    The polemic of ex-convict candidates for legislative members has given special attention to academics and the general public. In this case, the polemic lies in the overlap between regulations number 7 of 2017 about General Elections and Regulation of Election Commission number 20 of 2018 about the nominations of DPR, provincial DPRD and Regency / city DPRD members. The core problem in the regulation is the limitation of political rights for ex-convicts (Croupier of Drugs, Sexual Crimes against Children and Corruption). Whereas the higher level regulation does not limit this. This research is a library research. Namely research that uses all sources of research from books, journals, articles, research, laws, and from the internet. After the sources are obtained and then analyzed using related theories. This research focuses on the normativity strategy that should have been carried out and applied by the general election commission in limiting former convicts in the 2019 general election. The normativity strategy that should be carried out by the general election commission on the limitation of convicted persons in general elections in Indonesia is the making of regulations relating to the submission of honesty to the public that those who nominate themselves as prospective legislative candidates are ex-convicts. One of the strategies that must be regulated in the regulation is, Submission to the public through social media, in this case the delivery must be regulated more stringently and in more detailed procedures, because it is feared that political actors whose status as ex-convicts only pay to one television station and get a certificate or proof.     Transformator tiga fasa merupakan salah satu alat penting dalam sistem ketenagalistrikan karena untuk pengkonversian tegangan, baik menaikkan atau nenurunkan tegangan sebelum masuk atau keluar dari jaringan untuk menyesuaikan tegangan yang dipakai. Jika transformator mengalami gangguan, maka penyaluran tenaga listrik dapat terganggu, sehingga transformator memerlukan peralatan proteksi baik proteksi utama (main protection) maupun proteksi cadangan. Pada transformator sering mengalami gangguan internal sehingga diperlukan pengaman utama untuk transformator yaitu relay diferensial, sehingga dapat mengisolasi gangguan internal secepat mungkin tanpa mengakibatkan kerusakan yang lebih lanjut. Tujuan tugas akhir ini adalah merancang relay diferensial tipe longitudinal untuk proteksi transformator tiga fasa berbasis mikrokontroler AVR ATMega8535. Mikrokontroler digunakan sebagai unit untuk mengontrol sistem dari relay diferensial yang dapat melakukan aksi saat transformator dalam keadaan normal maupun saat sedang mengalami gangguan. Aksi relay diferensial ini saat keadaan normal adalah memantau secara realtime nilai arus saluran masing-masing fasa pada transformator, sedangkan pada saat gangguan maka relay akan secara seketika mengisolasi transformator dengan cara memutus circuit breaker atau kontaktor sehingga tidak akan terjadi kerusakan lebih lanjut. Selain itu relay ini juga disertai indikator yang menyatakan apakah relay dalam kondisi power on, relay normal atau relay sedang trip. Relay diferensial dapat digunakan untuk untuk proteksi transformator tiga fasa sampai dengan arus maksimum masingmasing fasa sebesar 8,5 A. Waktu operasi relay adalah antara 200-228 milisekon.     Seiring dengan melambungnya harga minyak bumi dan makin menipisnya cadangan minyak bumi maka kita diharuskan untuk menghemat pemakaian energi yang dihasilkan oleh pemakaian minyak bumi. Apalagi Negara kita merupakan Negara pengimpor minyak. Sehingga semakin banyak pemakaian minyak bumi didalam negri maka semakin besar pula jumlah minyak yang harus diimpor dan secara otomatis akan menguras keuangan Negara. Antara lain pemakaian minyak bumi didalam negri digunakan untuk ; kendaraan, pembangkitan listrik, memasak, industri, dan masih banyakyang lainnya. Dengan memakai sumber listrik dari PLN, kita dapat menghemat pengeluaran sebab listrik dari PLN ini masih disubsidi oleh pemerintah. Disamping faktor ekonomi, dengan menggunakan sumber listrik dari PLN juga dapat menghemat cadangan minyak bumi yang semakin hari semakin menipis. Tugas Akhir akan membandingkan pemakaian listrik menggunakan genset dan listrik PLN pada Transmisi TVRI Jawa Tengah di Garung, Wonosobo pada bulan Februari 2007 – Agustus 2007. Pembandingan ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh efisiensi sumber listrik pada Transmisi TVRI Jawa Tengah di Garung, Wonosobo. Hal ini disebabkan karena pemakaian genset sangat mahal biaya operasionalnya.Sehingga diharapkan dapat mengurangi pengeluaran biaya operasional dalam pemakaian listrik

