DEFIANCE OF WOMEN WITH DISABILITY
Person with disability are the socially, educationally and economically disadvantaged. And then women with disability persons are suffer lot. Analysis of the causes of disability from a medical or bio-centric standpoint tends to emphasise disease, hereditary and birth defects over systemic and environmental factors. Genetic factors and lack of access to basic services can also lead to a person becoming disabled. . Provincial commissions have reported inadequate and insufficient accommodation arrangements in schools. Information about the financial and health impacts of entering the open workplace is hard to find, there is limited or delayed access to open employment services. Some jurisdictions reported that complaints are increasing for these disabilities. While there is increased awareness about mental health, persons with mental health problems and illnesses are still facing many barriers in accessing education, including lack of services and adequate accommodation due to insufficient funding, as well as stigma and discrimination. Policy-makers might consider that the highly resource-intensive, tailored forms of support recommended here are too costly to contemplate given competing priorities
Performance analysis and comparison of m x n zero forcing and MMSE equalizer based receiver for mimo wireless channel
Wireless transmission is affected by fading and interference effects which can be combated with equalizer. The useof MIMO system promises good improvement in terms of spectral efficency, link relaibility andSignal to Noise Ratio (SNR).The effect of fading and interference always causes an issue for signal recovery in wireless communication. Equalizationcompensates for Intersymbol Interference (ISI) created by multipath within time dispersive channels. This paper analyses theperformance of Zeroforcing and MMSE equalizer for MIMO wireless chaneels. The simulation results are obtained usingMatLab tool box version 7.0 at RF signal processing lab.The Bit Error Rate (BER) characteristics for the various transmittingand receiveing antennna is simulated in matlab tool box and many advantages and disdvantagesof the system is descrbed. The simulation results show that the equalizer based zero forcing receiver is good for noise free channel and is successfulin remving ISI,but MMSE is a better choice than ZF in terms of BER charateristics and under Noise performance
Trophoblast Changes in Maternal Obesity
Maternal obesity has become a common metabolic dysfunction among reproductive age women affecting at least 1 in 5 women. Pregnancy complicated with maternal obesity is associated with adverse outcomes to both mother and the fetus. Maternal obesity increases the risk of adverse pregnancy outcome including pre‑eclampsia, fetal growth restriction and overgrowth and stillbirth. Recent studies show that children born to obese mother have increased adiposity and are vulnerable to develop metabolic syndromes later in their life. Placenta, which plays an important part during pregnancy and fetal development has become a major research focus of scientists around the world for its impact on fetal health. Increased evidence suggest that a maternal obesogenic environment influences placental normal function and in turn programs the developing fetus towards adverse health outcomes in adult life. Here, we briefly discuss how maternal obesogenic environment impacts placental functions and influence child health later in life
GIS-based air pollution distribution mapping of emissions from public buses for Coimbatore Corporation, Tamil Nadu, India
947-951Vehicle transport on roads is a dominant source of air pollution, and hence spatial assessment of its risks is necessary for the decision makers to evaluate its impact on the public. Indian road transport, especially buses, contribute significantly to air pollution, that too in highly accessible areas like bus stands and bus stops. This paper proposes a three-step integrated method to map relative pollution levels of bus stops and bus routes of Coimbatore Corporation using spatial analysis tools of ArcGIS and suggestion of routes for eco-friendly buses and vehicles
MODELLING, STRUCTURAL AND COMPUTATIONAL FLUID DYNAMICS ANALYSIS OF THE BLADE OF A GAS TURBINE
Gas turbine is one of most important turbo machines in the industrial scenario. It has a greater scope in power generation, aviation, refineries and small industries. The main theme of the paper to design, drafting a turbine blade. The using 3D softwaresolid works by using the Coordinate measuring machine point data available. The two turbine blade models are designed namely turbine blade with hole and turbine blade without hole. In order to determine the deformation and maximum shear stress values for the blades, static analysis is carried out using fluent software. Then modal analysis of the blade is carried out in order to find the mode shapes and natural frequencies. The results obtained from this work will a very useful in the field of gas turbine desig
Service selection in service oriented architecture using probabilistic approach and asynchronous queues with interceptor validation
In service Oriented Architecture, many services are offered with similar functionality but with different service quality parameters. Thus the service selection using a deterministic approach causes conflicts and inefficient results. We use asynchronous queue to model the service inventory architecture avoiding unnecessary locking of resources and thus allowing a provision to consumers to get their required services without intervening and with temporally decoupled fashion. Actually this kind of service selection strategy is considered in regards with game theory to eliminate fluctuations of queue length. It offers a discrete random service which is equal to some request requested by consumers, it means service can be provided based on probability mass function as a substitute of deterministic decisions for selecting a proper service provider as of the consumers. Once the request is taken out from the queue, it is delivered to the interceptor that has validation and sanitization module. It thus reduces the peak queue length and reduces periodic fluctuations in the queue length
A review on natural gamma radiation dose levels and its health effects
Exposure to the natural background gamma radiations in both indoor and outdoor environments is inevitable. The long-term exposure to such radiations could result in lung cancer (sometimes leukaemia, CNS tumours); and hence it must be constantly monitored. In this paper, an attempt is made to review the background natural gamma radiation doses reported at various locations for the south Indian environment and it was found that the gamma levels in coastal regions were relatively higher than those in sub continental locations but in most of the locations the annual effective dose rate was within the permissible limits as per UNSCEA
Analysis of Priority Queueing System with Working Breakdown,Vacation and Vacation Interruption under Random Environment
study priority queueing system consisting of working breakdown, repair, single vacation and vacation interruption. At a breakdown instant during the busy period, without stop the servie, the server provides service at slower rate for the current customer. After completion of priority service, depending on the environment, the server can choose type I or type II vacation. Both types of vacation are considered as a single vacation. On completion of type I vacation if the server finds thepriority queue is empty, he has the option to take type II vacation. During the type II vacation, when priority customers arrive the server has the option to interrupt the vacation. We use the established norm which is the corresponding steady state results for time dependent probability generating functions are obtained. Along with that, the expected waiting time for theexpected number of customers for both high and low priority queues are computed. Numerical results along with the graphical representations are shown elaborately
