Experience in The Use of Antibiotics in The Treatment of Abscess Phlegmon of The Maxillofacial Area in Children

Acute odontogenic inflammatory diseases in the maxillofacial region, affecting 55-65% of cases, present a pressing issue in surgical dentistry. Despite extensive research, treatment outcomes remain suboptimal, with environmental factors and microbial etiology contributing to the challenge. A study from 2021 to 2023 examined 55 pediatric patients hospitalized for these conditions, emphasizing early diagnosis and surgical interventions. The addition of Abasit syrup to traditional treatments showcased promising results. The research underscores the need for meticulous surgical procedures and innovative therapeutic approaches. &nbsp

Educational potential of public music lectures at Kazan Federal University (from emotional education to global thinking development)

The article highlights the topical issues of human education of the future humanisticnoospheric civilization on the example of the leading extracurricular form of concert and creative activity of teachers and students of the Kazan Federal University - the music educational lyceum. As a result of analyzing the interdisciplinary theoretical studies (on the problems of future education and the potential of educational activity of the musical and pedagogical structure of the university) and the practical pedagogical experience, we revealed the integrative potential of the lyceum in the aspect of the education of the future - from the education of human feelings to the development of his planetary, cosmic thinking. The lyceum potential is presented in the aggregate of culturally-creating, communicative-cognitive (information-evolutionary), problem-reflective (self-educational, research), dialogic-creative (culturological, activity) characteristics. The conducted research allowed determining the conditions (continuous self-education, updating and integration of educational resources on the basis of the information-evolutionary connection "human - nature - society", expansion of research and execution potential on the basis of scientific and creative collaboration, development of the traditions of outreach activities to different audiences) and the ways of practical implementation of the pedagogical potential of the lyceum as a form of education of the future. Particular attention is given to the cultural interpretation of works of art, cooperation technologies, problem training and actualization of the motivational potential of the educational environment on the basis of global education models able to form a human - the universe.Key words: education of the future, musical education, extracurricular concert-creative activity, future teacher

A study of local crankshaft-type mobility in vitreous polyvinyl chloride and polyacrylonitrile by the method of conformational probes

Secondary relaxation transitions and local conformational dynamics in polyacrylonitrile and polyvinyl chloride were studied by the method of conformational probes. Hydrogen bonds in self- and heteroassociates of cumyl hydroperoxide in solutions and polymeric matrixes

Self- and heteroassociation of cumyl hydroperoxide hydrogen bonded with acetone, acetophenone and acetonitrile as a proton acceptor in n-decane solutions was studied by FTIR spectroscopy in the range of 3100-3700 cm-1. The hydrogen bonds of cumyl hydroperoxide were investigated in both benzene and two polymeric matrixes. To interpret spectroscopic data the factor analysis was used. Equilibrium constants and thermodynamic parameters of the heteroassociate formation were determined. The local dynamics of polyetherimides: Conformational probes, IR Fourier transform spectra, and quantum-chemical calculations

The IR Fourier transform absorption spectra were used to study the rotational mobility of macromolecule fragments (local dynamics) of several vitreous polyetherimides by the method of conformational probes. The temperatures of the freezing of conformational equilibria of probes were determined. The IR spectra of diphenyl ether, 2,2-diphenylpropane, phthalimide, and N-phthalimide were studied; these molecules were used as models of fragments of monomeric units of polyetherimides. Quantum-chemical calculations of the energies and vibrational spectra of these molecules were performed by the B3LYP method with the 6-31G(d,p) basis set. The rotational mobility of benzene rings in the main chain of polyetherimide macromolecules was estimated, and the nature of secondary relaxation transitions was determined. The IR spectra of polyetherimides were interpreted. The rotational mobility of the CH3 and CF3 groups of polyetherimides was estimated from the temperature dependence of absorption band contours of these groups. © 2008 Pleiades Publishing, Ltd

Shaping of a musical culture of youth in a small town

The authors offer insight substantial characteristic of a musical culture concept, identify the major trends in the development of folk instrumental creativity and define features of the sociocultural space of a small town. The main trends of folk instrumental creativity, such as listening, performing, conducting, improvisation and composition, education, as well as musicological, pedagogical, methodical, productive, publishing, and managerial trends, proposed and justified in the article, made it possible to reveal its pedagogical potential in the shaping of a listening culture associated with the comprehension of intonation and visual thinking, genre, and stylistic properties of folk music; introduction to folk instrumental traditions, expanding musical horizons, an accumulation of musical and auditory experiences, the development of creative and organizational skills, teaching tolerance, and the improvement in performance skills. The authors propose original model as the mechanism of a musical culture shaping in youth in terms of cultural and leisure institutions, which serves a pedagogical system, representing unity of goals, objectives, principles, contents, methods and tools. The results of experimental approbation of the proposed model under conditions of cultural and leisure institutions of a small town in the Republic of Tatarstan prove the effectiveness of the conducted research

FT-IR study of self-association of some hydroperoxides

Self-association of cumyl, tertiary butyl and 3-phenylmethyl hydroperoxides in solutions of n-decane, carbon tetrachloride and chlorobenzene were studied by IR spectroscopy (3100-3700 cm-1, 293-353 K). The experimental data were interpreted by factor analysis and band contour resolution. The di-. and trimerization constants and thermodynamic parameters of self-associates were determined. Intramolecular hydrogen bond of cumyl hydroperoxide was investigated. The conformations of tertiary butyl and cumyl hydroperoxides were studied.
