"En nuestros días es casi una perogrullada afirmar que Martin Heidegger es uno de los pensadores más destacados del siglo XX. Su obra y su trabajo filosóficos han tenido gran influencia en diversos pensadores de muy distintos ámbitos, ya sea esto para bien o para mal. El propósito es obtener un panorama comprehensivo de los temas y métodos de los movimientos filosóficos que, dominados por un supuesto primado de lo teorético, el pensador de la cabaña tiene como interlocutores de cara a la obtención de una idea de filosofía fenomenológica que permita aprehender la experiencia regular e inmediata que la vida fáctica tiene de su mundo y de sí misma. El presente trabajo pretende abocarse sobre la relación entre un momento temático y un momento metódico en el programa filosófico de Heidegger entre 1919 y 1926, tomando en cuenta algunas influencias que determinan el programa mismo. Documentación e implementación de la Norma Técnica Sectorial de turismo sostenible para establecimientos de alojamiento y hospedaje NTS-TS 002 en el hotel campestre Entrepalmas Ecolodge

El presente documento busca evidenciar los diferentes programas, manuales, matrices, políticas, registros y códigos que conforman un sistema de gestión para la sostenibilidad de Entrepalmas Ecolodge Hotel Campestre dando cumplimiento a la normatividad turística; con el fin de aplicar los requisitos ambientales, socio-culturales, económicas y legales del establecimiento. Esta práctica de extensión fue realizada por un estudiante de décimo semestre del Programa de Administración del Turismo Sostenible de la Universidad Tecnológica de Pereira en Entrepalmas Ecolodge Hotel Campestre, mediante la cual se generó la documentación e implementación de la Norma Técnica Sectorial Colombiana NTS- TS 002, Establecimientos de Alojamiento y Hospedaje (EAH). Requisitos de Sostenibilidad En este documento se realiza una evaluación de cumplimiento de la norma, generando de esta manera un diagnóstico utilizando la herramienta que FONTUR ha dispuesto para tal fin, la plataforma de certificación de calidad turística; posteriormente, se define la metodología mediante la cual se realiza el proceso de documentación del Sistema de Gestión en Sostenibilidad Turística, adoptando los principios y requisitos de la sostenibilidad. En consecuencia, el proceso permitió nombrar un líder de sostenibilidad para Entrepalmas Ecolodge y se establecen las funciones para dar cumplimiento a requisitos de la norma al personal de las distintas áreas del establecimiento, generando de esta manera en conjunto el diseño de los programas y los seguimientos que conforman el Sistema de Gestión en Sostenibilidad Turística

Neutrino Oscillations in Neutrino-Dominated Accretion Around Rotating Black Holes

In the binary-driven hypernova model of long gamma-ray bursts, a carbon–oxygen star explodes as a supernova in the presence of a neutron star binary companion in close orbit. Hypercritical (i.e., highly super-Eddington) accretion of the ejecta matter onto the neutron star sets in, making it reach the critical mass with consequent formation of a Kerr black hole. We have recently shown that, during the accretion process onto the neutron star, fast neutrino flavor oscillations occur. Numerical simulations of the above system show that a part of the ejecta stays bound to the newborn Kerr black hole, leading to a new process of hypercritical accretion. We address herein, also for this phase of the binary-driven hypernova, the occurrence of neutrino flavor oscillations given the extreme conditions of high density (up to 1012 g cm−3) and temperatures (up to tens of MeV) inside this disk. We estimate the behavior of the electronic and non-electronic neutrino content within the two-flavor formalism (νeνx) under the action of neutrino collective effects by neutrino self-interactions. We find that in the case of inverted mass hierarchy, neutrino oscillations inside the disk have frequencies between ∼(105–109) s−1, leading the disk to achieve flavor equipartition. This implies that the energy deposition rate by neutrino annihilation (ν+ν¯→e−+e+) in the vicinity of the Kerr black hole is smaller than previous estimates in the literature not accounting for flavor oscillations inside the disk. The exact value of the reduction factor depends on the νe and νx optical depths but it can be as high as ∼5. The results of this work are a first step toward the analysis of neutrino oscillations in a novel astrophysical context, and as such, deserve further attention

