Influence of cement and aggregate type on fire resistance of microconcrete

Abstract

U radu je prikazana mogućnost poboljšanja požarne otpornosti betona odabirom tipa cementa i agregata koji su manje podložni djelovanju visokih temperatura. U tu svrhu provedena su prethodna ispitivanja utjecaja visokih temperatura na dva različita tipa cementa. Uspoređena su mehanička svojstva preostala nakon požara (tlačna i vlačna čvrstoća) mikrobetona sa zgurama domaćeg područja i drobljenom opekom/crijepom kao agregatom sa istim svojstvima mikrobetona sa riječnim agregatom.The possibility of improving fire resistance of concrete by selecting the cement and aggregate types that are less susceptible to high temperature degradation is presented in the paper. To this purpose, a preliminary testing campaign was conducted to determine the impact of high temperature on two different cement types.
