Výroba destilátů patří k tradičním fermentačním výrobám. Než se ze suroviny stane kvalitní pálenka musí projít řadou procesů. Nejdůležitějšími z procesů jsou kvašení, které probíhá díky mikrobiální kultuře, destilace a následná rektifikace a v neposlední řadě zrání destilátu, pro které je nutné vybrat vhodnou nádobu. Pro všechny procesy jsou určené dané podmínky, za kterých by měly probíhat, aby výsledný destilát dosáhnul co nejlepší kvality a senzorických vlastností. Proto se tato práce snaží zmapovat tyto jednotlivé procesy a zaměřuje se převážně na proces kvašení.The production of distilled ranks among established fermentative production. Than the first – quality spirits is became from raw material, it is obliged to change ranks processes. The important from the processes are alcoholic fermentation, which proceeds owing to mikrobiological cultures, distillation and subsequent rectification and at not least ranks aging distilled, for which is necessary selected appropriate container. For all processes the granted conditions are appointed, under which the processes would ocur, so resulting distilled achieved the first – quality and the best sensory character. Therefore this work does one’s best map these single processes and it is largely intent on fermentative processes.

Opportunities to support parental competences for underaged mothers

Diplomová práce se zabývá možnostmi podpory rodičovských kompetencí u nezletilých matek. Seznamuje s obdobím dospívání u dívek, s problematikou předčasné gravidity a předčasného mateřství, dále se společně s praktickou částí věnuje významu rodičovských kompetencí a jejich posilování v kontextu sociální práce. Cílem závěrečné práce je popsání obtížné situace dívek, které se v nezletilém věku staly matkami a dále zjištění a popsání, zda, nakolik a jakým způsobem byly, či jsou podporovány rodičovské kompetence u nezletilých matek v domácím prostředí. K dosažení výsledků byla zvolena výzkumná strategie kvalitativní s využitím polostrukturovaného rozhovoru, který byl veden s pěti nezletilými matkami. Provedené šetření poukazuje na to, že dotazovaným dívkám, jež se rozhodly dítě vychovávat v domácím prostředí nebyla nabídnuta a poskytnuta žádná možnost podpory rodičovských kompetencí ze strany odborníků. Vzhledem k závažnosti a složitosti situace předčasného mateřství by výsledky šetření měly vést k určitému zamyšlení se nad angažovaností pomáhajících profesí a dále k dalšímu zkoumání a zjišťování, jak nezletilým matkám nelehkou životní situaci usnadnit.The diploma thesis deals with the possibilities of supporting parental competences for underage mothers. It introduces the period of adolescence in girls, the issues of early pregnancy and early motherhood, and together with the practical part, it deals with the importance of parental competences and their strengthening in the context of social work. The aim of the final thesis is to describe the difficult situation of girls who became mothers at a minor age, and further to find out and describe whether, to what extent and in what way the parental competences of minor mothers were or are being supported in the home environment. To achieve the results, a qualitative research strategy was chosen using a semi- structured interview that was conducted with five minor mothers. The conducted investigation points out that the interviewed girls who decided to raise their child at home were not offered or provided any support for parental competences by experts. Due to the seriousness and complexity of the situation of early motherhood, the results of the survey should lead to some reflection on the involvement of helping professions and to further research and finding out how to make the difficult life situation easier for underage mothers.HTF - Katedra psychosociálních věd a etikyHusitská teologická fakultaHussite Theological Facult

