    Pengujian Bahan Formulasi MsNPV ( Mythimna Separata Nuclear Polyhedrosis Virus) Terhadap Ulat Grayak Padi, Mythimna Separata Walker Di Lapangan

    The objective of these studies were to observe efficiency material formulations of MsNPV and the influence to rice plantation on different locations (Indramayu (3 m above sea level), Sukabumi (400m above sea level) and Bogor (250 m above sea level) to larvae of rice army worm. This study used randomized block design with 4 treatments consisted of 3 formulation materials (talc, kaolin and gypsum) and control in five replications. Observations were done to life and death larvae on 5, 10, 15 days after inoculation and leaf damaged. Data were analysed with DMRT. Results from this study indicated that material talc formulation was more effective because all the material was dissolve as compare to material kaolin and gypsum formulations while the material were precipitated. Utilize these three material formulations on three different locations above sea level gave the same impact to the mortality army worm larvae and also to the plant damage

    Several methods can be used to control pest infestation, especially by the use of biological agents that do not contaminate environment. Virus as a biological agent has already been used to control army worm on some plants. Some benefits can be obtained when biological agents are used to control insect infestation. The objectives of these studies were to obtain: a method to produce MsNPV formulation from rice army worm; an effective and efficient method to pack and store MsNPV formulation as biological agent of rice army worm and an efficient application method of MsNPV formulation to control rice army worm. These studies were conducted at laboratory and green house in Bogor and rice field in Indramayu and Sukabumi, West Java during the planting season of 2005. The experiment consisted of several parts: production of suspension and MsNPV formulation from the larvae of ricearmy worm, packing and period storing of MsNPV formulation, observe the effect of MsNPV formulation on rice army worm in the rice fileds. Results from these studies show that the number of larvae used will effect production of suspension and formulation of MsNPV. The number of larvae used would increase the production of suspension and the value of formulation will also increase. While method of packing, period of time and location of storing showed that time period of 1; 2; and 3 months at different colour of plastic also location of storing refrigerator vs room temperature did not effect on mortality of larvae rice armyworm

    Natural gas is one of the primary hydrocarbon energies in Indonesia. The construction of natural gas production facilities is essential to accommodate domestic energy needs. These facilities include production, pipelines, and processing facilities in an integrated manner. This study used the hydrocarbon composition of Field-X with an average of 7.62% CO2 and 0.06% H2S. The alternative design uses a fixed platform (fixed platform), MOPU (Mobile Offshore Production Unit), and a Semi-Submersible platform. The design comparison criteria are capital expenditure (CapEx), net present value (NPV), internal rate of return (IRR), work completion time, safety risk, and flexibility of future facility development. Through the comparison method, it is found that Option A is the best option, which has a design criterion value of 57%, a higher NPV of 43,537,469.58thanthesmallestNPVoption,anIRRof1943,537,469.58 than the smallest NPV option, an IRR of 19%, and a payout time (POT) of 5 years. Option A uses a fixed platform with a pipeline to the north, the hydrocarbon separation process is carried out on an offshore platform, and the processing is carried out onshore. ABSTRAKGas alam merupakan salah satu energi hidrokarbon utama di Indonesia. Pembangunan fasilitas produksinya sangat penting untuk mengakomodasi kebutuhan energi dalam negeri. Fasilitas ini meliputi produksi, jalur pemipaan, dan fasilitas pengolahan hidrokarbon secara terintegrasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan komposisi hidrokarbon dari Lapangan-X dengan rata-rata CO2 7.62% dan H2S 0.06%. Alternatif desain menggunakan anjungan tetap (fix platform), MOPU (Mobile Offshore Production Unit), dan anjungan Semi-Submersible. Kriteria perbandingan desain adalah modal awal, nilai bersih saat ini (NPV), tingkat pengembalian internal (IRR), waktu penyelesaian pekerjaan, resiko keselamatan, dan flexibilitas pengembangan fasilitas kedepan. Melalui metode perbandingan yang dipadankan didapatkan Opsi A  adalah opsi terbaik, yang memiliki nilai kriteria desain 57%, NPV lebih tinggi 43,537,469.58 dibanding opsi NPV terkecil, IRR 19% dan waktu pembayaran (payout time/POT) 5 tahun. Opsi A  menggunakan anjungan tetap dengan jalur pemipaan ke arah Utara, proses separasi hidrokarbon dilakukan pada anjungan lepas pantai (offshore) dan pengolahannya dilakukan di darat (onshore).

The objective of this study was to find resistance varieties and to observe some biological characters of whitebacked pianthopper (wbph) i.e 1 heir preference, number of eggs laid, number of food consume, population development and their survival in the resistance varieties.The study was conducted in the green house, Bogor Res.lnst. for lood Crops in the dry season 1983.Results from this observation showed that the number of wbph to stay,to lay eggs, to consunv".to develop as well as to survive on susceptible varieties are greater than those on resistent varieties.On the susceptible plant the development will be poor on the contrat with their growth on the resistant plant.Therefore, this resistant plant is good to be used to control wbph in the field

