Raumbegriffe in der Musikpädagogik. Eine Systematisierung
In der Musikpädagogik existiert eine Vielzahl bislang nur vereinzelt aufeinander bezogener Raumbegriffe. Im Band werden sie mit einer eigens dafür geschaffenen hermeneutisch orientierten Methodik analysiert, interpretiert und u.a. nach inhaltlichen Schwerpunkten sowie hinsichtlich ihrer Merkmale geordnet. Zudem wird ein Modell räumlich ausgedrückter (musikalischer) Bildungsprozesse entwickelt. Somit wird ein Grundstein in der Erschließung eines Forschungsfeldes gesetzt, das mit dem aktuell stattfindenden musikpädagogischen Spatial Turn zunehmend in den Fokus musikpädagogischer Forschung rückt. Dysuria, Urinary Retention, and Inguinal Pain as Manifestation of Sacral Bannwarth Syndrome
Only few cases with sacral radiculitis due to infection with Borrelia burgdorferi leading to neurogenic urinary dysfunction have been reported. A 57-year-old male developed urethral pain and urinary retention, requiring permanent catheterization. Extensive urological investigations did not reveal a specific cause, which was why neurogenic bladder dysfunction was suspected. Neurologic exam revealed only mildly reduced tendon reflexes. Cerebral and spinal MRI were noninformative. CSF investigations, however, revealed pleocytosis, elevated protein, and antibodies against Borrelia burgdorferi. Intravenous ceftriaxone for three weeks resulted in immediate improvement of bladder dysfunction, with continuous decline of residual urine volume and continuous increase of spontaneous urine volume even after removal of the catheter and initiation of self-catheterization. Sacral radiculitis due to infection with Borrelia burgdorferi is a potential cause of detrusor areflexia and urethral, perineal, inguinal, and scrotal pain and may be misinterpreted as cystitis or urethritis. Ceftriaxone may result in progressive recovery of bladder dysfunction and pain. Neuroborreliosis may manifest exclusively as neurourological problem
Non-adiabatic and time-resolved photoelectron spectroscopy for molecular systems
We quantify the non-adiabatic contributions to the vibronic sidebands of
equilibrium and explicitly time-resolved non-equilibrium photoelectron spectra
for a vibronic model system of Trans-Polyacetylene. Using exact
diagonalization, we directly evaluate the sum-over-states expressions for the
linear-response photocurrent. We show that spurious peaks appear in the
Born-Oppenheimer approximation for the vibronic spectral function, which are
not present in the exact spectral function of the system. The effect can be
traced back to the factorized nature of the Born-Oppenheimer initial and final
photoemission states and also persists when either only initial, or final
states are replaced by correlated vibronic states. Only when correlated initial
and final vibronic states are taken into account, the spurious spectral weights
of the Born-Oppenheimer approximation are suppressed. In the non-equilibrium
case, we illustrate for an initial Franck-Condon excitation and an explicit
pump-pulse excitation how the vibronic wavepacket motion of the system can be
traced in the time-resolved photoelectron spectra as function of the pump-probe
delay
