    USABILITY EVALUATION OF THE WEBSITE SERVICES USING THE WEBUSE METHOD (A CASE STUDY: PUSTAKAARSIP.KAMPARKAB.GO.ID)

    This researcher aims to find the DISPERSIP website in terms of usability using Website Usability Evaluation (WEBUSE) to determine which parts need to be improved. The Kampar Regency Library and Archives Service have implemented one of the online-based library services with the implementation of a website in the library and archives section of Kampar Regency. The aim is that governance relationships involving the Government, the private sector and the community can be created to be more effective, efficient, productive and responsive. In its application, problems arise, such as incompatibility of menu names, no back button, colour differences, and inactive links and errors—an unprecedented evaluation of the website's usability. The WEBUSE method determines the usability level of a website based on the user's perspective. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire distributed to all active members of the library with a definite website with a total of 100 respondents based on the slovin formula. Based on the results of the usability evaluation, the DISPERSIP website got a good usability level for the four categories of usability in the WEBUSE method, namely Content, Organization and Readability with a value of 0.70, Navigation and Links with a value of 0.69, User Interface Design with a value of 0.70 and Performance and Effectiveness got a score of 0.60. Overall the DISPERSIP website has good usability with a value of 0.67, and there are eight recommendations for usability improvements based on the problem

    Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan menganalisis kinerja Sistem Informasi Elektonik Kinerja ASN (SI-EKA) yang ada pada Kementerian Agama Kota Pekanbaru. Dalam penggunaan SI-EKA terdapat masalah terkait akses sistem dikarenakan masalah jaringan, server, dan maintenance, selain itu untuk penanganan masalah membutuhkan waktu yang lama karena harus dilaporkan kepada pihak pusat terlebih dahulu. Menjawab permasalahan pengelolaan masalah digunakan kerangka kerja COBIT 5 dengan fokus pada proses DSS03 Manage Problems. Analisis Process Capability Model (PCM) digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan penilaian Process Assessment Model (PAM). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada responden berdasarkan pemetaan peran RACI Chart. Hasil akhir penelitian diketahui bahwa proses pengelolaan masalah sudah dilaksanakan namun masih ada beberapa kelemahan dan belum mencapai tujuan proses sehingga  diberikan rekomendasi yang sesuai dengan kondisi dan temuan yang ada. Tingkat kapabilitas proses berada pada level 1 (Performed Process) dengan nilai kapabilitas 0.9 dan  status Largery Achieved (L)

    ANALYSIS OF DIGITAL LIBRARY SERVICE QUALITY ON USER SATISFACTION USING WEBQUAL, LIBQUAL AND IPA METHODS

    Universitas Pahlawan Tuanku Tambusai has used the information system Senayan Library Management System (SLiMS) version 7. SliMS is an integrated system to provide information to support operational, management and decision-making functions in libraries. However, there are still obstacles in its use, namely, the lack of tools and technology to support the implementation of the SLiMS system, the unattractive SliMS content, the OPAC service menu is less effective in searching for references in the library, and the book collection is rarely updated so it does not meet what the user needs. This study aims to measure the service quality of SLiMS from the user's perspective. This research instrument used Web Quality (WebQual), Library Quality (LibQual), and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) methods. The results of this study resulted in a good level of system service quality but GAP was still found from perceived performance which still had a value of <0 or -0.63 and a conformity level of 78%, which meant that there were still results of user dissatisfaction with the performance provided by the service.     Information security includes the issues that may threaten accountability, reliability, trustworthiness, privacy, authenticity, and trustworthiness of information in an agency. Data and information are very risky things in Information Security, and therefore it is important to do information security governance. The process of evaluating information security using the Index KAMI and ISO 27001: 2013 will be carried out in this study by recording data using Microsoft Excel which has been provided by the National Cyber and Crypto Agency (BSSN). To make it easier to conduct information security assessments and simplify the Excel display, Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) will be utilized as a medium for adding ISO 27001: 2013, then it will be connected using MSXML2.XMLHTTP. The results of the self-assessment carried out show that the Communication, Information, and Signaling Service of Kampar Regency has a level of completeness in implementing the ISO 27001 standard at the "Inadequate" level with a score of 151 only reaching level I+. Meanwhile, the results of the ISO 27001: 2013 Annex control evaluation show that there are still clauses that have not been fulfilled. Therefore, the Communication, Informatics, and Coding Office of Kampar Regency urgently needs improvement in order to fulfill the clauses of ISO 27001: 2013

