Analysis on the Effect of Management of Room Coordinator to the Accomplishment of Nursing Care in the Inward Room of Sunan Kalijaga District General Hospital of Demak District
Result of the implementation of nursing care standard (SAK) in Sunan Kalijaga district generalhospital (RSUD) of Demak district was 62.49% in 2011 and 69.42% in 2012; this situation wasstill below the SAK of RSUD Sunan Kalijaga Demak district (86%). Expectation of SAKimplementation accomplishment in 2015 was 100%.These facts indicated that there was a gap inthe accomplishment of the nursing care standard, and it was suspected that the management of room coordinator towards nursing care accomplishment was not optimal. Objective of this studywas to analyze the influence of management of room coordinator to the accomplishment ofnursing care in the inward room of RSUD Sunan Kalijaga of Demak district. This was anobservational study using cross sectional approach. Study instruments consisted of structuredquestionnaire and observation checklist of nursing care activity. The number of samples was 62nurses that were distributed in 14 inward rooms of the RSUD Sunan Kalijaga of Demak district.Bivariate analysis was done by applying chi square test, and logistic regression test was appliedfor multivariate analysis. Results of the study showed proportion of nurses who had goodplanning (56.5%), good organization (58.1%), good actuating (67.7%), and good supervision(56.5%) on UCI village. The accomplishment of complete nursing care implementation was80.6%. Results of bivariate analysis showed that planning (ρ=0.014), organizing (ρ= 0.010), andactuating (ρ= 0.0001) were associated with the accomplishment of nursing care. Multivariateanalysis indicated the influence of actuating (ρ= 0.002; Exp β= 10.636) towards theaccomplishment of nursing care. Suggestions addressed for RSUD Sunan Kalijaga of Demakdistrict are to improve distinct and effective communication, to involve in collaboration andcoordination activities in providing nursing care, and to improve good management byproviding motivation as a good feedback to nurses
Ab-initio investigation of phonon dispersion and anomalies in palladium
In recent years, palladium has proven to be a crucial component for devices
ranging from nanotube field effect transistors to advanced hydrogen storage
devices. In this work, I examine the phonon dispersion of fcc Pd using first
principle calculations based on density functional perturbation theory. While
several groups in the past have studied the acoustic properties of palladium,
this is the first study to reproduce the phonon dispersion and associated
anomaly with high accuracy and no adjustable parameters. In particular, I focus
on the Kohn anomaly in the [110] direction.Comment: 19 pages, preprint format, 7 figures, added new figures and

Approach for Named Entity Recognition and Case Identification Implemented by ZuKyo-JA Sub-team at the NTCIR-16 Real-MedNLP Task
In this NTCIR-16 Real-MedNLP shared task paper, we present the methods of the ZuKyo-JA subteam for solving the Japanese part of Subtask1 and Subtask3 (Subtask1-CR-JA, Subtask1-RR- JA, Subtask3-RR-JA). Our solution is based on a sliding- window approach using a Japanese BERT pre-trained masked- language model., which was used as a common architecture for addressing the specific subtasks. We additionally present a method that makes extensive use of medical knowledge for the same case identification subtask3-RR-JA
Leveraging Token-Based Concept Information and Data Augmentation in Few-Resource NER: ZuKyo-EN at the NTCIR-16 Real-MedNLP task
In this paper, we discuss our contribution to the NII Testbeds and Community for Information Access Research (NTCIR) - 16 Real- MedNLP shared task. Our team (ZuKyo) participated in the English subtask: Few-resource Named Entity Recognition. The main challenge in this low-resource task was a low number of training documents annotated with a high number of tags and attributes. For our submissions, we used different general and domain-specific transfer learning approaches in combination with multiple data augmentation methods. In addition, we experimented with models enriched with biomedical concepts encoded as token-based input feature
CO Multi-line Imaging of Nearby Galaxies (COMING). IX. CO(=2-1)/CO(=1-0) line ratio on kiloparsec scales
While molecular gas mass is usually derived from CO(=1-0) - the
most fundamental line to explore molecular gas - it is often derived from
CO(=2-1) assuming a constant CO(=2-1)/CO(=1-0)
line ratio (). We present variations of and effects of the
assumption that is a constant in 24 nearby galaxies using CO
data obtained with the Nobeyama 45-m radio telescope and IRAM 30-m telescope.
The median of for all galaxies is 0.61, and the weighted mean of
by CO(=1-0) integrated-intensity is 0.66 with a standard
deviation of 0.19. The radial variation of shows that it is high
(~0.8) in the inner ~1 kpc while its median in disks is nearly constant at 0.60
when all galaxies are compiled. In the case that the constant of 0.7
is adopted, we found that the total molecular gas mass derived from
CO(=2-1) is underestimated/overestimated by ~20%, and at most by 35%.
The scatter of a molecular gas surface density within each galaxy becomes
larger by ~30%, and at most by 120%. Indices of the spatially resolved
Kennicutt-Schmidt relation by CO(=2-1) are underestimated by 10-20%,
at most 39% in 17 out of 24 galaxies. has good positive correlations
with star-formation rate and infrared color, and a negative correlation with
molecular gas depletion time. There is a clear tendency of increasing
with increasing kinetic temperature (). Further, we found that not
only but also pressure of molecular gas is important to
understand variations of . Special considerations should be made when
discussing molecular gas mass and molecular gas properties inferred from
CO(=2-1) instead of CO(=1-0).Comment: 29 pages, 18 figures, 5 tables. Accepted for publication in PASJ. The
