Práce se zabývá kokosovým olejem, jeho výrobou, vlastnostmi, složením a jeho vlivem na zdraví člověka. Nejvíce se zaměřuje na jednu jeho důležitou složku a to kyselinu laurovou, která patří mezi jeho mastné kyseliny a tvoří asi plovinu jejich množství v kokosu. Věděcké studie ukazují, že většinu zajímavých vlastností má kokosový olej především díky jeho složení mastných kyselin.The thesis objectvice is to survey properties of a coconut oil, its production, structure and influence to human health. The thesis aims at describing one of the most importatnt ingredient of the cocnut oil - lauric acid which belongs to fatty acid of the oil and represents about a half of the total acid amount within the coconut. Research papers demonstrate than the most interesting properties of the oil are mainly achieved due to its composition of fatty acids.

Learning with Weak Annotations for Text in the Wild Detection and Recognition

V této práci představujeme metodu využívající slabě anotované obrázky pro vylepšení systémů pro extrakci textu. Slabá antoace spočívá v seznamu textů, které se v daném obrázku mohou vyskytovat, ale nevíme kde. Metoda používá libovolný existující systém pro rozpoznávání textu k získání oblastí, kde se pravděpodobně vyskytuje text, spolu s ne nutně správným přepisem. Výsledkem procesu zahrnujícího párování nepřesných přepisů se slabými anotacemi a prohledávání okolí vedené Levenshtein vzdáleností jsou skoro bezchybně lokalizované texty, se kterými dále zacházíme jako s pseudo-anotacemi využívanými k učení. Aplikování metody na dva slabě anotované datasety a doučení použitého systému pomocí získaných pseudo-anotací ukazuje, že námi navržený proces konzistentně zlepšuje přesnost rozpoznávání na různých datasetech (jiných doménách) běžně využívaných k testování a velmi výrazně zvyšuje přesnost na stejném datasetu. Metodu lze použít iterativně.In this work, we present a method for exploiting weakly annotated images to improve text extraction pipelines. The weak annotation of an image is a list of texts that are likely to appear in the image without any information about the location. An arbitrary existing end-to-end text recognition system is used to obtain text region proposals and their, possibly erroneous, transcriptions. A process that includes imprecise transcription to annotation matching and edit distance guided neighbourhood search produces nearly error-free, localised instances of scene text, which we treat as ``pseudo ground truth'' used for training. We apply the method to two weakly-annotated datasets and use the obtained pseudo ground truth to re-train the end-to-end system. The process consistently improves the accuracy of a state of the art recognition model across different benchmark datasets (image domains) as well as providing a significant performance boost on the same dataset, further improving when applied iteratively

Editorial processing of Karel Havlíček's correspondence: comparison of existing editions

Cílem práce je porovnání dosavadního edičního zpracování korespondence Karla Havlíčka Borovského a rekonstruování edičních postupů a zásad, jimiž se při vypracování editoři řídili. Rovněž je to zjištění, jak výrazně se edice shodují s dobovou kodifikací jazyka a pravopisu, jak na sebe edice navazují a jaké postupy a změny od sebe přejímají. Část práce se věnuje charakteristice Havlíčkova jazyka a pravopisu v jeho korespondenci. K porovnání byl vybrán vzorek epistolárních jednotek shodný pro většinu edic a z analýzy změn mezi autografy a jednotlivými edičními zpracováními byly rekonstruovány postupy textových úprav každé edice. V analýze jsou změny hodnoceny vzhledem k dnešní jazykové a pravopisné kodifikaci, shrnuté postupy jsou pak již vztaženy ke kodifikaci dobové. Na základě předchozích dat jsou edice následně porovnány. Provedený výzkum odhalil, že starší edice vykazují pouze náznaky, tendence k pravidelným úpravám, kdežto u edic novějších jsou již jasně patrné pravidelné zásahy do textu, a tedy jednotné ediční zásady. Ani tyto však nesplňují požadavky současné ediční praxe. Charakter úprav zároveň podle předpokladu prozradil, jaké postupy od sebe edice přejímaly. Průzkum také přinesl zjištění, které edice jsou nejvhodnějším případným výchozím textem pro další ediční zpracování Havlíčkovy...Aim of thesis is comparison of editorial treatment of Karel Havlíček Borovský's correspondence and reconstruction of editorial methods and principles which editors followed. It is also discovery how substantially the editions correspond with each other and which procedures and changes they adopt. Part of the thesis pays attention to description of language and orthography in Havlíček's correspondence. For the comparison the sample of epistolary units identical to most of the editions was chosen and from analysis between autographs and particular editorial treatments procedures of every edition were reconstructed. In the analysis the changes are evaluated according to current linguistic and orthographic codification, on the contrary, summarised principles are evaluated according to contemporary codification. Based on previous data the editions are compared afterwards. The research revealed that older editions bear only tendencies of regular corrections, while in later editions the regular corrections and editorial principles are evident. But neither these do comply with current requirements of editorial practice. According to predictions, character of corrections also revealed which methods the editions adopted from each other.
