Reseña bibliográfica de la obra "Tratado de Brujería Vasca. Descripción de la Inconstancia de los Malos Ángeles o Demonios" de Pierre Lancre. Se trata de uno de los tratados escritos por el juez del "Parlament" de Burdeos, que a comienzos del siglo XVII realizó en calidad de tal, y dotado de terribles y eficaces poderes especiales, una de las más memorables cazas de brujas. Sus acciones, y los tratados que escribió, publicó y difundió para darlas a conocer, son muy familiares tanto para los historiadores como para los antropólogos, incluso a nivel internacional

De vuelta a las Montañas de la Luna. Notas sobre la documentación de archivo disponible para la reconstrucción de la antropología marítima del País Vasco

El presente trabajo reflexiona sobre los elementos y métodos a utilizar para reconstruir la Historia marítima del País Vasco. Para lograr ese objetivo propone, fundamentalmente, una intensificación y sistematización de la investigación en torno a diversos temas - comercio, pesca, contrabando, corso, etc. - que, como la mayor parte de ese campo de estudios apenas si han sido tratados, como se viene a demostrar por la notable cantidad de documentos disponibles, y aún no consultados, de los que se ofrece una muestra que pretende ser más significativa que exhaustiva en esta comunicación.Euskal Herriko Itsas Historia berreraikitzeko erabili beharreko osagaiez eta metodoez hausnartzen du lan honek. Pour obtenir cet objectif, il propose, fondamentalement, une intensification et une systématisation de la recherche concernant différents thèmes - commerce, pêche, contrebande, course, etc. - qui, comme la plus grande partie de ce champ d'étude ont à peine été traités, tel que le démontre la grande quantité de documents disponibles, pas encore consultés, dont on offre un échantillon qui tente d'être plus significatif qu'exhaustif dans cette communication.This paper reflects on the elements and methods to be used to reconstruct the maritime History of the Basque Country. In order to achieve that objective it essentially proposes an intensification and systematisation of the research based on various subjects - trade, fishing, contraband, privateers... - which, as with a large part of that field of study, have hardly been covered. This can be seen by the notable number of documents available which have yet to be consulted, of which we offer a sample with the aim of being more significant than exhaustive in this paper

Características del turismo de luna de miel: aproximación al turista chino

En el presente trabajo, enmarcado en el turismo alternativo, se estudia el turismo de luna de miel, la elección del destino turístico y los turistas chinos en el mercado internacional. Se concluye que el turismo de luna de miel es un tipo de turismo alternativo específico con 5 características distintivas: larga duración y planificación, temporada propia, público objetivo joven, necesidades particulares y toma de decisión compartida. La investigación muestra que para los turistas chinos este tipo de turismo presenta sus propias peculiaridades

Eficiência de ferramentas de motivação e do uso de mídia social no controle da obesidade canina

A crescente casuística de cães obesos na clínica de cães tem sido um alerta aos médicos veterinários sobre a necessidade do desenvolvimento de novas ferramentas para a abordagem do paciente obeso, com o intuito de alcançar resultados satisfatórios em programas de redução de peso. Nesse estudo, foram selecionados 18 cães obesos ou acima do peso ideal, sem indícios de distúrbios endócrinos. Esses animais foram divididos aleatoriamente em dois grupos de nove animais. Em um dos grupos foram utilizadas ferramentas estratégicas para modificação comportamental e ambiental para seus tutores e esse grupo foi assistido diariamente por comunicação em aplicativo digital de mensagens instantâneas (WhatsApp(R)). No outro grupo, essas ferramentas não foram utilizadas e os animais foram acompanhados somente na consulta mensal. A variável analisada foi o percentual de perda de peso de cada animal em um mês de aplicação dométodo. Os animais do grupo assistido diariamente apresentaram média de perda de peso de 5,17%, enquanto que os animais do grupo não assistido apresentaram média de 3,31%. Pelos resultados é possível afirmar que os animais do grupo assistido perderam aproximadamente 1,6 vezes a mais de peso que os animais não assistidos. Embora os resultados sejam motivadores, não houve diferença estatística com grau de significância de 0,05, isso provavelmente se deve ao número amostral de dezoito animais ser muito pequeno.The increasing number of obese dogs in veterinary practice has been a warning to veterinarians about the need to develop new tools to approach the obese patient, aiming to attain satisfactory results in weight loss programs. A total of 18 obese or overweight dogs with no evidence of endocrine disorders were selected for this study. These animals were randomly divided into two groups with 9 animals each. In one of the groups, strategic tools were used by their tutors, aimed at behavioral and environmental modification, and this group was assisted daily through communication using a digital instant messaging app (WhatsApp(R)). In the other group, these tools were not used, and the animals were followed only during the monthly consultation. The analyzed variable was the percentage of weight loss of each animal in one month of the method used. The animals of the daily assisted group had a mean weight loss of 5.17%, while the animalsof the non-assisted group had a mean weight loss of 3.31%. Considering the results, one can state that the animals in the assisted group lost approximately 1.6 times more weight than the unassisted animals, when comparing the mean and the median weight loss percentage in the two groups. Although the results are encouraging, there was no statistical difference with a significance level of 0.05, and this is probably due to the small sample size, consisting of 18 animals

