Auf dem Weltsymposium in Karlsruhe sprach ich über der Umsetzung der Materialien für die Unterstützung des Studiums auf der Universität Pardubice in der Tschechischen Republik. Die Situation erfuhr in der letzten Zeit erhebliche Änderungen. Der Unterricht mit Hilfe des Systems e Doceo von der Firma Trask solutions wurde vertieft. So stehen den Studenten elektronische Hilfsmittel zur Verfügung. City House – Mixet Use Architecture

Řešené území se nachází v Brně v městské části Zábrdovice. Je vymezeno z východu řekou Svitavou, z jihu ulicí Cejl a ze západní strany ulicí Jana Svobody. Jeho rozloha je cca 18 790 m2. Z urbanistického hlediska je intenzivní dům samostatným městským blokem, který se však otvírá východním směrem k řece Svitavě, a tak komunikuje s nábřežím. Na druhou stranu je zde vytvořen i soukromý a polosoukromý prostor uvnitř bloku jako relaxační zelená „zahrada“ ve více úrovních. Hmoty objektu navazují v prodloužené linii na stávající sousední bloky a respektují tak integritu území. Intenzivní využití území spočívá v dosaženi vysoké hustoty zástavby, ovšem při zachováni kvalitního životního a obytného prostředí. Dochází zde k mísení funkcí a vytvoření města krátkých vzdáleností, kde je téměř vyloučena doprava. Pro dosažení takové intenzity je využíváno prostorového urbanismu. Princip návrhu spočívá v jednoduché lineární formě hmot respektujících tvar pozemku, která je oživená ve vnitrobloku umístěným elipsoidem, který je akcentem vůči lineární formě. Elipsoid slouží jako malé kulturní a výstavní centrum (KC), zároveň spojuje všechna ramena ohraničujícího bloku a přivádí denní světlo do prvního podlaží. Blok se otevírá směrem k řece a jeho poloveřejný prostor je s nábřežím propojen schodišti a zelení. Zeleň je uplatněna také na střechách. Ohraničující hmota je perforovaná a tak vytváří kryté terasy. Hlavním architektonickým záměrem bylo vytvoření integrované struktury, kde významnou roli hraje vnesení přírody a polyfunkčnosti do celého území, a tak zvyšuje jeho atraktivitu. Z dispozičního hlediska se jednotlivé funkce prolínají ve všech úrovních. Z konstrukčního hlediska se jedná o železobetonový monolitický skelet o 7 podlaží (1 podzemní a 6 nadzemních).The territory lies in the City of Brno, in the urban district of Zábrdovice. From the east it is demarcated by the Svitava River, from the south by the Cejl Street, and from the west by the Jan Svoboda Street. Its area is approximately 18,790 m2. From the standpoint of urban planning¸ the intensive house is a separate city block, which is, nevertheless, open in the eastern direction towards the Svitava River, thus communicating with the embankment. In the other direction there is both private and semi-private space inside the block as a relaxation green “garden” in several levels. The mass of the object links up in the prolonged line with the existing neighbouring blocks and thus respects the integrity of the territory. Intensive use of the territory consists in the achievement of high density of built-up area, and at the same time preserving the surroundings of quality for life and habitation. Functions are mixed here and a city of short distances is created here with nearly excluded traffic. In order to achieve such intensity, space urbanism is employed. The principle consists in a simple linear form of masses respecting the shape of the lot, which is vivified with an ellipsoid located in the courtyard, which is an accent towards the linear form. The ellipsoid serves as a small cultural and exhibition centre, at the same time connecting all the arms of the defining block and bringing daylight to the first floor. The block is open in the direction to the river and its half-public space is connected with the embankment with a staircase and verdure. Verdure is also made use of on the roofs. The defining mass is perforated, thus creating covered terraces. The principal architectonic intention was to create an integrated structure, where a significant role is played by the introduction of nature and polyfunctionality to the whole territory, thus increasing its attractivity. Use of spectral analysis for the treatment of paroxysmal or persistent atrial fibrillation