The question of self-induced insanity

Problematika zaviněné nepříčetnosti Cílem práce je komplexně postihnout problematiku zaviněné nepříčetnosti. Práce v jedenácti kapitolách analyzuje tuto oblast trestního práva. Téma trestní odpovědnosti nepříčetných osob, byť zaviněně, je v rámci trestního práva velice zajímavé. Zvláště pak proto, že řešení otázky trestní odpovědnosti nepříčetných osob se může vymykat jedné ze základních zásad trestního práva - zásady trestní odpovědnosti za zavinění, eventuálně nemusí plnit jednu ze základních funkcí trestního práva - ochranu společnosti a společenských statků před nejnebezpečnějším jednáním stanoveným zákonem. Text se zaměřuje především na současnou právní úpravu zaviněné nepříčetnosti na území České republiky. Platná právní úprava převzala teoretické řešení zaviněné nepříčetnosti v podobě speciální skutkové podstaty a plné trestní odpovědnosti za konstrukci actio libera in causa. Příslušná ustanovení řeší situace, kdy si pachatel nepříčetnost přivodil aplikací návykových látek a v tomto stavu následně spáchal čin vykazující všechny znaky trestného činu s výjimkou příčetnosti. The thesis is divided into eleven chapters, in which this part of criminal law is analysed. The topic of criminal liability of insane offenders (even those insane due to their own conduct) represents an interesting part of criminal law. One of the main reasons is the fact that the solution to the problem of criminal liability of insane offenders can lead to the breach of one of the main principles of criminal law - the principle of culpability - on one hand, or to the failure of one of the main functions of the criminal law - the protection of society and its interest and values against the most dangerous conduct prohibited by the law - on the other. The text is concerned mainly with the current legal arrangement of self-induced insanity in the Czech Republic. Organization Development Intervention Options: a selected organization example

v českém jazyce Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou vybrané stavební firmy, především zavedením empirické sondy do oblasti zhodnocení vztahů ve vybrané pracovní skupině organizace, a posléze možnostmi aplikace potřebných intervencí. Vybraná pracovní skupina se skládá převážně ze členů administrativního oddělení podniku. Cílem práce bylo určení diagnózy interního a zčásti externího prostředí firmy a následné poskytnutí zpětné vazby organizaci o možné implementaci změn. Diagnóza byla provedena pomocí vybraných metod a technik rozhovorů, SWOT analýzy, asociačních cvičení a sociometrického testu. Závěrečná doporučení jsou orientována především na plánování konkrétních zásahů ve firmě a také na vypracování potenciálního postupu poradce při implementaci návrhů. Pro možnou realizaci takového poradenského procesu práce nastiňuje časový plán a dále upozorňuje na jistá úskalí, která mohou během realizační fáze vzniknout. V závěru práce je doporučováno, aby byli s výslednými daty seznámeni všichni pracovníci dané skupiny. Prostřednictvím takového kroku se poté snadněji vytvoří pozitivní atmosféra pro případnou implementaci.This bachelor thesis is aimed at the analysis of the concrete construction company, especially by an interpretation of gathered data, which were reached from members of chosen working group in the organization and then it is aimed at the possibility of the application of interventions using in the company. The concrete working group is mainly composed of members of administrative organization part. The objective of the work is based on the diagnosis of an internal and an external background of the company and on the consequential giving the feedback to the client about an implementing the interventions. This diagnosis is made with help of special methods and techniques: interviews, SWOT analysis, association training and sociometric test. The final recommendation is mainly oriented in planning concrete interventions in the company and it is also partially based on the whole potential consultant's implementing process step by step. For this possible realizing of the consultant's process the work tries to illustrate global time plan and then it also warns, that there could be certain difficulties, which could appear in the phase of the implementation. The education of employees of social services who work with clients with Alzheimer's disease

