On Craterocolla and Ditangium (Sebacinales, Basidiomycota)

In the present paper, we select a neotype for Tremella cerasi and prove that it is conspecific with Ditangium insigne (the genus type of Ditangium). We argue that Ditangium should be restored as a correct genus for T. cerasi, while the currently used generic name Craterocolla is to be treated as its younger synonym. Morphological, ecological and genetic variability of Ditangium cerasi is discussed, and two other Ditangium species are described—D. altaicum, sp. nov. and D. incarnatum, comb. nov. Theatre on the Move

In my work I considered theatre inscenations in broader context of influence over the theatre producers and the audience. It contains analysis of three projects each of different theatre approaches: site-specific-theatre, musical-social-theatre and poetry-physical-theatre. I view these performances from the perspective of Theatre as communication, Theatre as testimony and Theatre as therapy. My work also includes the influence upon me as an actor, who performed in project called Titus Andronicus_Let mouchy (Titus Andronicus_the Flight of a Fly)

Příspěvek prezentuje deset snadno určitelných chorošů jako vhodné druhy pro demonstrace na exkurzích, a to i mimo vegetační období. Druhy jsou popsány se zřetelem na důležité makroskopické znaky a zobrazeny na fotografi ích.The article presents ten easily identifi ed polypores as suitable species for demonstration at fi eld trips. Ecology and geographical distribution of Ganoderma cupreolaccatum in the Czech Republic.

Lesklokorka Pfeifferova (Ganoderma cupreolaccatum), s roztroušeným rozšířením v chráněných územích a na antropogenních lokalitách se starými stromy, patří k našim nejvzácnějším zástupcům rodu Ganoderma. Na základě údajů z muzejních sbírek, dříve publikovaných nálezů a nových terénních záznamů bylo zpracováno celkové rozšíření a ekologie této lesklokorky na území České republiky.Ganoderma cupreolaccatum is the rarest Ganoderma species in the Czech Republic, having a scattered distribution in protected areas and at anthropogenic localities with old trees. Co jsou to rosolovité houby?

Rosolovité houby jsou umělou skupinou v rámci stopkovýtrusných hub s dělenými bazidiemi. Intenzivní využívání moderních přístupů v systematice však rozdělilo rosolovité houby do tří vzájemně nepříbuzných skupin. Shrnuty jsou základy současného stavu jejich taxonomie a často se vyskytující druhy větších rozměrů jsou zpracovány do praktického určovacího klíče, který umožňuje jejich určování přímo v terénu.Jelly fungi are a strange group with gelatinous fruitbodies and may be remarkable in the field in humid conditions. Their taxonomy has been changed in the respect of new phylogeny and traditional morphological approach was abandoned (Heterobasidiomycetes). This article brings general information about three classes of subphylum Agaricomycotina which includes jelly fungi. There are not so high number of species which create larger fruitbodies and therefore it is not so difficult identify them. Practical dichotomous key aimed to identification of those jelly fungi is added. The key uses morphological features and enables its utilization in the field. Doporučení pro mikroskopická cvičení z hub na základních a středních školách

Pro praktická mikroskopická cvičení z houbových organismů jsou na středních školách většinou používány žampiony (pečárky), kvasinky a „plísně“. Příspěvek nabízí učitelům vhodnější materiál pro pozorování rozmnožovacích struktur vřeckovýtrusých i stopkovýtrusých hub. Je vysvětlen celý postup při přípravě mikroskopických preparátů z doporučovaných skupin hub. Pro názornost jsou zobrazeny vybrané houby na fotografi ích v terénu i pod mikroskopem.A practical part of education about Fungi is executed mainly by microscopy of Agaricus , yeast-plants and some moulds at the high school. This contribution off ers more suitable materials for observation of reproductive structures of Ascomycota and Basidiomycota. All procedures of microscopic preparations are explained. The recommended groups of fungi are presented at photos in the fi eld and under the microscope
