Determination of nitrates in vegetables by capillary izotachophoresis

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá stanovením dusičnanů v zelenině metodou kapilární izotachoforézy. V teoretické části se práce věnuje výskytu dusičnanů v zelenině, jejich zdravotním rizikům, vlivu zpracování, běžně používaným metodám stanovení, kapilární izotachoforéze a jejímu praktickému využití. V praktické části jsou uvedeny podmínky pro stanovení dusičnanů kapilární izotachoforézou a použité chemikálie. Zelenina s vyšším obsahem dusičnanů je srovnána se zeleninou v bio kvalitě. Dusičnany v zelenině jsou současně stanoveny pomocí diagnostických papírků.This bachelor thesis deals with determination of nitrates in vegetables employing the capillary isotachophoresis technique. The literature review is devoted to occurrence of nitrates in vegetables, their health risks, the influence of food processing onto nitrate content, commonly used methods of determination as well as the capillary isotachophoresis and its practical application. Experimental part focuses on the application of capillary isotachophoresis for determination of nitrate content in vegetables obtained from conventional agriculture and organic farming.

Předmětem bakalářské práce je dokumentace pro provádění stavby Radnice, Městského Obvodu Mariánské Hory a Hulváky na Mariánském náměstí v Ostravě. Podkladem pro vypracování byla studie vytvořená autorkou v předmětu Ateliérová tvorba III a Ateliérová tvorba IV pod vedením Ing. arch. Martina Nedvěda, Ph.D.. Stavba je šestipodlažní objekt s technologickým zázemím a radničními archivy v 1. PP, kavárnou, vstupní halou a obřadní síni na 1. NP a prostory pro radničení v 2. -5. NP V této bakalářské práci byla studie dopracována do dokumentace pro provádění stavby dle vyhlášky 405/2017 (kterou se mění vyhláška 499/2006 Sb. o dokumentaci staveb) a dle upřesňujících podmínek zadání bakalářské práce.The subject of the bachelor thesis is the documentation for realization of the construction of the City Hall, Marianske Hory District and Hulváky District at Mariánské náměstí in Ostrava. The basis for the elaboration was the study created by the author in the subject Studio Atelier III and Studio IV under the supervision of Ing. arch. Martin Nedvěd, Ph.D.. The building is a six-storey building with technological background and town hall archives in the 1st underground floor, café, entrance hall and ceremonial hall on the 1st floor and premises for 2nd-5th. floors. Základem pro návrh vhodné marketingové strategie jsou údaje získané na základě teoretických poznatků a aplikace zvolených marketingových metod. Výstupem diplomové práce jsou konkrétní návrhy dílčích prvků marketingové strategie, která je předpokladem úspěšného zavedení nového produktu ve společnosti.This diploma thesis deals with issues concerning marketing strategies of a newly implemented product at Danza Brno, z.s. The main grounds for the appropriate proposal of marketing strategy are the figures acquired on the basis of theoretical findings and application of chosen marketing methods. Pomocí interních zdrojů a dotazníkového šetření je provedena analýza současného motivačního systému ve společnosti. Na základě výsledků tohoto šetření a identifikace zjištěných nedostatků, jsou navržena možná zlepšení stávajícího motivačního systému této společnosti.The thesis is focused on the improvement of the work motivation in the company Plastika a.s. It has been made survey an analysis of the curent motivational system in the company using internal resources and questionnaire survey. Possibilities how to improve the motivation system of this company have been formed on the basis of result this analysis and identification shortcomings.

Cost management of machinery in construction company

Hlavním tématem této bakalářské práce je řízení nákladů na výrobní stroje ve stavebním podniku. V teoretické části jsou nejprve obecně definovány druhy nákladů, kalkulací nákladů a odpisů, poté jsou na teoretické úrovni řešeny stroje ve stavebnictví. V praktické části jsou vypočteny provozní náklady dvou reálných strojů, které mají vliv na sazbu strojhodiny. Vypočtená sazba strojhodiny je následně srovnána s reálnou sazbou obou strojů a jsou navržena případná zlepšení.The main theme of this bachelor thesis is the management of the cost of production machines in the construction company. In the theoretical part, the types of costs, costing and depreciation are defined in the first place, then the theoretical level is solved in machines in the building industry. In the practical part, the operating costs of two real machines are calculated, which affect the machine-hour rate. The calculated machine-hour rate is then compared to the real rate of both machines and improvements are suggested.