Introduction: Atrial fibrillation is most common sustained cardiac arrhythmia characterized by rapid, unorganized atrial electrical activation. Its incidence in- creases with age and comorbidities. The presence of AF has been demonstrated to be independently associated with increased morbidity and mortality. The tre- atment of AF remains challenging. The aim of the present work is to use the analysis of heart rate variability in prediction of AF occurrence, and during tre- atment procedures of AF for better understanding of physiology of AF. Results of time-, frequency- and non-linear analyses were used in two present studies. The first study was study of patients undergoing hybrid ablation of atrial fib- rillation. Hybrid ablation consists of surgical epicardial thoracoscopic procedure, followed by electrophysiological catheter ablation. The second part is done 1-3 months after the surgical part. The aim was to establish the coincidental damage of ganglionated plex during the first, surgical procedure, using the analysis of heart rate variability during the electrophysiological procedure. The aim of the second study was the prediction of post-operative AF in pa- tients undergoing open-chest cardiac surgery, using the pre-operative heart rate variability analysis. Methods: Study 1: Patients with...Úvod: Fibrilace síní (FS) patří mezi nejčastěji se vyskytující setrvalé arytmie, která je charakteristická svojí rychlou a neorganizovanou aktivací srdečních síní. Její výskyt vzrůstá s věkem pacienta. Toto onemocnění zvyšuje mortalitu, morbi- ditu či výskyt tromboembolických příhod u pacientů. Nalézt způsob, jak vyléčit tuto arytmii, zůstává stále předmětem mnoha výzkumů. Tato práce se zabývá vy- užitím analýzy variability srdeční frekvence (HRV) v léčbě fibrilace síní. Výsledky z časové, frekvenční a nelineární analýzy byly použity ve dvou případech. Prvním z nich bylo využití v léčbě u pacientů léčených hybridním způsobem pro fibrilaci síní, kdy pacienti podstupují nejprve kardiochirurgický zákrok, na který v od- stupu času navazuje elektrofyziologický výkon (studie 1). Cílem bylo odhadnout vliv ablace gangliových plexů na autonomní nervový systém. The Philosophical Topics in Selected Works by Milan Kundera

This philosophical-literary diploma thesis entitled "Philosophical Topics from Selected Literary Works of Milan Kundera" deals in the first part with the literary, historical and philosophical context. It then discusses the life and work of the writer Milan Kundera. The second part focuses on four prose works by Milan Kundera, namely on Laughable Loves, The Unbearable Lightness of Being, Immortality and Ignorance. In these works, the author aims to draw reader's attention to the ideas of various philosophers that influenced the literary work of the writer Milan Kundera. Spiritual songs and their influence on Christian education in church kindergartens

The bachelor's thesis deals with sacred music in church kindergartens. The history of preschool institutions and the history of music in church education are mentioned at the beginning of the theoretical part of this thesis. The Czech fiction, which reflects the child's relationship to music in church educational institutions, is also mentioned in this bachelor's thesis. One of the chapters is devoted to general information about contemporary church kindergartens, a subchapter is devoted to the use of spiritual songs in church kindergartens. The last chapter of the theoretical part deals with the pedagogy of Franz Kett. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to answer research questions that deal with the use of spiritual songs in contemporary church kindergartens, the expansion of the pedagogy of Franz Kett by comparison with the bachelor's thesis of Lucie Drahokoupilová. The research was carried out using a questionnaire survey. The research questions, which are summarized in the last chapter, were answered thanks to the survey. Na začátku teoretické části je zmiňovaná historie předškolních institucí a historie hudby v církevním školství. V bakalářské práci se objevuje také zmínka o české beletrii, v níž se promítá vztah dítěte k hudbě v církevních vzdělávacích institucích. Jedna z kapitol se věnuje obecným informacím o současných církevních mateřských školách, část je věnovaná využití duchovních písní v CMŠ. Poslední kapitola teoretické části pojednává o pedagogice Franze Ketta. Cílem této bakalářské práce je zodpovědět výzkumné otázky, které se zabývají využitím duchovních písní v současných církevních MŠ, rozšířením pedagogiky Franze Ketta a komparací s obhájenou bakalářskou prací Lucie Drahokoupilové. Výzkum probíhal metodou dotazníkového šetření. Díky odpovědím z dotazníků mohly být zodpovězeny výzkumné otázky, jež jsou shrnuty v poslední kapitole.
