Screen-Printed Carbon Electrodes Modified by Rhodium Dioxide and Glucose Dehydrogenase

The described glucose biosensor is based on a screen-printed carbon electrode (SPCE) modified by rhodium dioxide, which functions as a mediator. The electrode is further modified by the enzyme glucose dehydrogenase, which is immobilized on the electrode's surface through electropolymerization with m-phenylenediamine. The enzyme biosensor was optimized and tested in model glucose samples. The biosensor showed a linear range of 500–5000 mg L−1 of glucose with a detection limit of 210 mg L−1 (established as 3σ) and response time of 39 s. When compared with similar glucose biosensors based on glucose oxidase, the main advantage is that neither ascorbic and uric acids nor paracetamol interfere measurements with this biosensor at selected potentials

V předložené práci se zabývám tvorbou podnikatelského plánu pro start - up prodejny, která bude poskytovat doplňky specifického stylu Cafe Racer pro motocykly. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vymezení základních pojmů spojených s podnikáním, popisuje současné podnikatelské prostředí v České republice a hlavní důraz je kladen na metodiku tvorby podnikatelského plánu. Praktická část se již zabývá vlastní tvorbou konkrétního podnikatelského plánu pro start up prodejny s motodoplňky. V plánu bylo především analyzováno prostředí, vytvořena vhodná marketingová strategie, sestaven finanční plán a sledovalo se i riziko podnikatelského záměru.This work deals with the creation of a business plan for a start - up of a store that will provide specific style accessories Cafe Racer Motorcycle. The theoretical part is focused on definition of the basic concepts of entrepreneurship, description of the current business environment in the Czech Republic and the main emphasis is put on the methodology of creating a business plan. Dohoda o vině a trestu Abstrakt Tato rigorózní práce se zabývá kontroverzním institutem sjednávání dohody o vině a trestu, a to z důvodu jeho aktuálnosti, neboť nedávno byl novelizován. Tento institut byl poprvé zakotven do českého právního řádu v rámci zákona č. 193/2012 Sb., jenž novelizoval trestní řád. Institut byl v loňském roce novelizován, a to poprvé od jeho existence, převážná část této práce se zabývá i samotnou novelizací. Rigorózní práce je rozčleněna do čtyř kapitol. První kapitola je zaměřena na historický vývoj vzniku institutu dohody o vině a trestu. A to nejen v české právní úpravě, ale také stručným zahraničním vývojem, a to konkrétně od předpokládané první uzavřené dohody až do konce 20. století. Zahraniční vývoj je rozdělen pro kontinentální a angloamerickou právní kulturu, kde důraz je kladen zejména na historický vývoj ve Spojených státech americký, kde je tento institut také nejdéle zaveden a používán ve více než 90 % případech, jako jedno z řešení soudního sporu. Druhá kapitola se věnuje samotné argumentaci ve prospěch a neprospěch zavedení institutu dohody o vině a trestu. V těchto argumentech jsou zahrnuty především názory odborníků a odborné veřejnosti ze zahraničí i České republiky. This institute was first introduced into the Czech legal system under Act No. 193/2012 Coll., which amended the Criminal Procedure Code. The institute was amended last year, for the first time since its existence, and the bulk of this thesis deals with the amendment itself. The thesis is divided into four chapters. The first chapter focuses on the historical development of the institution of the plea bargain. It Geuses not only on the Czech legislation, but gives also a brief introduction into foreign development, specifically from cocclusion of the supposed first agreement to the end of the 20th century. The foreign development is divided into the continental and Anglo-American legal system, where the emphasis is mainly on the historical development in the United States of America, where this institute is also the mudt established and used in more than 90% of cases, as one of the solutions to a court dispute. Historie nebo fikce? Problematika hybridních útvarů: román HHhH Laurenta Bineta