    Lampu sodium bertekanan tinggi termasuk dalam kelas lampu discharge tekanan tinggi yang efisien dalam pencahayaan dan banyak digunakan untuk penerangan di luar ruangan seperti penerangan jalan. Untuk menyalakan lampu jenis ini, dibutuhkan peranti tambahan yang disebut dengan ballast. Sekarang ini masih banyak yang menggunakan ballast elektromagnetik. Ballast elektromagnetik memang lebih sederhana, tetapi kelemahannya adalah cos phi yang rendah, efisiensi yang rendah, serta berat dan ukuran yang besar. Penggunaan ballast elektronik dapat mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Pada tugas akhir ini dibuat ballast elektronik menggunakan inverter resonan seri topologi setengah jembatan dengan piranti pensakalarannya menggunakan mosfet, dimana inverter beroperasi pada kondisi Zero Voltage Switching (ZVS) dengan frekuensi nominal di atas frekuensi resonansinya. Pengaturan daya keluaran ballast dilakukan dengan merubah frekuensi pemicuan, sehingga ballast dapat diatur peredupannya. Pengaturan frekuensi pemicuan menggunakan mikrokontroler ATmega8535, sehingga peredupan dapat dilakukan secara otomatis. Ballast yang telah dirancang, dapat diatur dalam empat kondisi yaitu kondisi awal dimana lampu menyala optimal sebesar 320lux dengan ketinggian 3 meter, lampu meredup sebesar 170lux dengan ketinggian 3 meter, lampu kembali menyala optimal dan yang terakhir lampu padam. kondisi tersebut berlangsung secara otomatis sesuai pengaturan yang dimasukkan selama 24 jam. lampu menyala optimal membutuhkan daya masukan ballast sebesar 150watt dengan beroperasi pada frekuensi 22kHz. Pengaturan daya keluaran ballast dilakukan dengan penambahan frekuensi pensaklaran. kata kunci : ballast elektronik, inverter resonan, Zero Voltage Switching (ZVS), dimmer, mikrokontroler ATmega853

    Polymer insulators have become an alternative to change the ceramic insulator because it has a better dielectric properties, mass density is lighter and can be made at room temperature vulcanized so it is economically more advantageous. But, the disadvantage is prone to degradation due to environmental factors such as ultraviolet radiation, temperature, humidity or rain, and pollution, especially if located in the tropical areas. To overcome these disadvantages, silane materials was added to epoxy resin. This study uses an epoxy resin polymer material made of diglycidyl ether of bisphenol-A (DGEBA) and metaphenylene diamine (MPDA) and silane. Ratio of epoxy resin and silane were 60% and 40% respectively. Dimensions of the test material were 120 mm x 50 mm x 5 mm. The Inclined-Plane Tracking (IPT) method according to standard IEC 587:1984 was used. The NH4Cl and Gresik Industrial and Parangtritis beach contaminants were used in this research to compare it others. The results showed that the test sample with a contact angle 86.18Omore resistant to leakage current and insulation failure, it was indicated by the timing of the discharge in 17.001 s and insulation failure in 17.812 s. When a sample tests more hydrophobic then the leakage current and insulation failure longer to occurs. The degradation phenomenon is most severe damage from a beach Parangtritis contaminant than industrial and NH4Cl contaminants

     MCE Building Sultan Agung Islamic Hospital Semarang is a public facility that requires an electrical installation system that is in accordance with PUIL 2000. The purpose of evaluating electrical installations at the Multi Center of Excellent (MCE) building in Sultan Agung Semarang Islamic Hospital is to find out electrical installations in accordance with PUIL 2000 Evaluation of electrical installations includes calculation of MCB security and calculation of cable size. Calculation using manual calculation method and calculation using Ecodial Calculation 4.7 software. The calculation results are then compared to the installed units. From the results of the comparison it can be seen whether the electrical installation is in accordance with PUIL 2000. The results of the analysis can be concluded that the electrical installation system in the MCE building of Sultan Agung Semarang Islamic Hospital is in good condition and safe. In MCB installed units, they are in accordance with the PUIL 2000 standard. In the cable sizes installed several are in a condition not in accordance with the PUIL 2000 standard so cable replacement is required.     