    The Impact of Promotional Strategies on Consumer Interest in Purchasing Toyota Innova Brand Cars at PT. Hadji Kalla, Sumoharjo Branch, Makassar City

    This study aims to ascertain whether there exists a positive and significant impact of the Promotion Strategy on Consumer Interest in purchasing Toyota Innova cars at PT. Hadji Kalla's Sumoharjo Branch in Makassar City. The study encompasses two variables: the Promotion Strategy as the independent variable and Consumer Interest in purchasing a Toyota Innova as the dependent variable. The outcomes of the study reveal a simple linear regression equation as Y = 15.635 + 0.763X. The test results also yield a coefficient of determination (r) of 0.632, indicating that the Promotion Strategy influences Consumer Interest in Purchasing a Toyota Innova by 40%, while the remaining 60% is attributed to other factors not considered in this study. Moreover, the calculated t-value of 5.654 surpasses the t-critical value of 0.2353. This implies that the Promotion Strategy variable significantly and positively impacts consumer interest in purchasing a Toyota Innova. Thus, the hypothesis stands confirmed

    This study aims to describe how modern education management is implemented by schools and describe the implementation of school-based management, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors of school-based education management. The method used in this study is a qualitative method using descriptive qualitative. The subject of this research is SMPN 7 Sinjai, while the object is the Study of Modern Education Management and Implementation of School-Based Education Management. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviews and documentation, the data collection instruments were interview sheets and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of this study indicate that the forms of modern education implemented by the school are using online-based learning such as using the internet in digital media, conveying material using power point, and using learning applications. Then the use of kern books and links instead of printed books. The implementation of school exams is carried out using a combination mode assisted by the exam browser application to prevent students from being dishonest in working on questions. The method used during school exams is multiple choice questions done using a computer, while essay questions are done in writing. The application of school-based education management in the teaching and learning process is that the management is returned to the school and implemented according to the agreed School Operational Curriculum (KOPS). Carry out Al-Qur'an literacy in every lesson and utilize school facilities and infrastructure. The implementation of SBM in the personal field is carried out by dividing tasks by decree, helping senior teachers who are lacking in the field of Technological Science (IT), and conducting Subject Teacher Consultations (MGMP).     Benthic community structure and ecosystem functions in above- and below-waterfall pools in Borneo

