SAP Implementation - Analysis of Advantages, Limitations and Prospects of SAP System on Example of the Company Faurecia

The goal of this work is to describe new trends in the information systems in company management with focus on usage SAP system in range of controlling and accounting of Faurecia Group and on the other side to analyze possible limitations of the SAP system implementation. There is an analysis of information systems, possibilities of their usage, the newest trends and forecasted future evolution in the field of informatics systems in the theoretical part of the work. There is also basic characteristic of SAP as an enterprise resource planning system for complex control of the business. Correct selection of the information system and correct definition of the modules and their interfaces would bring significant competitive advantage to the company. There are savings in case of salary costs linked to data processing and tracking of the information flows in the company but the information systems also bring sufficient number of correct, actual and quick accessible information for company management in the field of customer and supplier partnership, production, research and development, finance and human resources. In the practical part of the thesis the implementation process of SAP in the company Faurecia Exhaust Systems, s.r.o. is analyzed and also there is experience with implementation of SAP in the company Faurecia Interior Systems Bohemia, s.r.o. mentioned. Fundamental part of this work is an analysis of advantages and limitation of SAP Faurecia in comparison with legacy system Movex. At the end there is an analysis of SAP perspectives together with synthesis of identified issues, proposals of solutions and recommendations how to use SAP in Faurecia Group and subsequent implementations in other Faurecia plants.Tato práce se zabývá zmapováním zavedení a použití systému SAP ve vybraném podniku. Cílem práce je zjistit nové trendy a předpoklady využití informačních systémů při řízení podniků se zaměřením na možnosti využití systému SAP v oblasti controllingu a účetnictví ve skupině Faurecia a na druhou stranu analyzovat omezení, která může zavedení systému SAP přinést. V teoretické části je proveden rozbor problematiky informačních systémů, možnosti jejich využití, nejnovější trendy a odhady budoucího vývoje. V této části je uvedena základní charakteristika SAP jako systému plánování podnikových zdrojů a systém pro komplexní řízení celého podniku. Správný výběr informačního systému a definování jednotlivých modulů a jejich vzájemného propojení by měl přinést dnešním podnikům významnou konkurenční výhodu. Vedle úspory mzdových nákladů na zpracování informací a sledování informačních toků v podniku, přináší nové informační systémy především dostatek správných, aktuálních a rychle dostupných informací pro řízení podniku v oblasti vztahů se zákazníky a dodavateli, výroby, vývoje, financí a personalistiky. V praktické části je analyzován průběh implementace systému SAP ve společnosti Faurecia Exhaust Systems, s.r.o. spolu s uvedením zkušeností z implementace SAP ve společnosti Faurecia Interior Systems Bohemia, s.r.o. Stěžejní částí této práce je komparativní analýza výhod a omezení systému SAP a porovnání nově implementovaného systému SAP Faurecia s nahrazeným systémem Movex. Na závěr je proveden odhad perspektiv společně se syntézou poznatků, návrhů řešení a doporučení pro využitelnost nového systému SAP ve skupině Faurecia a jeho další implementace v závodech skupiny Faurecia

Production controlling

katedra: KPE;This thesis deals with the subject production controlling of the company. The goal of this work is to describe this subject in theory and then to focus on production controlling in the company Faurecia Interior Systems Bohemia s.r.o. The case study is focusing on relations of financial results and production results. In the theoretical part, the description of controlling is performed. Then there are made deeper analyses of the subject production controlling. Production controlling ensures planning and production process overview. Further it provides management of the company with fundamental information about production and support managment decisions. Understanding of production controlling allows management to influence and manage the production processes. This is a cornerstone of the success of all production companies. In the practical part was made a case study of the company Faurecia Interior Systems Bohemia. There is setup a sample production line with machines, workstations and material flows. According to achieved production results there is represented an impact on company financial results. This impact is demostrated on comparison of calculations (preliminary, operating and final calculation) and monthly following of the results. In the end of the case study there are mentioned proposals to improve the production and financial results.Tato práce se zabývá analýzou výrobního controllingu. Cílem práce je vybranou problematiku popsat nejprve teoreticky a následně analyzovat vybranou část výrobního controllingu ve společnosti Faurecia Interior Systems Bohemia s.r.o. V případové studii je vyjádřena závislost finančních výsledků podniku na výrobních výsledcích. V teoretické části je proveden rozbor problematiky controllingu a dále je rozpracován pojem výrobní controlling. Výrobní controlling zabezpečuje plánování a dohled nad výrobním procesem. Poskytuje managementu podniku základní informace o výrobě, které jsou podkladem vedení podniku v jeho rozhodnutích. Porozumění výrobnímu controllingu přináší managementu možnost ovlivňovat a řídit výrobní činnost, která je základním kamenem úspěchu každého výrobního podniku. V praktické části je provedena případová studie společnosti Faurecia Interior Systems Bohemia s.r.o. Nejprve je navržena vzorová výrobní linka zahrnující výrobní zařízení, pracoviště a základní tok materiálu. Na základě dosažených výrobních výsledků je znázorněn vliv na konečné finanční výsledky podniku. K vyjádření vlivu je použita metoda porovnání kalkulací (předběžné, operativní a výsledné) a meziměsíčního porovnání výsledků za 1 rok. V závěru případové studie jsou navrhnuta opatření ke zlepšení výrobních výsledků s návazností na finanční výsledky