The goal of this diploma thesis "Marketing Activities of Pietro Filipi Fashion Brand in years 2010-2012" is to describe and analyze activities and communication of pietro filipi brand on the market of the Czech republic. In this diploma thesis following activities are showcased based on the principles of fashion marketing and branding. The first part of the thesis describes situation on the Czech market, stratification of domestic and foreign brands and general segmentation of fashion brands. The next part deals with the specific segment of medium premium brands, its direct domestic and foreign competition in this segment, marketing communication and activities of these brands. The second part describes and analyzes history of pietro filipi, product portfolio, target group and specific marketing activities of this brand. Questionnaire survey in the end of the thesis indicates weaknesses in brand communication with customers and its ambiguous identity.Bakalárska práca "Marketingové aktivity módnej značky Pietro Filipi v rokoch 2010-2012" sa zaoberá popisom a analýzou pôsobenia a komunikácie značky pietro filipi na trhu v Českej republike. v českém jazyce Závaznost rozhodčích nálezů v mezinárodních investičních sporech Účelem této práce je analyzovat závaznost rozhodčích nálezů, a to ve vztahu ke stranám sporu, především ale pro budoucí tribunály. Práce se dále zabývá de facto precedentem a jeho vývojem v mezinárodním investičním právu. Teoretický výzkum je podpořen empirickou studií investičních rozhodčích nálezů. Důvodem pro tento výzkum byla existence konfliktních nálezů v mezinárodním investičním právu, která podrývá právní jistotu jednotlivých investorů a států. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do tří částí. První část je úvodní a zabývá se obecnou charakteristikou mezinárodních investičních sporů. Tato část popisuje systém dvoustranných dohod na podporu a ochranu investic a systém řešení sporů, lterý ponechává investorovi volbu fóra, ktere bude daný spor rozhodovat. Kapitola dále rozlišuje dvě možná vnímání role rozhodce: prvním je vztah "principal-agent", kde je rozhodce pouhým agentem stran a je zcela nezávislým na ostatních tribunálech, druhým je potom postavení arbitra nejen jako agenta stran sporu, ale také agentem celé mezinárodní investiční komunity. Further discussed is the de facto precedent and its development in international investment treaty arbitration. Theoretical research is supported by an empirical study of case law. The reason for my research is the existence of conflicting awards in international investment law which undermines legal certainty of investors and States. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part is introductory and concerns with the general characteristics of international investment dispute. This part describes the system of bilateral treaties for the reciprocal encouragement of investment and the dispute mechanism in which investors are left with a choice before which body the dispute will be heard. The chapter then distinguishes two different perceptions of tribunals: the principal-agent relationship where tribunal acts only as an agent of parties to the dispute independent of other tribunals; and tribunal as an agent of parties and also agent of the whole investment community. Comparing of the parameters for the determination of cardiac dyssynchrony from the ultra-high-frequency electrocardiogram

Tato práce se zabývá analýzou vysokofrekvenčního EKG, konkrétně parametry pro stanovení srdeční asynchronie z amplitudových obálek ultravysokofrekvenčního EKG. V teoretické části práce je popsáno konvenční a vysokofrekvenční EKG, způsob jejich snímání a parametry získaného záznamu. Dále je popsán převodní systém srdeční a jeho blokády. Na tuto problematiku navazují kapitoly o srdeční asynchronii a její léčbě pomocí biventrikulárního kardiostimulátoru – resynchronizační terapie. Kapitola o resynchronizační terapii zahrnuje popis metod používaných pro indikaci k terapii na základě konvenčního i vysokofrekvenčního EKG. V praktické části práce jsou navrženy nové parametry pro stanovení srdeční asynchronie z vysokofrekvenčního EKG, naprogramována jejich detekce v prostředí MATLAB a popsána její realizace. V poslední části práci je popsáno statistické vyhodnocení dat a je rozhodnuto o vhodnosti použití navržených parametrů.This thesis deals with the analysis of high-frequency ECG, namely by parameters for the determination of cardiac asynchrony from the amplitude envelopes ultra-high-frequency ECG. In the theoretical part is described the conventional and high-frequency ECG, procedure of their scanning and parameters of the acquired record. Also is described the electrical conduction system of the heart and its blockade. This issue is followed by chapters about cardiac asynchrony and its treatments by biventricular pacemaker – resynchronization therapy. The chapter about resynchronization includes a description of the methods used for the indication for therapy based on conventional and high-frequency ECG. In the practical part are proposed new parameters for determining heart asynchrony from high-frequency ECG, programmed their detection in environment MATLAB and described realization of detection and obtained results. In the last part of thesis is described statistical evaluation of data and is decided about suitability of use the proposed parameters.
