    Efektivitas penggunaan media gambar dalam upaya meningkatkan hasil belajar agama hindu

    This classroom action research aims to determine the increase in learning outcomes of Hinduism through the use of image media. The subjects of this study were grade 1 students of SDN 3 Padangsambian, Denpasar city in the 2020/2021 school year. The object of research is the learning outcomes of Hinduism. Hindu religious learning outcomes data were collected using learning outcome tests. The collected data were analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The criteria for success are as follows: (1) the minimum average daily test score is KKM = 70, and (2) classical learning completeness is at least 85%. The results of preliminary observations made before the action showed that the mean value of Hinduism only reached 67.78 with classical completeness of 61.54%. After the classroom action research was carried out, in the first cycle the average value of the students' daily tests reached 71.84 with 80.77% classical completeness. In the first cycle classical completeness was still below 85% so the cycle was continued to cycle II. After taking the action, in cycle II, the mean score of Hinduism reached 76.19 with classical completeness reaching 88.46%. Thus, the use of image media can improve learning outcomes of Hinduism for grade I SDN 3 Padangsambian students in the 2020/2021 school year in two cycles. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar Agama Hindu melalui penggunaan media gambar. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas 1 SDN 3 Padangsambian kota Denpasar tahun pelajaran 2020/2021. Objek penelitian adalah hasil belajar Agama Hindu. Data hasil belajar Agama Hindu dikumpulkan menggunakan tes hasil belajar. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Kriteria keberhasilan adalah sebagai berikut: (1) nilai rata-rata ulangan harian minimal sebesar KKM=70, dan (2) ketuntasan belajar klasikal minimal 85%. Hasil observasi awal yang dilakukan sebelum tindakan menunjukkan bahwa nilai rerata Agama Hindu hanya mencapai 67,78 dengan ketuntasan secara klasikal 61,54%. Setelah dilakukan penelitian tindakan kelas, pada siklus I nilai rata-rata ulangan harian siswa mencapai 71,84 dengan ketuntasan klasikal 80,77%. Pada siklus I ketuntasan secara klasikal masih di bawah 85% sehingga siklus dilanjutkan ke siklus II. Setelah dilakukan tindakan, pada siklus II, nilai rerata Agama Hindu mencapai 76,19 dengan ketuntasan klasikal mencapai 88,46%. Dengan demikian, penggunaan media gambar dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar Agama Hindu siswa kelas I SDN 3 Padangsambian tahun pelajaran 2020/2021 dalam dua siklus

    Fertilizing and Pruning Application for the Flowering and Fruiting of Conjoined Citrus

    This study aims to examine the application of fertilizing and pruning for the flowering and fruiting of conjoined citrus plants and their interactions. This study used a randomized-group design, arranged factorially with two factors, namely Fertilizing (F) and Pruning (P). The first factor that was experimented was fertilization (F) consisting of 3 levels, namely P0 (fertilization following the farmers' way only with manure), F1 (fertilizing with manure, N, P, K and Ca), F2 (fertilizing with manure N , P, K, Ca + Cu and Zn), while the second factor that was experimented was pruning (F) consisting of 3 levels, namely F0 (without pruning), F1 (young shoots trimmed), F2 (young shoots, twigs and leaves that were stricken with disease and were shaded, trimmed). Fertilizing and pruning treatments have a very significant effect on the number of fruits formed per tree. The results show that obtaining highest number of fruits formed per tree in fertilizing treatment with manure N, P, K, Ca + Cu and Zn was 256.00 pieces, increased by 95.79% compared with that of the lowest number in fertilizing treatment carried out only by manure, which was 130.75 pieces. The conclusion that obtained highest number of fruit per tree in the treatment of pruning the young shoots, twigs and leaves that were stricken with disease and were shaded was as many as 222.42 pieces, an increase of 25.71% compared with that of the lowest number in the treatment without pruning, which was only 176.92 fruit

    Citrus is a tropical fruit that is preferred by the majority of the Indonesian people. But availability does not comply with this requirement due to the increase of population, income generation, public awareness of the importance of nutrition in addition to the development of agro-industries This is because one of them is the presence of buds induced and not induced in which to manipulate flowering citrus crop is still relatively difficult, because information limited to flowering as the flowering phase and an endogenous substance which causes the flowers induced or not induced. This study uses the citrus crop was ten years old, aims to identify phases-phase of the development of flowers and learn the changes in endogenous substances suspected to affect flowering buds flowering shoots induced or not induced.     Efforts to Produce Siamese Citrus Fruit Out of Season and Fruit Quality Improvement Through Application of Potassium Nitrate and Agrodyke Fertilizer