Dynamic changes in genomic and social structures in third millennium BCE central Europe

Europe’s prehistory oversaw dynamic and complex interactions of diverse societies, hitherto unexplored at detailed regional scales. Studying 271 human genomes dated ~4900 to 1600 BCE from the European heartland, Bohemia, we reveal unprecedented genetic changes and social processes. Major migrations preceded the arrival of “steppe” ancestry, and at ~2800 BCE, three genetically and culturally differentiated groups coexisted. Corded Ware appeared by 2900 BCE, were initially genetically diverse, did not derive all steppe ancestry from known Yamnaya, and assimilated females of diverse backgrounds. Both Corded Ware and Bell Beaker groups underwent dynamic changes, involving sharp reductions and complete replacements of Y-chromosomal diversity at ~2600 and ~2400 BCE, respectively, the latter accompanied by increased Neolithic-like ancestry. Development module based on microcontroller ADuC8xx

Předkládaná bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice mikrokontrolérů řady ADuC8xx od firmy Analog Devices. Tyto mikrokontroléry jsou kompatibilní s mikrokontroléry řady INTEL 8051 a s jejich nástupcem INTEL 8052. Úvodní část je zaměřena na seznámení s problematikou mikrokontroléru ADuC8xx. V rámci práce byla provedena podrobná rešerše této problematiky na základě katalogových listů mikrokontrolérů řady ADuC8xx od firmy Analog Devices. Ve vlastní části práce byl proveden návrh a realizace universálního vývojového modulu s mikroprocesorem ADuC8xx. Součástí návrhu je i jeho podrobný popis včetně popsání funkčnosti modulu. Tento vývojový modul je v praxi využitelný jak pro začátečníky, kteří se seznamují s mikrokontroléry, tak i pro zkušené vývojáře, kteří hledají univerzální platformu pro své projekty.Katedra elektromechaniky a výkonové elektronikyObhájenoPresented thesis deals with the issue of microcontroller series ADuC8xx from the company Analog Devices. These microcontrollers are compatible with the INTEL 8051 family of microcontrollers and their successor, the INTEL 8052. The introductory part focuses on an introduction of microcontroller ADuC8xx. In the framework of the work has been carried out a detailed examination of this issue on the basis of the catalog sheets of microcontroller series ADuC8xx from the company Analog Devices. In my own part of the work was carried out the design and implementation of universal development module with microprocessor ADuC8xx. Part of the design is its detailed description including a description of the functionality of the module. The development module is, in practice, applicable both for beginners, who want to get acquainted with microcontrollers and for advanced developers who are looking for a universal platform for their projects

The core topic of this text is an individual and a place, an individual in a place and an individual through a place. The author focuses on the relationship between an individual and the place, in which an indi- vidual lives and with which she/he identifies. Place for an individual means home, or place of work. As Davidson (1991) and Malpas (1999) claim, a creature lives in a place. She/he soon creates everyday routines in the place; this is her/his lived world. She/he meets other people in the place, searches, gathers and uses information concerning the place. Place is pre- sented by individual/individuals/communities. The relationship between an individual and her/his place is presented in the text through English sources from humanistic geography. The paper deals with the relationship of an individual and place in philosophy (Heidegger), in geography (Tuan, Relph, Cresswell) and in geographical education (Witham Bednarz, et al., 1994)46147
