Z důvodu specifičnosti podnikání ve zdravotnictví obsahuje práce nejen detailní analýzu současného stavu na trhu privátní zdravotní péče, ale také informace týkající se legislativních a právních úprav spojených se založením vybrané právnické osoby.This thesis focuses on the essential steps that are necessary to select of appropriate form of business for the private surgery of a paediatrician and then to describe the activities leading to setting up the chosen legal entity. In view of specificity of health care, the thesis includes both an analysis of a current situation of the private health care and the information of legislative and legal regulations associated with the establishment of appropriate legal entity

Na základě zjištěných skutečností předkládá zhodnocení investičního záměru – pro výstavbu výrobní haly včetně pořízení zkušebního zařízení pro kalibraci indukčních průtokoměrů. Výrobní hala poslouží k výrobě zmíněných měřidel průtoku – indukčních průtokoměrů. Cílem této diplomové práce je formulovat doporučení, zda danou investici realizovat.The diploma thesis analyzes the current situation of a flowmeters production company. Embraces the investment plan for a purchase of the construction hall including also calibration equipment. The second purpose is the expected opportunity to realize production in own facility. As the assignment of thesis we should target to formulate recommendations whether to realize the intended investment.

    Simulation of Deposition the Corrosion Waste in a Water Distribution System

    In water distribution systems can be found particles of rust and other mechanical contaminants. The particles are deposited in locations where the low velocity of water flow. Where a can cause the pitting corrosion. Is a concern in the systems made of galvanized steel pipes. The contribution deals with CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) simulations of water flow and particles deposition in water distribution system. CFD Simulations were compared with the corrosive deposits in real pipeline. Corrosion is a spontaneous process of destruction of metal material due to electrochemical reactions of metal with the aggressive surrounding. Electrochemical corrosion is caused by the thermodynamic instability of metal and therefore can not be completely suppress, it can only influence the speed of corrosion. The requirement is to keep metal properties during the whole its lifetime. Requested service lifetime the water pipe according to EN 806-2 is 50 years

    Effect of Nanoemulsified and Microencapsulated Mexican Oregano (Lippia graveolens Kunth) Essential Oil Coatings on Quality of Fresh Pork Meat

    Fresh meat is a highly perishable food. This work aimed to evaluate the influence of Mexican oregano (Lippia graveolens Kunth) incorporated into active coatings (ACs) spread on fresh pork meat as free (FEO), nanoemulsified (NEO), and microencapsulated (MEO) essential oil (EO), on its microbiological, physicochemical and sensory properties during 15 d at 4 ± 1 °C. Thymol and γ-terpinene were identified in the EO. In vitro effect of 2.85 mg EO/cm(2) was tested against Brochothrix thermosphacta, Micrococcus luteus, Lactobacillus plantarum, Pseudomonas fragi, and Salmonella Infantis. FEO antioxidant capacity (DPPH assay) was significantly higher than that of thymol, NEO and MEO (93.53%, 89.92%, 77.79%, and 78.50% inhibition, respectively), and similar to BHA (96.03%) and gallic acid (95.57%). FEO, NEO, and MEO ACs on meat caused growth inhibition of lactic acid bacteria (5 log population reduction) and Pseudomonas spp. (4 log reduction), whereas ≤1.5 log population reduction was observed for B. thermosphacta and Salmonella Infantis. Meat microbiota was more efficiently controlled by MEO than by FEO or NEO. ACs delayed lipid and oxymyoglobin oxidation of fresh pork meat. After 15 d of cold storage meat added with EO coatings was desirable for panelists, whereas untreated (UT) samples were undesirable.
