Innovative Production Technology of Drinks from Grape Cryopowders
A technology, based on the production of wine beverages from grape cryopowders in the mountain-valley zone of the Republic of Dagestan, is proposed. The data on the vacuum microwave drying of grape raw materials and subsequent grinding in a cryomill are presented. The modes of grape raw material preparation and its subsequent dehydration and cryo-grinding, which provide the possibility of successful use in the dried state in the production technology of wine drinks, are proposed. The principal feature is the use of whole grapes as a raw material, with rinds and seeds. The physical and chemical indicators, the content of phenolic substances and the organoleptic indicators of wine beverages made according to the traditional technology and the beverage made from grape cryopowders were studied. A comparative assessment of beverages was made. It is established that vacuum microwave drying conduces to better preservation of the properties of raw materials and finished products. The organoleptic assessment showed that the wine drinks developed according to the proposed technology had a more intense color and a more pronounced flavor of sweetness and sourness than traditional wine beverages. The advantage of this technology is the ability to transport grape cryopowders in unregulated temperature conditions to any point close to the consumer and carry out the production of wine beverages there
Determination of calcium and magnesium in the presence of drugs
Lack of calcium leads to clinical manifestations such as muscle tetany or weakness, heart rhythm disorders and seizures, osteoporosis, and osteopenia. Magnesium deficiency leads to severe disorders of the Central nervous system, cardiovascular diseases, respiratory disorders (such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease), hemolytic anemia, type 2 diabetes, and is the cause of premenstrual syndrome - dysmenorrhea. The modern market of medicines offers a wide range of products to eliminate pain during the menstrual period in primary dysmenorrhea. That is why it is important to analyze the interaction between the components of drugs and calcium and magnesium ions. For the research were taken drugs used in gynecological practice, which belong to different clinical and pharmacological groups. Experimental data show that magnesium and calcium ions are able to enter into complexation reactions with active substances of drugs used in gynecological practice. The stability of the resulting complex compounds is comparable to the stability of these ions with Trilon BΠΠ΅Π΄ΠΎΡΡΠ°ΡΠΎΠΊ ΠΊΠ°Π»ΡΡΠΈΡ ΠΏΡΠΈΠ²ΠΎΠ΄ΠΈΡ ΠΊ ΠΊΠ»ΠΈΠ½ΠΈΡΠ΅ΡΠΊΠΈΠΌ ΠΏΡΠΎΡΠ²Π»Π΅Π½ΠΈΡΠΌ, ΡΠ°ΠΊΠΈΠΌ ΠΊΠ°ΠΊ ΠΌΡΡΠ΅ΡΠ½Π°Ρ ΡΠ΅ΡΠ°Π½ΠΈΡ ΠΈΠ»ΠΈ ΡΠ»Π°Π±ΠΎΡΡΡ, Π½Π°ΡΡΡΠ΅Π½ΠΈΡ ΡΠ΅ΡΠ΄Π΅ΡΠ½ΠΎΠ³ΠΎ ΡΠΈΡΠΌΠ° ΠΈ ΡΡΠ΄ΠΎΡΠΎΠ³ΠΈ, ΠΎΡΡΠ΅ΠΎΠΏΠΎΡΠΎΠ·, ΠΎΡΡΠ΅ΠΎΠΏΠ΅Π½ΠΈΡ. Currently, a growing amount of data is emerging on the role of various environmental factors (nutrients, gut microbiota, etc.) on formation of depression. The impact on these factors can be effective not only in treatment of major depressive disorder, but also in its early prevention. Therefore, a more detailed study of environmental factors in depression can lead both to a better understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of the disorder and to optimization of approaches to its treatment. The aim of the review was to assess the potential role of a number of environmental factors associated with nutritional aspects and characteristics of individual microflora, as well as to review the prospects of a strategy for affecting these factors in treatment and prevention of depression.Β Π Π½Π°ΡΡΠΎΡΡΠ΅Π΅ Π²ΡΠ΅ΠΌΡ ΠΏΠΎΡΠ²Π»ΡΠ΅ΡΡΡ Π²ΡΠ΅ Π±ΠΎΠ»ΡΡΠ΅ ΡΠ²Π΅Π΄Π΅Π½ΠΈΠΉ ΠΎ ΡΠΎΠ»ΠΈ ΡΠ°Π·Π»ΠΈΡΠ½ΡΡ

Neuronal Chemokines: Versatile Messengers In Central Nervous System Cell Interaction
Whereas chemokines are well known for their ability to induce cell migration, only recently it became evident that chemokines also control a variety of other cell functions and are versatile messengers in the interaction between a diversity of cell types. In the central nervous system (CNS), chemokines are generally found under both physiological and pathological conditions. Whereas many reports describe chemokine expression in astrocytes and microglia and their role in the migration of leukocytes into the CNS, only few studies describe chemokine expression in neurons. Nevertheless, the expression of neuronal chemokines and the corresponding chemokine receptors in CNS cells under physiological and pathological conditions indicates that neuronal chemokines contribute to CNS cell interaction. In this study, we review recent studies describing neuronal chemokine expression and discuss potential roles of neuronal chemokines in neuronβastrocyte, neuronβmicroglia, and neuronβneuron interaction
Higres - Visualization System for Clustered Graphs and Graph Algorithms
We present the Higres system - a visualization tool, an editor for clustered graphs and a platform for execution and animation of graph algorithms. Higres can handle any attributed graphs and perform animated semantic processing of them. The semantics of a graph can be defined by the user in the graph editor. The user can also create new external modules to process graphs with defined semantics. In addition we provide a possibility to extend system with new graph drawing algorithms by using special type of external modules for this purpose. We provide an easy to use C++ library for implementation of both types of extensions