Every organization including banks need to adapt to their environment for growing and sustaining. To adapt, banks are required to constantly develop their organization and learn, or become a learning organization. This research is conducted as a case study in Bank X Indonesia, with a purpose to identify differences in employees and management perceptions on the concept of learning organization. This gap analysis is used to identify barriers to learning and to formulate the strategy to overcome them. Marsick and Watkins’ Dimensions of the Learning Organization Questionnaire (DLOQ) is used in the research. This research incorporates both quantitative and qualitative studies which involves questionnaire, interview and observation. Result of the research reveals that DLOQ is valid and reliable to be used in Indonesian context, and there are significant differences of perception in the dimensions of Team Learning, Embedded System, Empowerment and Strategic Leadership. Meanwhile, limited number of staff is identified as the main barrier to learning in the organization. Improvement strategy include enhancing one-on-one sessions, incorporating learning into work, socialization of all learning facilities and the improvement of supporting system to track and evaluate learning programs.     At SMK Taruna Pekanbaru in the Basic Electronics subject, there are several obstacles experienced in learning such as a lack of interest and enthusiasm for student learning, the learning method used still uses the lecture method, and the learning media still fixated on using PowerPoint. The lack of use of varied and interesting learning media makes students feel bored and difficult to understand the basic lessons of electricity and electronics. Based on these problems, this development research aims to produce interactive learning media with Lectora Inspire on basic electricity and electronics material and to describe the feasibility of learning media with Lectora Inspire on basic electricity and electronics materials for class X TAV SMK Taruna Pekanbaru. The method used in this research is research and development (R&D). The development model used in the development of this interactive learning media is ADDIE. This research produces a product in the form of basic electrical electronics learning media for class X TAV students at SMK Taruna Pekanbaru. This basic electronics learning media was developed using the Lectora Inspire application. Learning media for basic electricity and electronics in terms of material aspects and benefits are categorized as good from the validation of material experts to be used as learning media for basic electricity and electronics. Based on the validation of media experts in terms of two aspects, namely the display aspect and the programming aspect, it is categorized as very good for use as a basic learning medium for electricity and electronics. As well as the teacher's assessment of three aspects, namely content quality and learning objectives, technical quality, and instructional quality which are categorized as good.Di SMK Taruna Pekanbaru pada mata pelajaran Dasar Elektronika, terdapat beberapa kendala yang di alami dalam pembelajaran seperti kurangnya minat dan semangat belajar siswa, metode pembelajaran yang digunakan masih menggunakan metode ceramah, dan media pembelajaran masih terpaku menggunakan power point. Kurangnya penggunaan media pembelajaran yang bervariasi dan menarik tersebut membuat peserta didik merasa jenuh dan sulit memahami pelajaran dasar listrik dan elektronika. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, maka penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan yaitu untuk menghasilkan media pembelajaran interaktif dengan Lectora Inspire pada materi dasar listrik dan elektronika dan Mendeskripsikan kelayakan media pembelajaran dengan Lectora Inspire pada materi dasar listrik dan elektronika untuk kelas X TAV SMK Taruna Pekanbaru. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Develepment/ R&D), Penelitian ini menghasilkan produk berupa Media pembelajaran dasar listrik elektronika dengan Lectora Inspire yang berkekstensi exe. Model pengembangan yang digunakan dalam pengembangan media pembelajaran interaktif ini yaitu ADDIE.Penelitian ini menghasilkan suatu produk berupa media pembelajaran dasar listrik elektronika untuk peserta didik kelas X TAV di SMK Taruna Pekanbaru. Media pembelajaran dasar listrik elektronika ini dikembangkan dengan menggunakan aplikasi Lectora Inspire. Media pembelajaran dasar listrik dan elektronika ditinjau dari aspek materi dan kemanfaatan terkategori baik dari validasi ahli materi untuk digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran dasar listrik dan elektronika. Berdasarkan Validasi dari ahli media ditinjau dari dua aspek yaitu aspek tampilan dan aspek pemrograman terkategori sangat baik untuk digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran dasar listrik dan elektronika. Serta penilaian pendidik dari tiga aspek yaitu kualitas isi dan tujuan pembelajaran, kualitas teknis, kualitas intruksional terkategori baik.&nbsp
