values measured on real structure. In this paper an analytical calculation of deflection of five over-reinforced concrete beams according to Eurocode 2 is presented. The beams had different dimensions in order to investigate the impact of beam size on load-bearing capacity and deflection of over-reinforced concrete beams. Comparison of deflection obtained analytically, according to Eurocode 2, and the results obtained experimentally and numerically by other authors, is also presented. The major objective of this research is to determine the differences between the analytically obtained results, and experimentally and numerically obtained results.Predviđanje i prognoziranje progiba kompleksan je zadatak zbog čimbenika koji se mijenjaju uzduž osi elementa i vremenski. Stoga se upotrebljavaju približni postupci kojima se rezultati razlikuju međusobno kao i u odnosu na izmjerene vrijednosti na konstrukciji. U radu je prikazan analitički proračun progiba pet prearmiranih betonskih greda prema Eurokodu 2. Grede su različitih dimenzija kako bismo mogli ispitati utjecaj dimenzije prearmirane betonske grede na njezinu nosivost i pojavu progiba. Također je prikazana usporedba progiba prearmiranih betonskih greda dobivenih analitičkim proračunom prema Eurokodu 2 i rezultata autora koji su izvršili eksperimentalna mjerenja i numeričku analizu za iste grede. Osnovni cilj ovog istraživanja je određivanje odstupanja analitički dobivenih rezultata progiba, i eksperimentalno i numerički dobivenih rezultata