    The objective of this study is to observe variations between and within species using morphometry. Collections of Scirpophaga were carried out at rice fields in the Northern Coastal area of Java (Pantura): Kerawang, Cikampek, lndramayu, Cirebon, at sugar-cane plantations in Yogyakarta and Pasuruan and various gramineous crops in areas of South Bandung and Lampung from March 1998 to March 1999. Identification was done using morphology of adult characters. Variation within the population groups are recognized by taking measurement of parts of the head, for example measurement of the length and width of the head. Other characters used ill keying adult Lepidoptera to family are those of willg uenation. Also the morphology of male genitalia were used as main characters to differentiate species Results from this studies shownthat: a) Scirpophaga innotata. Measllrement of parts of the head from sample collected showed very little variation, ihier were mentioned as a group. Variation based on wing size, length and width of forewing can bedivided into two groups sizes; the large group size (950 - 1025 lI11n/100) and the smolt group size (850 - 860min/100). Variation based on the size of male gellitalia were more varied in ranging; between 20 - 26min/100 in length and 23 - 35 min/100 but they can be put into one group. b) Scirpophaga incertulas. Measurelllent of parts of the head show little variation in the scattered diagram distribution, and is considered as the same population group. Variation based on wing size, length and width of forewing collected from various places in Java indicated that populations of this insect does not indicate any differences in term of types of wing uenations and considered as similar populatious. Variation based on the size of male genitalia seemed to the same group in the scattered diagmm. c) Scirpophaga excerptalis Measurement of parts of the head(the length and width of the head) considerd as one population. Variation based on the size of nutle genitalia seemed to the smile group in the scattered diagrmn

    ANALISIS VALUE ENGINEERING PADA PROYEK PEMBANGUNAN APARTEMENT DI CIKARANG

    Abstrak : Biaya untuk sebuah pembangunan suatu proyek sangatlah penting tetapi kalau dalam penggunaannya tidak ada pengendalian maka keuangan pemilik proyek akan rugi. Pada pembangunan proyek apartemen di Cikarang ini pekerjaan arsitektur (pekerjaan dinding, pekerjaan precast facade, pekerjaan plafond, pekerjaan lantai, pekerjaan pintu jendela, pekerjaan railing, pekerjaan sanitair) memakan biaya yang lebih besar dibanding pekerjaan lainnya. Value engineering merupakan salah satu cara untuk menekan faktor biaya tersebut karena akan mengidentifikasi item pekerjaan apa yang mungkin banyak mengeluarkan biaya dengan cara melalui tahap informasi, tahap kreatif, tahap analisa, dan tahap rekomendasi serta menggunakan metode paired comparason dalam menentukan faktor yang akan digunakan sebagai desain penggantinya. Pengeluaran biaya pekerjaan dinding eksisting sebesar Rp.10.189.035.186, setelah dilakukan proses value engineering dengan alternatif 1 didapatkan biaya sebesar Rp. 8.052.748.444 atau ada penghematan Rp.2.136.286.741 (20.97%). Dan dengan alternatif 2 didapatkan biaya sebesar Rp.8.134.383.474 atau ada penghematan Rp.2.054.651.711 (20.17%). Kata Kunci : value engineering, tahap informasi, tahap kreatif, tahap analisa, tahap rekomendasi Abstract : The cost for development a project is very important but if there is not control for its use than the project owner’s finansial loss. Value engineering is one way to minimize the cost factor because it will identify what items of work may cost a lot by going through the information stage, crative phase, analisis phase, and recomendation stage and using paired comparason method in determining the factors to be used as design his successor. Expenditure of existing wall work costs Rp. 10.189.035.186, after the value engineering process with alternative 1, it was found that the cost of Rp. 8.052.748.444 or Rp.2.136.286.741 (20.97%).     Jalan adalah kebutuhan utama suatu wilayah dalam menopang kegiatan perekonomian, dengan kata lain semakin baik kondisi jalan semakin memudahkan dalam menggerakan roda ekonomi suatu daerah itu sendiri maupun daerah sekitarnya, contohnya adalah akses jalan di lokasi-lokasi yang dianggap penting seperti Bandara, Pelabuhan, Pusat Pemerintahan dan lain sebagainya. Semakin baik kondisi jalan menuju Bandara maka semakin memudahkan masyarakat keluar masuk wilayah tersebut, sama dengan semakin baik jalan menuju Pelabuhan berarti semakin memudah barang keluar dan masuk Pelabuhan sehingga memudahkan dan meningkatkan kegiatan perekonomian wilayah tersebut. Jalan Tol atau yang bisa disebut juga jalan bebas hambatan adalah jalan yang dikhususkan untuk kendaraan yang memiliki sumbu roda lebih dari dua seperti mobil, bus, truk dan lain sebagainya. Salah satu bagian penting dari jalan tol adalah Gardu Tol dimana tempat pelayanan pembayaran bagi para pengguna jalan tol tersebut. Gardu Tol Rorotan 2 merupakan salah satu gardu tol yang memiliki peran penting bagi Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok, Gardu Tol Rorotan 2 adalah pintu keluar barang-barang dari pelabuhan Tanjung Priok menuju wilayah timur Jakarta yang melalui Jalan Luar Lingkar Timur Jakarta. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui kinerja Gardu Tol Rorotan 2 berdasarkan volume lalu lintas, tingkat kedatangan, tingkat pelayanan, jumlah fasilitas pelayanan dan disiplin antrian.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan, jumlah gardu tol yang sesuai dengan tingkat kedatangan kendaraan yang ada, sehingga tidak akan terjadi antrian yang panjang adalah 4 Gardu tol konvensional. Mempertimbangkan nilai efektifitas jumlah 4 Gardu tol konvensional dapat di konversi menjadi 2 Gardu tol Single Channel Multiple Phase dengan syarat waktu pelayanan pada Phase pertama dan kedua harus relatif sama
