The subject of the research are the companies of the IT sector, as a strategically important sector in the information age. Their development of companies in the IT sector is associated with high risks and requires large volumes of investments, including attracting bank loans. In this regard, the purpose of the study was to develop an adequate sectoral methodology for rating companies in the IT sector by the level of creditworthiness risks using mathematical and statistical tools that make it possible to reliably assess the potential risks of investors. To achieve this goal, the study proposes a methodology for assessing the creditworthiness of IT companies based on a system of risk factors, which makes it possible to quantify the exposure of companies to two generalized risk groups: financial risk and business risks. Based on the cluster analysis, a rating table has been developed, according to which, depending on the calculated score, the category of the companyβs creditworthiness is determined. The study concluded that the key factors affecting the creditworthiness of companies are: indicators of financial stability, return on assets, liquidity ratio, online advertising market size, as well as the share of intangible assets in the structure of assets and the amount of research costs. development and capital investments. The constructed scoring model was tested on the Mail.ru Group company (from 12.10.2021 β VK). Practical significance of the research results includes in the fact that the developed model can be applied not only for assessing creditworthiness, but also as one of the express methods of risk management in an organization.ΠΡΠ΅Π΄ΠΌΠ΅ΡΠΎΠΌ ΠΈΡΡΠ»Π΅Π΄ΠΎΠ²Π°Π½ΠΈΡ ΡΠ²Π»ΡΡΡΡΡ ΠΊΠΎΠΌΠΏΠ°Π½ΠΈΠΈ ΡΡΡΠ°ΡΠ΅Π³ΠΈΡΠ΅ΡΠΊΠΈ Π²Π°ΠΆΠ½ΠΎΠ³ΠΎ Π² ΠΈΠ½ΡΠΎΡΠΌΠ°ΡΠΈΠΎΠ½Π½ΡΡ ΡΠΏΠΎΡ

Finite-dimensional reductions of the discrete Toda chain
The problem of construction of integrable boundary conditions for the
discrete Toda chain is considered. The restricted chains for properly chosen
closure conditions are reduced to the well known discrete Painlev\'e equations
, , . Lax representations for these discrete
Painlev\'e equations are found.Comment: Submitted to Jornal of Physics A: Math. Gen., 14 page

A series of phosphoamide cavitands were obtained. Structures and properties of synthesized compounds were discussed on the basis of physical and quantum chemical methods
SYNTHESIS OF BIOLOGICAL ACTIVE AZINYLFERROCENE DERIVATIVES
As a rule, the presence of a lipophilic ferrocene unit in the drug structure modulates, and often enhances, their physiological activity. In this work the synthesis of vinyl-containing azinylferrocene derivatives was presented. It was found that previously obtained by direct C-H functionalization in (hetero)azinylferrocenes 1a-d (SN H reactions) undergo regioselective Friedel-Crafts acetylation to form 1, 1'-disubstituted 2a-d products with good yields, which are able to enter the Wittig reaction to the corresponding vinylferrocenes 3a-d.This work was supported by the Russian Foundation for Basic Research, project # 20-43-660054
One-step synthesis of gold colloids using amidoaminocalix[4]resorcinarenes as reducing and stabilizing agents. Investigation of naproxen binding
Β© 2017 Elsevier B.V.Amido(dimethylamino) calix[4]resorcinarenes with different substituents on the lower rim (-CH3 (Π‘1), βC5H11 (C5), βC11H23 (C11)) both as reducing and stabilizing agent in an aqueous solution were used for the fabrication of stable gold colloids. Gold colloids are characterized by spectrophotometry, FTIR β spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy, dynamic light scattering. It is found that increase of the macrocycle's concentration towards HAuCl4 concentration during the synthesis leads to the decrease in the size of formed particles. It is shown that the size of gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) decreases with the increase of the hydrophobicity of the substituents on the macrocycles lower rim (C1@Au β 4β14Β nm, C5@Au - 10β11Β nm, C11@Au β 7β8Β nm). The monolayer packing of the macrocycle molecules on the surface of the metal particle for C1@Au and bilayer β for C5@Au and C11@Au, providing both the stabilization of AuNPs and their solubility in water, are proposed. Temperature and pH variation during the synthesis showed that the optimal synthesis conditions for all kinds of particles C1@Au, C5@Au, C11@Au are spontaneous installed during the synthesis pH (for C1@Au β pH 8.10, C5@Au β pH 8.56, C11@Au β pH 8.63) and the synthesis temperature of the 25Β Β°C. High binding fraction of drug substrate naproxen on the surface of AuNPs modified by C5 and C11 macrocyclic aggregates due to the ordering of the macrocycles on the particle surface and enhancing their receptor ability towards naproxen is defined by fluorescence method
