Traditional and historic house architecture in Iran, because of its special principles and values, is one of the patterns and honors of the architecture of this region and what is certain is to ignore and destroy those values in new living spaces. The name is housing. For this reason, since housing is the largest and most important man-made artifact, the application of traditional home architectural values can have a significant impact on the design process of residential complexes. In this regard, due to the disruptions in the residential spaces of our society today (Shiraz), it is necessary to pay attention to the concept of architectural values of traditional houses of Shiraz such as (introversion, privacy, flexibility, climate, nature). Following this view in this study, different aspects such as: recognizing the values of traditional houses architecture, identifying the features of contemporary residential architecture and improving the quality level of residential complexes based on traditional architecture values of Shiraz are the goals of this study. The present research is by nature a qualitative research and data collection method as a library study. Library studies include topics such as traditional home values in Shiraz and the matching of traditional housing with modern housing. The use of the S.O.W.T table has also been used to better analyze the site in question. The results show that some of the changes that have taken place in contemporary homes, such as the elimination of open space and interiors in today's houses, lack of attention to hierarchy and privacy in home spaces and residential complexes, lack of proper space for interaction. Neighbors and disregarding the behavioral needs of residents and their lifestyles have led to instability in contemporary homes. Finally, according to surveys, solutions are offered to create residential complexes that provide suitable living conditions and human comfort and traditional home architectural values

A historical and microsociological study of those three fundamental pillars reveals the role played by Iran as a main source of artworks, artists, art dealers and collectors in the birth of this art market, and connects this dynamics that has a cultural face to the already existing flows of immigrants and traded commodities between the two shores of the Persian Gulf since the Iranian revolution of 197

Evaluation of some factors affecting the risk of kidney damage in patients with hypertension

Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is an increasing cause of morbidity and mortality worldwide. Prospective data on risk factors for CKD are few. Hypertension is one of the risk factors for CKD. In the past serum creatinine concentration was used as marker of kidney function but it proffers a late reflection of reduced glomerular filtration rate(GFR), which limits its ability to detect impaired kidney function. Cystatin C and NGAL have recently been proven useful to quantitate CKD. Therefore in this study, we assessed the effect of some risk factors on reduction of estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) in patients with high blood pressure. This study was performed on 42 hypertensive patients and 30 healthy volunteers, both with normal serum creatinine and urea concentration. In this study, we measured serum cystatin C and Plasma NGAL. Serum creatinine and urea levels of the patients were measured after an overnight fasting.  . Estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) was considered as the gold standard method .Serum cystatin C and plasma NGAL were measured using commercially available human ELISA kits. Logistic   regression and T-test were used for statistical analysis. The results of logistic regression showed that among the variables studied, plasma levels of NGAL, age and duration of hypertension were significantly associated with the eGFR<78(P<0.05). Our findings suggest that, increased levels of NGAL, age and duration of hypertension predicts a higher odds of impaired renal functio

The effects of dietary nucleotide (0.2%) on the growth, intestinal morphology as well as fatty acid profile of the whiteleg shrimp, Litopenaeus vannamei was investigated in Bushehr province (Delvar) for a 5-week feeding trial. The experiment was carried out in triplicate in circular PVC tanks of 300L capacity. Each tank was randomly filled with 25 shrimps weighting on average 3.21±0.03g. Added dietary nucleotide significantly improved growth factors such as 10% weight increase, 7.97% increase in specific growth rate (SGR), 11.32% increase in protein efficiency ratio (PER), 9.64% decrease in feed conversion ratio (FCR) and 14:1n5, 20:3n3 and DHA fatty acids. However, no significant differences were evident in survival, carapace length gain, daily feed consumption and saturate fatty acid (SFA), monounsaturated fatty acid (MUFA), poly unsaturated fatty acid (PUFA) content, n-3/n-6 as well as EPA+DHA fatty acids between the two treatments. Intestine epithelium cells height (IECH) in the abdominal first section were significantly higher in shrimp fed by dietary nucleotide