    The research aimed to find out the efforts to produce off-season orange fruit and increase the quality of fruit through the application of potassium nitrate and agrodyke organic fertilizer. The study used a factorial randomized block design with 2 treatment factors. The first factor is the flower induction application using potassium nitrate (K) consisting of 3 levels, namely (K0 = 0 g/tree), (K1 = 20 g/tree), and (K2 = 40 g/tree). While the second factor is the application of agrodyke organic fertilizer (P) consisting of 4 levels, namely (P0 = 0 g / tree), (P1 = 15 g/tree), (P2 = 30 g / tree) and (P3 = 45 g/tree). There are 12 combination treatments and each of them is repeated 3 times so that 36 tree plants are needed. The results showed the interaction between potassium nitrate treatment with agrodyke organic fertilizer treatment had no significant effect on all observed variables. Potassium nitrate treatment and agrodyke organic fertilizer can significantly improve the quality of orange citrus fruit out of season physically. In the treatment of potassium nitrate 40 g/tree, the weight of the harvested fruit per tree was obtained, the weight per fruit and the highest fruit diameter were 13703.90 g; 99.92 g and 6.81 cm or an increase of 62.24%; 16.32% and 9.49% compared with no treatment of potassium nitrate which is 8446.60 g; 87, 42 g and 6.22 cm

    This study aims to determine the effects of mycorrhizal and indole butyric acid (IBA) growth regulators and their interactions on siam citrus products. This study uses a randomized block design (RBD) with two factors arranged factorially. The first factor to be tried was the mycorrhizal dose which consisted of 3 levels, namely 0, 50, and 100 g/plant, while the second factor tried was the concentration of the substance indole butiric acid (IBA) growth regulator consisting of 4 levels, namely 0, 50, 100, and 150 ppm/plant. Thus there are 12 combination treatments, each of which is repeated 3 times so that 36 citrus trees are needed. The results showed that the interaction between mycorrhizal dose and the concentration of IBA had no significant effect on all observed variables. Treatment of mycorrhizal doses and dosage of IBA had a very significant effect on the weight of harvested fruit per tree. The highest yield of fruit per tree was obtained in 100 g / plant mycorrhiza treatment, which was 13.53 kg, an increase of 57.88% compared to the lowest yield in mycorrhiza treatment, which was 8.57 kg. The highest yield of fruit per tree was obtained at IBA concentration of 100 ppm / plant, which was 15.03 kg, an increase of 78.08% compared to the lowest yield on IBA concentration without 8.44 kg

    Response to Growth and Yield Melon Plant (Cucumis Melo L.) in the Giving of Rabbit Urine and KNO3

    The purpose of this study was to obtain rabbit urine concentration and the right dose of KNO3 to increase fertility and nutrient availability to get the best growth and yield of melons. This research is a factorial experiment, with a Basic Design Randomized Block Design with 2 factors tried. In the first factor giving rabbit urine consists of 4 levels: U0= without giving urine, U1= giving urine 100 cc L-1 water, U2= giving urine 200 cc L-1 water, U3 = giving urine 300 cc L-1 water. The second factor with 3 levels: K0= without KNO3, K1= dose of 100 kg ha-1 KNO3, K2= dose of 200 kg ha-1 KNO3. 12 combination treatments will be obtained and repeated 3 times. From the analysis, results obtained the interaction between administration of rabbit urine and KNO3 significantly affected the highest fresh weight variable per plant in the combination of 300 cc L-1 water rabbit urine with KNO3 dose of 200 kg ha-1 (U3K2) of 225.02 g and the lowest in combination without urine rabbits with no KNO3 (U0K0) of 158.23 g and this increased 42.21%. The fresh weight of fruit per plant in the administration of 300 cc L-1 rabbit urine water (U3) obtained the highest weight of 851.72 g and the lowest without rabbit urine (U0) of 680.96 g and U3 increased by 25.08% when compared with U0. Fresh weight of fruit per plant at a dose of 200 kg ha-1 KNO3 (K2) obtained the highest weight is 903.21 g and the lowest at no KNO3 (K0) is 651.37 g and the dose of 200 kg ha-1 KNO3 (K2) increased 38,66% compared to without KNO3 (K0)

    POCKET MEASUREMENT METHODS IN WISTAR RATS PERIODONTITIS INDUCED BY BACTERIA AND THE INSTALLATION OF SILK LIGATURE: AN EXPERIMENTAL STUDIES

    Objective: The purpose of this study was to develop an experimental model of induction of periodontal disease in Wistar rats, using a combination of bacterial induction and binding of silk ligature with respect to pocket periodontal depth. Methods: Experiments with a pre-posttest group design was applied. Five adult male Wistar rats from the Udayana University's Analytical Laboratory were included in the study. Measuring pocket depth in experimental animals using dental probes was previously administered. Then performed the installation of silk ligature and bacterial induction Porphyromonas gingivalis, on the mandibular anterior teeth. Release of silk ligature on day 7, without the action of debridement of plaque or calculus on rat tooth. Observation of the development of the testing animals on the 3d, 7d, and 11d. On the 11d, re-measurement of pocket depth was conducted. Results: Periodontal tissue abnormalities with silk ligature placement and bacterial infiltration Porphyromonas gingivalis cause periodontal inflammation with periodontal pocket formation, with a mean depth of 3.32 mm, which was analyzed using Wilcoxon p<0.05.