Our study examined aquatic communities, litter decomposition and periphyton growth rates for above- and below-waterfall pools in Ulu Temburong National Park, Brunei. We observed higher fish densities in below-waterfall pools (0.24 fish m−2 vs. 0.02 fish m−2 in above-waterfall pools) and higher shrimp abundance in above-waterfall pools (eight shrimp/pool vs. less than one shrimp/pool in below-waterfall pools). However, macroinvertebrate densities (excluding shrimp) were similar among both pool types. Ambient periphyton was higher in below-waterfall pools in 2013 (4.3 vs. 2.8 g m−2 in above-waterfall pools) and 2014 (4.8 vs. 3.4 g m−2 in above-waterfall pools), while periphyton growth rates varied from 0.05 to 0.26 g m−2 days−1 and were significantly higher in below-waterfall pools in 2014. Leaf litter decomposition rates (0.001 to 0.024 days−1) did not differ between pool types, suggesting that neither shrimp nor fish densities had consistent impacts on this ecosystem function. Regardless, this research demonstrates the varied effects of biotic and abiotic factors on community structure and ecosystem function.     Pemilihan kepala daerah dan wakil kepala daerah ( Pilkada ) adalah proses untuk memilih kepala daerah dan wakil kepala daerah . Pelaksanaan pilkada dilakukan oleh Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) yang bertugas hingga rekapitulasi suara diumumkan. Rekapitulasi suara akan diumumkan KPU dalam waktu 7-21 hari setelah pilkada dilaksanakan. Untuk mengetahui hasil pilkada sementara sebelum KPU mengumumkan hasil rekapitulasi suara, dilakukanlah Quick Count . Dalam proses quick count, penentuan sampel pengamatan merupakan faktor yang paling mempengaruhi keakuratan dan ketelitian hasil quick count.Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG ) adalah sistem berbasis komputer yang didesain untuk mengumpulkan, mengelola, memanipulasi, menganalisis, dan menampilkan informasi spasial. Dalam penelitian ini SIG akan menganalisis data spasial yang ada, untuk penentuan daerah sampel quick count dengan menggunakan metode analisys overlay dan scoring.Hasil yang diperoleh dari penentuan daerah sampel quick count berjumlah 8 Kelurahan dan 247 TPS, dari total populasi 22 Kelurahan dan 542 TPS.     Every company needed human resources management to achieve success. Human resource management played an active role in improving performance of the employeethrough a number of variables that affect it, such as leadership, motivation, and workingdiscipline. Perum Perumnas Regional V Semarang was a public company engaged in the saleand development of national housing, but in fact there were still problem that cause adecrease in performance of the employee. So, the purpose in this study to identify and explainthe effect of leadership, motivation, and working discipline at Perum Perumnas RegionalOffice V Semarang.This type of research was explanatory. Data collection technique with interviews andquestionnaires against 62 respondents with saturated sampling technique. The analysistechnique used is quantitative and descriptive analysis using validity, reliability test, crosstabulation, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, simple and multipleregression analysis, as well as the significance test (t test and F test) with SPSS version 16.0for windows.The results and discussion, based on the categorization of leadership in company wasquite good, the work of each employee motivation was high, discipline of employee was highcategorization, and the performance of the employee at the company was quite well.Partially, leadership had positive and significant effect on performance of the employee, therelationship between the two variables was average with a correlation of (0.542), thecoefficient of determination of (28.2%), motivation had positive and significant effect on theperformance of regression coefficient, the relation between the two variables was high with acorrelation of ( 0.762), the coefficient of determination of (57.3%), working discipline hadpositive and significant effect on the performance of the regression coefficient, the relationbetween the two variables was high with a correlation of (0.760), the coefficient ofdetermination of (57%). Simultaneously leadership, motivation and working discipline hadpositive and significant effect on the performance of the regression coefficient Y = 1,877+0,124X1 + 0,410X2 + 0,372X3, the relationship of independent variables (X) and dependent(Y) was very strong with a correlation of (0.863), the coefficient of determination of (68.3%).The conclusion there was positive and significant influence between leadership,motivation, and working discipline on performance of the employee. The suggestion was thecompany need to pay attention to communication between leaders and employees in how toapproach, provide guidance and error correcting any work performed by employees, as wellas effort to improve employee work motivation by giving rewards and give a sanction againstemployees who violate the discipline of time (delay) firmly

This hiking activity can turn into dangerous instantly. The lack of information as well as a good preparation and knowledge is part of that. People required climbing maps and guides as a source of information on the mountain to be climbed. Android mobile applications by applying GIS (Geographic Information System) is one of the solutions to fulfill these needs. This application project is purposed to provide complete, accurate and systematic information about hiking to Mount Rinjani. Mount Rinjani is one of the mountains which became a favorite of tourists because of its landscape view so fascinating. Application development is done by utilizing the Android Studio. Mobile GIS development using Nutiteq 3D SDK library as alternatives to use Google Maps can be used to do it. Making the android platform-based applications are expected to facilitate the mountaineers in spatial information and non-spatial.     Zona Nilai Tanah (ZNT) merupakan area yang menggambarkan nilai tanah yang relatif sama. Bersamaan dengan terbitnya undang undang No.28 Tahun 2009 aturan mengenai penarikan Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan (PBB), Bea Perolehan Hak atas Tanah dan Bangunan (BPHTB) serta Pajak Penghasilan PPh atas tanah dilaksanakan oleh Pemerintah Daerah. Maka dari itu perlu dianalisis penilaian tanah untuk membentuk peta ZNT yang dapat digunakan sebagai acuan penarikan pajak daerah sehingga dapat meningkatkan PAD (Pendapatan Asli Daerah).Dalam penelitian dibentuk peta ZNT berdasarkan nilai tanah dengan penilaian massal menggunakan pendekatan perbandingan penjualan (sales comparative) yang di overlay dengan Peta Tata Guna Lahan, Peta Administrasi Kecamatan Banjarsari, Kota Surakarta dan Peta Blok PBB tahun 2013 dan dibandingkan dengan nilai tanah berdasarkan NJOP. Data harga tanah yang dihitung adalah data harga tanah murni dengan nilai banguan yang sudah dikeluarkan dan penyesuaian sesuai karakteristik kondisi sosial ekonomi daerah.Dalam penelitian ini pengolahan data menggunakan software ArcGIS 10.0 dan Microsoft Office 2010.Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan terdapat 33 Zona Nilai Tanah dari data NJOP (Nilai Jual Objek Pajak) Tanah dan 65 Zona Nilai Tanah berdasarkan Survey Transaksi Harga Tanah. Sedangkan dari analisis peningkatan pendapatan rata-rata besarnya peningkatan pendapatan daerah berdasarkan perbandingan antara harga transaksi dan nilai NJOP adalah 312,17%.Kata Kunci : Zona Nilai Tanah (ZNT), Metode Penilaian Tanah, PBB (Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan), BPHTB (Bea Perolehan Hak Atas Tanah dan Bangunan), PPh (Pajak Penghasilan) atas tanah.ABSTRACKLand Value Zone is defined as an area that describes the relative value of the same set of land parcels. Publication of the law No.28 Year 2009 on Land and Building Tax (PBB), Tax on Acquisition of Land and Building (BPHTB) and Tax of Income Land Acquisition Value (PPh) manage by local region. Seeing that regulation, it's well to review land value for mapping the land value zone that can be used for basic tax revenue determination to increase local revenue taxation. On the research land value mapped by mass assessment using sales comparative assessment that overlay with map of land use, administration Banjarsari, Surakarta and map of field 2013 that comparison between Tax Object Sales Value (NJOP). The computation of land value is pure without building value and correction by household economy research area. On the research processing data using ArcGIS 10.0 and Microsoft Office 2010.The result on the research show 33 land value zone by Tax Object Sales Value (NJOP) and 64 zone by land value transaction survey.     Pengamatan Lendutan Vertikal Jembatan Kali Babon Dengan Metode Terrestrial Laser Scanner

