Pengaruh Pemberian Pupuk Saputra Nutrient (Plant Powder) dan Sludge Terhadap Pertumbuhan Kelapa Sawit (Elaeis guineensis Jacq) di Pembibitan Utama (Main Nursery)

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian pupuk Saputra Nutrient dan Sludge terhadap pertumbuhan kelapa sawit ( Elaeis guinensis jacq) di pembibitan utama. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kebun Percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Medan Area yang berlokasi di jalan kolam No. 1 Medan Estate, Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan dengan ketinggian tempat kira-kira 12 mdpl, topografi datar dan jenis tanah alluvial. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan mulai pada bulan April sampai dengan bulan Juli 2008. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok ( RAK ) Faktorial, dengan dua factor penditian, yakni : 1) Faktor perlakuan pengaruh dosis Saputra nutrient ( notasi S ) dan 2 ) Faktor perlakuan pemberian Sludge ( notasi L )

Negociación ambiental entre Petroecuador y la comunidad indígena Kichwa

In this thesis I will explore the conflict that has been increasing over time between the oil company Petroecuador and the habitants of the Kichwa indigenous community that living in block three of Cuyabeno Sucumbios province , an area of Oil exploration and exploitation. The problem of conflict be considered because people belonging to the indigenous Kichwa community are considered affected in areas involving health, flora, fauna and environment which have suffered for some time thanks to the series of contamination that has had no any control on its territory the petroleum company. For this reason it is extremely important to know the position taken by the petroleum company Petroecuador versus the inhabitants of these areas affected by petroleum exploitation , and as a result really determine the main issue between the parties exerting an environmental negotiation: just, equitable, considering an ethic of care and respect for the rights that achieve solutions that satisfies to both parties involved and can reach an agreement that enhances the development of those involved and the country in general.En esta tesis voy explorar el conflicto que se ha venido incrementando a los largo del tiempo entre la empresa petrolera Petroecuador y los habitantes de la comunidad indígena Kichwas residentes en bloque tres de Cuyabeno provincia de Sucumbíos, una zona de exploración y explotación Petrolera. Se examinara la problemática del conflicto, pues las personas pertenecientes a la comunidad indígena kichwa se consideran afectados en ámbitos que involucra a su salud, flora, fauna y ambiente del cual han sido víctimas desde tiempo atrás gracias a la serie de contaminaciones que ha ejercido sin control alguno en su territorio la empresa petrolera. Por esta razón resulta de suma importancia conocer la posición que ha asumido la empresa petrolera Petroecuador frente a los habitantes de estos sectores afectados por la extracción del crudo, y a través de ello determinar realmente la problemática principal entre las partes implicadas ejerciendo una negociación ambiental justa, equitativa, teniendo en consideración una ética de cuidado y respetando sus derechos que logren encontrar soluciones que satisfagan a ambas partes involucradas y puedan de una u otra forma llegar a un acuerdo que sin duda alguna mejore el desarrollo de los involucrados y del país en general

Amphibia, Anura, Centrolenidae Teratohyla midas (Lynch and Duellman, 1973) and Cochranella resplendens (Lynch and Duellman, 1973): First and second record respectively for Colombia

We present the first record of the glassfrog Teratohyla midas (Lynch and Duellman, 1973) for Colombia. This species, previously known in Ecuador, Peru and French Guiana, was collected at the municipalities of Belén de los Andaquíes and Florencia, Caquetá, Colombia. We also present the second record of Cochranella resplendens (Lynch and Duellman, 1973) for Colombia. The species was previously known from Santa Maria de Sucumbíos, department of Putumayo, Colombia