Agile methodologies in times of pandemic : acquisition of employment skills in higher education

Purpose ¿ This research aims to focus on analysing the opinion of university students on the effects that agile methodologies are having on their education during this time of pandemic that is affecting the normal functioning of on-site universities. Specifically, the authors intend to analyse the effect that different constructs have on the development of their skills for labour markets through the application of agile methodologies in blended learning. Thus, the authors will analyse the effects of intrinsic motivation, the interactivity of the system, the involvement of students, their engagement to these activities and their level of satisfaction with this training process. Design/methodology/approach ¿ The authors conducted research based on the use of agile methodologies applied to higher education. To this end, various activities were designed within different subjects in marketing area. 115 business students were consulted, who valued their experience and the usefulness of this methodology in relation to the improvement of the learning process. Findings ¿ The results of the research show the usefulness of agile methodologies for university students. In addition, these methodologies allow them to develop certain skills that will be important for labour markets, such as teamwork, motivation and engagement to tasks to be developed. Originality/value ¿The main value of this research lies in the application of a methodology from the business environment in higher education and the subsequent analysis of the students¿ assessment of these agile methodologies in terms of their usefulness for their professional future. Moreover, this application of agile methodologies has been carried out in an unusual environment due to the pandemic situation that has changed the usual development of face-to-face university training towards the application of e-learning methodologies

Los reflejos de la gerencia para la calidad total en institutos hospitalares brasilenos

OBJECTIVE: The present study objective consisted in raising the results for the hospitals and jobs of nursing in the managemental philosophy adoption. METHODS: The literature review had been used as methodology procedure. RESULTS: The analysis of the described experiences allowed to conclude that the T.Q.M. propitiated a profit with relation to the human features guaranteeing the satisfaction of the internal customer in its environment of work. The patient had its necessities supplied, there was recognition from the society and there was also improvement in the hospital statistics pointers. FINAL CONSIDERATIONS: The add of values based on the system knowledge consciousness, in scenery studies and the continuous learning became the differentiating element of these organizations.OBJETIVO: El objetivo del actual estudio consistió en levantar los resultados para los hospitales y los trabajos del cuidado en la adopción gerencial de la filosofía. MÉTODO: La revisión de la literatura había sido utilizada como procedimiento de la metodología. RESULTADOS: El análisis de las experiencias descritas permitió para concluir que el G. Q. T. propitiated un beneficio en relación a las características humanas que garantizaban la satisfacción del cliente interno en su ambiente del trabajo. El paciente hizo sus necesidades proveer, había reconocimiento de la sociedad y había también mejora en los indicadores de la estadística de hospital. CONSIDERACIONES FINALES: La agregación de valores con base en la conciencia de los sistemas, en estudios de escenarios y el aprendizaje continuo se tornó el elemento diferenciador de estas organizaciones.OBJETIVO: O objetivo do presente estudo consistiu em apresentar os resultados alcançados pelos hospitais e serviços de enfermagem na adoção dessa filosofia gerencial. MÉTODOS: Utilizou-se a revisão da literatura como procedimento metodológico. RESULTADOS: A análise das experiências descritas permitiu concluir que a G. Q. T. propiciou um ganho com relação aos recursos humanos garantindo a satisfação do cliente interno no seu ambiente de trabalho. O paciente teve suas necessidades supridas, houve reconhecimento da sociedade e também ocorreram melhorias nos indicadores de estatística hospitalar.