This thesis is focused on evaluation of the education of social workers in social services who work with patients who suffer the Alzheimer's disease. It is concretely about workers who do the direct service care within the special regime homes in Plzeň Region. The thesis consists of the theoretical and empiric parts. The theoretical part includes the description, symptoms and phases of the disease. It talks about forms and availability of those services for specific needs of people with dementia in Plzeň Region. The important chapter is concentrated on education of social workers with relation to the legislative area of education, its planning and realization, the training courses for the social workers with the direct care. The empiric part evaluates the training courses for the social workers and the way which are selected. For finding of the answers was used questionnaire rating, the aim was to evaluate the training courses from the point of view of social workers. How are these courses chosen was discussed with executives in the form of a semi-structured interview. These executives coordinate the education of social workers in these special regime homes. Konkrétně se jedná o pracovníky, kteří vykonávají přímou obslužnou péči v rámci domovů se zvláštním režimem v zeňském Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a empirickou část. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na popis, projevy, fáze onemocnění a na specifika demence. Dále pojednává o formách a dostupnosti služeb reagujících na specifické potřeby osob s demencí a o s Plzeňském kraji. Důležitou kapitolou je oblast vzdělávání pracovníků v sociálních službách, která se zaměřuje na legislativní rámec vzdělávání, jeho plánování a realizaci a na vzdělávací kurzy určené pro pracovníky v přímé péči. Empirická část hodnotí vzdělávací kurzy pro pracovníky v sociálních službách a způsob jejich výběru. Pro zjištění údajů bylo použito dotazníkové šetření s cílem hodnotit vzdělávací kurzy z pohledu pracovníků v sociálních službách. Pro zjišťování výběru kurzů byl použit strukturovaný rozhovor s vedoucími pracovníky, kteří v rámci zařízení koordinují vzdělávání zaměstnanců. The effect of music therapy on the life of Alzheimer disease patiens

Bakalářská práce pojednává o vlivu muzikoterapie na život o osob s Alzheimerovou chorobou a je rozdělena do pěti hlavních kapitol. První kapitola se zabývá terminologickým vymezením demence, informuje o rizikových faktorech, symptomatologii a předkládá další druhy demence. Další kapitola seznamuje s diagnózou Alzheimerovy choroby, uvádí formy, průběh a možné metody diagnózy onemocnění. Třetí kapitola se věnuje významu aktivizace klientů s demencí a vyjmenovává vhodné formy aktivizace. Navazující čtvrtá kapitola sleduje využití muzikoterapie u osob s Alzheimerovou chorobou. Popisuje muzikoterapeutické druhy, formy, modely, hudební prostředky a nástroje. Závěrečnou, praktickou část tvoří popis a mé poznatky z dvou muzikoterapeutických sezení, která probíhala v denním stacionáři Farní charity Příbram. Součástí práce je také kazuistika klientky s Alzheimerovou chorobou, obohacena o užívané formy přirozené aktivizace v domácím prostředí.The bachelor thesis deals with the effects of music therapy on the lives of people with Alzheimer's disease and is divided into five main chapters. The first chapter deals with the terminological definitions of dementia, informs about risk factors, symptomatology and presents other types of dementia. The next chapter introduces the diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease, lists the forms, progression of the disease and possible methods of diagnosis of the disease. The third chapter deals with the importance of activating clients with dementia and lists the suitable forms of activation. The following fourth chapter examines the use of music therapy on people with Alzheimer's disease. It further describes types, forms, models, musical means and musical instruments of music therapy. The final, practical part consists of a description and my findings from two music therapy sessions, which took place in the Day Care Center of the Farní charity Příbram. Preparation of selected microbial metabolites from waste materials

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá biodegradací syrovátky na vybrané mikrobiální produkty (sacharidy, kyselina mléčná, kyselina octová a ethanol) termofilními bakteriemi rodu Thermus aquaticus a mezofilními bakteriemi rodu Lactobacillus casei a Bacillus coagulans. Pro kultivaci byla jako médium použita syrovátka, ze které byla odstraněna její bílkovinná část a jenž byla obohacena živinami. Na základě kultivací ve fermentoru byly určeny růstové křivky a pomocí metody HPLC byly stanoveny jednotlivé biodegradační produkty.This diploma thesis deals with the biodegradation of whey on selected microbial products (carbohydrates, lactic acid, acetic acid and ethanol) thermophilic bacteria of genus Thermus aquaticus and mesophilic bacteria of genus Lactobacillus casei and Bacillus coagulans. For cultivation was used as medium whey, from which the proteins were removed and which was enriched with nutrients. On the basis of culture in the fermentor were determined growth curve and the HPLC method were determined individual bioremediation products.