    Jembatan Kali Babon dibangun sekitar tahun 2005 dengan panjang 33,5 meter menggunakan tipe elastik. Jembatan akan mengalami dua macam deformasi yang berbeda, yaitu gerakan jangka panjang dan gerakan jangka pendek. Deformasi jembatan jangka panjang tidak dapat kembali ke bentuk aslinya, sedangkan deformasi jembatan jangka pendek atau yang biasa disebut (deflection) yaitu objek yang terdeformasi akan kembali ke posisi dan bentuknya semula jika terlepas dari seluruh muatannya.Dalam Penelitian ini menggunakan Teknologi FARO Laser Scanner Focus 3D untuk memantau besarnya deformasi jangka pendek yang terjadi pada Jembatan Kali Babon. Jumlah titik yang diamati sejumlah tujuh titik sepanjang bentang panjang jembatan. Dalam pemantauan deformasi ini dilakukan scanning sebanyak sebelas kali untuk memperoleh selisih lendutan maksimal yang terjadi pada jembatan. Hasil proses scanning ini berupa point clouds dalam bentuk tiga dimensi. Pengolahan data pengukuran ini menggunakan software scene 5.1.Teknologi Terrestrial Laser Scanner mampu mendeteksi lendutan vertikal Jembatan Kali Babon. Hasil pengukuran metode terrestrial laser scanner diperoleh lendutan maksimal sebesar 0.039 meter dengan lama pengamatan selama sembilan menit dalam sekali proses scanning. Berdasarkan perhitungan teknis pembebanan jembatan berdasarkan bridge management system 1992 untuk beban hidup pada jembatan, maksimal toleransi lendutan vertikal yang diperbolehkan adalah 0.083 meter. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa lendutan Jembatan Kali Babon masih memenuhi standar

    Bike started to be used by people of Semarang city as an alternative transportation for daily activities such as go to work, go to school, and go to college. However, using the bike for daily activities can lead to fatigue, causing decreased concentration. One workable solution is to create a map that presents information about bike lanes in the Semarang city that conducive to pass. In this study, the bike lanes in the Semarang city will be identified into 5 categories based on the height difference between two points every 100 meters. Category flat-track and slight-downhill is a conducive path. Category steep-downhill and easy-uphill is a semi-conducive path. And category hard-uphill is not a conducive path. From the results of the study at 10 locations, noted that the bike lanes in the Semarang city has a composition of 90% flat-track, 4% slight-downhill, 3.2% easy-uphill, 2% hard-uphill, and 0.8% steep-downhill