    IT GOVERNANCE AUDIT AT THE KAMPAR REGENCY LIBRARY AND ARCHIVES DEPARTMENT USING COBIT 2019 AND ITIL 4

    Information Technology (IT) is a tool that plays an important role in helping improve the effectiveness and efficiency of a company's or organization's business processes. The Kampar Regency Library and Archives Service uses the Integrated Library System (INLIS) Lite to support operational, management, and decision-making functions in the library. However, the use of INLIS Lite has not been fully utilized properly, for this reason it is necessary to carry out an IT governance audit. The audit process aims to determine the extent of IT performance, human resources, and the level of IT maturity in the library. This study uses Control Objective for Information and Related Technology (COBIT) 2019 and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) 4 to conduct audits. With the findings of the audit results obtained eight process domains, namely APO02 and APO012 domains are at level 1 (Performed) in the Largely Achieved category, APO09 and BAI08 domains are at level 2 (Managed) in the Largely Achieved category, domains APO013, BAI05 and MEA01 are in the Largely Achieved, and the APO07 domain is at level 4 (Predictable) and in the Fully Achieved category. In addition to the audit, an assessment of the capability level was also carried out using the Servqual Model and Importance Performance Analysis with the results of obtaining 2 criteria in quadrant A, 1 criterion in quadrant B, 2 criteria in quadrant C and 3 criteria in quadrant D.     RIAU PROVINCE TOURISM WEBSITE IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM USING E-GOVQUAL AND IMPORTANCE PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS METHODS

    The Riau Province Tourism Office implements E-Government by building a website as a media public relations. This website is used to provide information on tourist destinations, facilities and news about Riau Province. Previously this website had never been evaluated so that the community's assessment of the quality of the Riau Province Tourism service site was unknown. For this reason, this study aims to analyze the service quality of the Riau Province Tourism Office website based on the perception or point of view of its users, in this case especially the people of Riau Province using the Electronic Government Quality (E-GovQual) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) methods. To assess the service quality of the Riau Province Tourism Office website using 6 dimensions and 28 E-GovQual attributes. The results of this study show that the total value of the performance score is Likert 3 (good) which is 3.30, the value of importance is 3.27, and the gap between performance and importance is 0.002 or > 0. The results of this study indicate that service performance has met the interests user. Thus the overall performance of the Riau Province Tourism Office website service is good and has fulfilled the interests of users. Furthermore, from the results of the IPA analysis, 7 attributes (EU1, TR1, FIE2, EU2, TR3, CS2, CAI3) are obtained with top priority and 5 attributes (EU3, FIE1, RB3, CA12, TR2) that need to be improved

    EVALUATION USABILITY OF DIGITAL WALLET APPLICATION USING USER EXPERIENCE QUESTIONNAIRE (UEQ) METHOD AND HEURISTIC EVALUATION (HE)

    Abstract— With the help of financial technology called Dana, the Indonesian people can conduct digital payments and transactions quickly, easily, and safely both online and offline. Users have access to a wide range of actions, including investing, sending money, and withdrawing money. The usability of digital wallet applications must be evaluated in order to create a positive user experience. In order to assess usability, heuristic evaluation methods, and a user experience questionnaire must be used. The Dana digital wallet application's attractiveness, perspicuity, efficiency, and stimulation scales all showed positive results based on testing the results of the benchmark user experience questionnaire on six different scales and superior results on the novelty and dependability indices. The Dana digital wallet application's problems do not affect users and can still be tolerated, according to the average severity rating of the 10 aspects of the heuristic evaluation method, which is 1 (one). With a value of 1.33, the Visibility of System Status and Help Recognize and Recover from Errors aspects have the highest severity rating. The Final Assignment Administration service procedure currently implemented is still done manually. Starting from the registration data collection for Proposal Seminars, Results Seminars, and Thesis Defence, data processing was carried out using Microsoft Excel. The amount of data that has been processed so that the processing is done too long. Likewise in Microsoft Excel where formula changes often occur so that the data is not readable. Therefore, the Thesis Administration System was built using the Progressive Web Apps (PWA) method. The system built facilitates administrative services in the Civil Engineering Study Program at the University of Riau. The built system can be accessed on various devices, using the add to home screen feature which speeds up installation, and can be accessed offline. Testing of this system uses the Black Box method, which is to prove that the functional system is running properly and correctly. The results of this test are 100% proven with features that run as expected

    Abstract— Inside the process of their work, logistics companies are constantly confronted with concerns about specific products, such as product identity verification, which is used in a variety of ways, including the use of barcodes, which are a simple way to convey specific information about a product. But, recent technological advancements in the field of product security have resulted in RFID, or Radio Frequency Identification, which may be used to monitor and detect product details far more easily than the current barcode system. With the advancement of new technology from the RFID system known as NFC, which stands for Near Field Communication and has a higher level of security, this project aims to develop NFC-based applications to ensure the authenticity of products and to make it easier to transfer items from warehouse to store. This system is made up of NFC modules that may be attached to any module and will be programmed using Microsoft Power Apps. NFC is an abbreviation for Near Field Communication. This is a short-range radio technology that allows communication amongst people who live in different parts of the country. This location will be used. Together with the card or tag in the shape of a sticker or a longer card, it has an antenna for communication with NFC, which allows information to be read from the card. Data will be stored on a smartphone in order to provide specific information about a product's identity. Now that the tag has been created with the identity of a certain item, it may be scanned with a smartphone to obtain the necessary information.