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou hybridních útvarů, zvláště románem HHhH Laurenta Bineta. Přestože se historie i fikce navzájem ovlivňují a obohacují, jejich vztah je značně problematický. I proto se filosofové, historici i literární kritici snaží nalézt odpověď na otázku, jak psát (o) historii. Touto otázkou se zabývá také Laurent Binet ve svém románu HHhH, ve kterém se střídají dvě dějové linie. V první se vypravěč neustále obrací na čtenáře, se kterým sdílí své pochyby o možnosti jakkoli věrně pojednat o historické události. Ve druhé linii líčí události, které vedly mj. k atentátu na zastupujícího říšského protektora Protektorátu Čechy a Morava, Reinharda Heydricha. Cílem práce je pojednat o vztahu mezi historií a fikcí, jelikož tento vztah během 20. století prošel překotnými změnami, které jsou patrné i v analyzovaném textu. Práce je rozdělena do dvou oddílů. První, který slouží jako teoretický podklad pro následnou analýzu HHhH, pojednává o historiografických přístupech, které se ve 20. století významně měnily a vyvíjely. Druhý oddíl sleduje odraz jednotlivých historiografických přístupů v HHhH a zkoumá, k jakým úsudkům došel autor románu ve snaze nalézt odpověď nejen na otázku, jak psát (o) historii v postmoderní době, ale také kudy vede hranice (pokud nějaká ještě existuje) mezi...The diploma thesis concerns the questions of hybrid literature, especially the novel HHhH by Laurent Binet. Even though history and fiction can impact and enrich each other, their relationship is quite problematic. Therefore philosophers, historians and literary critics are trying to answer the questions of how to write (about) history. Laurent Binet tackles this in his novel HHhH, in which two storylines keep alternating. In the first one narrator constantly addresses the reader, expressing his doubts if it is even possible to give a faithful account of an historical event. In the second storyline he portrays the events that led to the assassination of deputy Reich Protector of the Bohemia and Moravia Reinhard Heydrich. The goal of the thesis is to analyse the relationship between history and fiction, as this relationship has during the 20th century undergone rapid changes, which are also apparent in the analysed text. The thesis is divided in two parts. The first, which serves as a theoretical base for the subsequent analysis of HHhH, depicts the historiographical approaches, which have changed and evolved significantly in the 20th century. Změna diversity nižších rostlin podél Scotia arc.

Skotské moře a jeho ostrovy jsou jednou z nejméně probádaných oblastí na světě a nejméně dotčených oblastí člověkem. Nachází se zde mnoho endemických druhů nižších rostlin, díky mladému geologickému systému a vulkanické činnosti. Studovaná oblast se nachází mezi nejjižnějším cípem Jižní Ameriky a nejsevernějším cípem Antarktického kontinentu. Vzhledem ke geologické a vulkanické diverzitě nabízí toto prostředí prostor pro tvorbu nových mladých ekosystémů a díky tomu je toto prostředí ideální studijní plochou nabízející rozsáhlé možnosti výzkumu, nejen na poli diverzity těchto mladých ekosystémů. Tato bakalářská práce představuje souhrn dostupných zdrojů o nižších rostlinách v této oblasti a jejich šíření v rámci ostrovů. Jako příloha této bakalářské práce je vytvořen list, který představuje souhrn zástupců nižších rostlin. Nakonec je diskutována schopnost jejich šíření současného i historického významu a platnost základních ekologických principů na šíření a množství výskytu jednotlivých druhů. There are many endemic species of lower plants, thanks to the young geological system and volcanic activity. The study area is located between the northernmost tip of Antarctic continent and the northernmost tip of the South America. Due to its geological and volcanic diversity, this environment offers space for the creation of new young ecosystems, making it an ideal learning area offering extensive research opportunities not only in the diversity of these young ecosystems. This bachelor thesis presents a summary of available sources of lower plants in this area and their spread within islands. As an annex to this bachelor thesis is created a sheet, which represents a summary of representatives of lower plants. Finally, the ability of their dissemination of current and historical significance and the validity of basic ecological principles on the spread and quantity of individual species are discussed.
