Service company process optimalization

The theme of the diploma thesis deals with the description and improvement of business process inside of the service company. The Goal is to formalize current state of business processes in the Czech division of international hardware producer and provide overall view on the processes for the company management. In the first section there is a company profile described by organisation chart, strategy, SWOT analysis and brief description of the internal information system. The middle part contains descriptive tables and Event-driven process chains of three main processes and their subprocesses. In the all processes there are identified few weaknesses that are the base for the last section. The final part suggests specific improvements to the weaknesses. It is author's proposals for solving difficulties inside of the processes. In conclusion all of the plans are grouped by every single role in the process

Needs of Archive Data Processing for Drilling Documentation for Reediting of Geological Maps

Import 01/09/2009Práce se zabývá možnostmi zpracování dat archivní dokumentace vrtné prozkoumanosti pro účely re-editace geologických map v měřítku 1:25000. Zájmovým územím byl mapový list 25-231 Rožnov pod Radhoštěm. Údaje ukládané do vytvořené databáze byly zhodnoceny z hlediska různých kritérií, které se objevily v průběhu realizace diplomové práce a dotýkají se řešeného úkolu. Jedná se zejména o současný stav prozkoumanosti a kompatibilitu starých a nových normových předpisů základových půd. Bylo zjištěno řada problémů s využitím archívních údajů pro účely sestavování map. Zjištěné limity využití dat jsou důležité pro účely jejich racionálního použití, zejména pro sestavení geologické mapy a do budoucna i inženýrskogeologické mapy.This project undertakes possibilities of processing data archive documentation of drilling exploration for re-editing purposes of geological maps in scale of 1:25 000. Interest area was map sheet number 25-231 Rožnov pod Radhoštěm. Data loaded to database were utilization in light of criteria, that appeared in progress of thesis realization and touched project objective. It is especially present-day estate of drilling exploration and compatibility of old and new rule formula. In project appeared many problems with utilising archival data for map composition. Revealed limits of data utilising are responsibile for its reasonable application, especially for composition geological map and engineering geology map.Prezenční541 - Institut geologického inženýrstvívýborn

Forms of electronic money

The intention of this work is to supply compact overview of most used forms of electronic money from the user's point of view. These forms represent kinds of products of payment methods available in the Czech Republic. First part contains facts about the evolution of bank cards in the whole world and about their short history in the Czech Republic. The work explains dif-ferences of various card types in two ways: type of record and the way, how the transaction is carried to account. Next part is focused on payment terminals from merchant angle of view. It contains real data of terminal payment records in a small shop. Based on this real-world example, there are costs necessary for maintaining of the terminal stated. At the end there are on-line payment options available on the Czech internet described. This information can help both e-shop's customers and e-shop itself

Arteriovenous Fistula after Femoral Artery Puncture Leading to Pulmonary Edema: The Role of Ultrasonography

Local complications of arterial puncture include hematoma, pseudoaneurysm and formation of arteriovenous fistula (AVF). The latter could cause ischemia of the particular extremity or can be hemodynamically significant especially in patients suffering from congestive heart failure. We report a case of femoro-femoral AVF after thin needle arterial puncture for blood drawing. The development of this iatrogenic AVF led to pulmonary edema. The patient stabilized completely after surgical closure of the AVF. The AVF was diagnosed by duplex Doppler ultrasonography and this method was also used for estimation of blood flow through the AVF. We discuss the role of ultrasound AVF diagnostics and the method of flow calculation
