What can the Association of South East Asian Nations learn from the European Union?

The International Conference on ASEAN Development (ICAD) brought students from all over the world to discuss the latest issues and challenges faced by the ASEAN. ASEAN (Association of South-East Asian Nations), which comprises of Myanmar, Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam, Philippines, Malaysia, Brunei, Singapore, and Indonesia, is celebrating one year of the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) establishment. The theme of the 2016 conference was “Innovating the ASEAN Economic Community: Lessons from the European Union”. The European Union (EU) is an older, bigger and more integrated institution and theoretically speaking, it should be a good source of learning lessons for the ASEAN, especially when taking account of both its successes and mistakes

PENGARUH PERENCANAAN PAJAK DAN FREE CASH FLOW TERHADAP MANAJEMEN LABA PADA PERUSAHAAN MANUFAKTUR SUB SEKTOR MAKANAN DAN MINUMAN YANG TERDAFTAR DI BEI PERIODE 2017- 2019

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Perencanaan Pajak dan Free Cash Flow Terhadap Manajemen Laba Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Sub Sektor Makanan dan Minuman Yang Terdaftar di BEI Periode 2017-2019. Objek dari penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan perusahaan dengan atau karakteristik yaitu perencanaan pajak, free cash flow dan manajemen laba. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2017-2019. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 53 perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor makanan dan minuman. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. An impact of an enriched visual - verbal information remittance, regarding crawl style swimming, learning and teaching effects basing on AWF students in Cracow

The main aim of this study was to define an enriched impact, visual -verbal information remittance in a swimming teaching process affecting free style progression. Research was done in academic year 2007/2008 and involved 158 students from AWF in Cracow. The main exploratory method was a natural pedagogic experiment. Experimental factor was a teaching method relied on an enriched visual - verbal information remittance. Acquired research scores reveal that the apply teaching method focused on the auto observation and self-assessment of one's own skills (with the use of parallel display), improve the effectiveness of teaching and learning crawl technique process
