Comprehensive Guidance: a Model for Guidance and Counseling at Senior High Schools
This work is a summary of a study conducted to propose a model to enhance quality and management system for guidance and counseling services at public Senior High Schools (hereafter Indonesian SMANs). The model resulted is called A Model for Comprehensive Guidance developed conceptually and empirically based on field study at SMAN 1 Padang, SMAN 1 Tangerang, SMAN 1 Manado, SMAN 1 Bali, and SMAN 1 Kupang. Metaphor Counseling and Students Responsibility on Elementary School
The research aimed to figure out the effect of metaphor counseling in STAR KIDS (Story Teach Responsibility for Kids) module toward the responsibility of 6-7-year-old students of the first grade of elementary school. The research used untreated control group design by providing pretest and posttest sample design. The research subject consisted of 21 students in the experimental group and 26 students as the control group. The responsibility data collection performed by using observation guideline checklist, which quantified in the interval scale. SPM Raven scale measured the children's bits of intelligence. The STAR KIDS treatment is given in 15 meetings. The results of the pretest and posttest were analyzed by using Anacova analysis technique through SPSS 17 for Windows. The research result showed that (1) students of experiment group who received STAR KIDS metaphor counseling showed higher responsibility increase rather than students of a control group who did not receive the treatment, (2) The intelligence of the students did not show the effect on the effectiveness of counseling metaphor

STUDENT CAREER PLANNING REVIEWED FROM BENGKULU SUBCULTURE
Vocational High Schools (SMK) as one of the Vocational education institutions are required to prepare graduates who are ready to work according to their areas of expertise so that good career planning maturity is needed. This survey was conducted to find out the extent of readiness in the career planning of SMK students in terms of the Bengkulu Subculture. Respondents who were taken were class X State Vocational School students through distributing questionnaires. Data analysis used a quantitative descriptive analysis technique, namely the analysis of data that has been given a score with a statistical measurement scale. The survey results show that vocational students' career planning is still in the low category. The low level of career planning occurs in 6 tribes in Bengkulu, namely the Lembak Tribe, Rejang Tribe, Serawai Tribe, Muko-Muko Tribe, Kaur Tribe and Pekal Tribe. Student career planning in each tribe in Bengkulu on the indicator of studying career information has a score of 72.11%, understanding self-potential with a score of 70.28%, participating in training activities that support career choices with a score of 69.59%, discussing with other people 70.49% and participating in extracurricular activities with a score 69.62%
Pengujian Validitas dan Reliabilitas Instrumen Manajemen Diri Remaja: Rasch Model Analysis
This study aims to analyze the validity and reliability of self-management instruments using the Rasch Model. The Rasch Model method has the advantage of being able to provide more accurate estimates and being able to find model inaccuracies. The research was conducted using quantitative methods with a survey research design. The subjects in this study were 100 high school students. Data analysis was performed using the Rasch Model method with the Winstep application version 3.73. The results of the study showed that the Cronbach alpha value obtained was 0.73 which was included in the good category. Meanwhile, the personal reliability score of 0.76 is a good category and the item reliability score of 0.96 is a special category. Therefore, self-management instruments can be used by counseling teachers to see the condition of students' self-management and can develop counseling services that suit students' needs based on the results of self-management assessments
Analysis of Factors that Influence Students' Enjoyable Learning in Class: A Literature Review
This educational approach to 21st-century teaching emphasizes a fun learning approach because it can influence students to improve the quality of their learning. Fun learning can be carried out because of the factors that influence the creation of fun learning so that students can receive stimulus from a fun learning approach and enjoy learning in the classroom in a happy and prosperous state. This research aims to comprehensively analyze the relationship between teacher creativity in presenting material, positive classroom atmosphere, and the use of technology in the learning context. The method used in this research is a literature study, a literature review analysis based on scientific articles relevant to the topic of discussion. This research shows that a fun learning approach can be created if you understand and master the factors influencing fun learning, such as pedagogical abilities, learning methods, learning media, and learning management systems. By understanding these factors, educators can create fun learning so that Students can learn happily and prosperously without feeling forced to carry out learning in class to achieve the learning objectives
Aktualisasi Diri Individu Dewasa Awal di Wilayah Kabupaten Ngawi
Aktualisasi diri merupakan kesadaran individu untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dasar dalam hidupnya sehingga ia dapat menerima dan menyempurnakan segala potensi yang ada dalam dirinya secara penuh. Individu yang mengaktualisasi diri adalah individu yang secara otentik mampu mengenali bakat dan kapasitasnya dalam proses mencapai pemenuhan kebutuhan, ia juga mampu menerima segala kapasitas serta potensi yang ia miliki. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kecenderungan aktualisasi diri individu usia dewasa awal di wilayah Kabupaten Ngawi dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan statistik deskriptif. Pengambilan data menggunakan metode kuesioner dengan cara membagikan skala penelitian menggunakan Google Form kepada 60 orang individu berusia 20-30 tahun yang berasal atau berdomisili di wilayah Kabupaten Ngawi. Hasil penelitian yang dianalisis secara kuantitatif menyimpulkan bahwa sebanyak 32% individu usia dewasa awal di wilayah Kabupaten Ngawi memiliki kecenderungan aktualisasi diri yang sangat tinggi, sedangkan 13% memiliki kecenderungan aktualisasi diri tinggi, 23% memiliki kecenderungan aktualisasi diri sedang, 28% memiliki kecenderungan aktualisasi diri rendah, dan hanya 3% yang memiliki kecenderugan aktualisasi diri rendah
Islamic Solidarity Games (ISG): Historical perspective
The beauty of philosophy and approach in Islam is that it wants to provide a dignified and decent life for all human beings regardless of their race, ethnic or their nationality. To uplift humanity and protect their honour, Islam introduces the concept of solidarity in jurisprudence and solidarity regulated in Islamic law. In order to strengthen solidarity in the field of sports, the Islamic Solidarity Sport Federation (ISSF) was formed to serve the needs of Muslims in sports. For the first time the biggest sporting event for Muslims was held outside the Middle East region, precisely in the city of Palembang, Indonesia. The Islamic Solidarity Games (ISG) event aims to strengthen relations for countries that are predominantly Muslim. This article aims to provide an overview of the implementation of the Islamic Solidarity Games 1st, 2nd, 4th, and especially in the 3rd edition in Palembang, Indonesia, covering the background, objectives, implementation, and real impact for the host of the event as well as the dynamics of the strength of the international sports system. This study uses a literature review to support the achievement of the objectives of writing this article. The findings from this literature study are that the ISG as a form of sport can be a solution behind the tensions between the Arabian Peninsula countries.