699-700Mucopolysaccharidosis VI is an autosomal recessive lysosomal storage disorder associated with severe disability and premature death. The presence of a mucopolysaccharidosis-like disease in indigenous ethnic groups in Colombia can be inferred from archaeological findings. There are several indigenous patients with mucopolysaccharidosis VI currently receiving enzyme replacement therapy. Introduction of fingolimod for the treatment of multiple sclerosis in Colombia : a budget impact analysis

Introducción: la esclerosis múltiple está asociada con discapacidad a largo plazo y un significativo impacto social. La introducción de fingolimod, un medicamento eficaz en la reducción de recaídas, en comparación con interferón beta 1a, justifica un análisis de impacto presupuestal desde la perspectiva del sistema de salud colombiano. Objetivo: desarrollar un análisis de impacto presupuestal, para los años 2012 a 2016 de la introducción de fingo-limod en el sistema de salud de Colombia. Materiales y Métodos: usando la perspectiva del sistema de salud, se diseñó un modelo de impacto presupuestal para determinar el efecto que la introducción del fingolimod para el tratamiento de pacientes con esclerosis múltiple remitente recurrente tendría sobre los recursos del sistema de salud. La información clínica y de prevalencia fue obtenidas de la literatura, los costos fueron tomados de registros hospitalarios. Se realizó una simulación de Monte Carlo como parte del análisis de sensibilidad. resultados: el costo neto anual (2012-2016) para el escenario sin fingolimod fue, en miles de millones de pesos, $20,96,$22,29, $23,37,$24,68, y $25,98. En el escenario con fingolimod el costo neto fue:$21,01, $22,42,$23,50, $24,91 y$26,39. Por otro lado, fingolimod se asoció con 91 recaídas evitadas en este periodo de cinco años. La simulación de Monte Carlo no mostró diferencias significativas de los costos entre los dos escenarios. Conclusión: considerando estos supuestos, la introducción de fingolimod en el sistema de salud colombiano no implica un impacto presupuestal significativo, y representa una importante reducción en el número de recaídas prevenidas.Artículo original4-10Introduction: multiple sclerosis (MS) is associated with long-term disability and significant social impact. First-line disease modifying treatments for MS (interferons and glatiramer acetate) have moderate efficacy and must be administered in daily or weekly injections. The introduction of fingolimod, a molecule with superior efficacy in reducing MS relapses compared to interferon-beta 1a justifies a budget impact analysis from a Colombian health system perspective.objectIve: to develop a budget impact analysis, for years 2012 to 2016, of the introduction of fingolimod in the Colom-bian health system.MaterIalsandMethods: using the perspective of the Colombian health system, we designed a budget impact model to determine the effect that the introduction of fingolimod for patients with relapsing-remitting MS would have on the resources of the health system. Clinical data and prevalence were obtained from published literature, costs were collected from local sources. A Monte Carlo simulation was done as part of the sensitivity analysis. Exchange rate used was 2,565 pesos per euro (July 2011).results: total annual net costs (2012-2016) for the scenario without fingolimod were, in million euros, €8.17, €8.69, €9.11, €9.62, and €10.13. In the fingolimod scenario net costs were: €8.19, €8.74, €9.16, €9.71 and €10.29. On the other hand, fingolimod was associated with 91 relapses averted in this five-year period. Monte Carlo simulation does not show relevant differences in costs between both scenarios.conclusIon: under these assumptions, the introduction of fingolimod in Colombian health care system does not imply a significant budget impact but represents an important reduction in the number MS relapses

Effects of cognitive variables on entrepreneurial intention levels

Entrepreneurship is becoming a very relevant instrument to promote economic growth and development in different regional and national economies. However, social scientists have not still agreed on the determinants of the decision to become an entrepreneur. Therefore, there is some concern that policies may not be sufficiently efficient in achieving this objective. From a psychological point of view, the intention to become an entrepreneur has been described as the single best predictor of actual behaviour. Hence, some studies have started to analyse the entrepreneurial intention and its determinants but however, methodologies and research instruments used so far differ widely. Then, the availability of a validated instrument to measure abilities, attitudes and intentions towards entrepreneurship could be of much help. In this paper, we use an Entrepreneurial Intention Questionnaire (EIQ), which has been recently validated, to measure entrepreneurial intentions in a sample of students from two different Spanish universities. After a brief description of the characteristics of the EIQ, most important results are discussed. Additionally, we pay attention to the influence of different personal and family variables on entrepreneurial intention and its antecedent
