industria y prosperidad colectiva multinivel.

The present research crosses the Fashion and its analysis of how it is interpreted according to the
country or city where it is developed, also evidences this Industry, is able to move millions, as long
as this one is well managed and directed. Throughout the research process, we have analyzed
significant research directly related to our purpose, proving in turn that the theme of fashion design
is the subject of study of many students and companies that see in it, business opportunities,
Industry and collective multilevel prosperity.
Fashion design as such, is not new, is a legacy of centuries ago, with a set of characteristics and
techniques that many countries successfully succeed in rescuing the legacy left by their ancestors,
repotencing it and launching it into the world transformed into products of international interest.
While it is true that fashion concerns professionals and companies of the sector, they also manifest
the rescue of these techniques and the diversification and decentralization of their efforts in
provinces where we can still find manifestations of living culture that industrialized could well
become the topic of Production in series, or development of haute couture proposals, which can
generate business models in the provinces.
In a city like Trujillo, fashion design began to take shape more than a decade ago, and although in
time we have seen the birth of many proposals, few are struggling and only one that has achieved
greater expansion and positioning of its brand and its products. It is here that we recognize and
identify the opportunity of Marketing to manage strategies that develop and position attractive
products developed on real studies based on market intelligence, and especially in the studies of
consumer behavior, in order to synthesize an attractive commercial offer with Values and
interpreting the true needs of a specific group capable of keeping a portfolio of products alive, thus
leading a company or format to success and growth, or the birth of competing proposals, where the
only beneficiary is the market and its consumers.
As a representative sample in Institutes of fashion design in the city of Trujillo, we chose the
current consumers of the Fashion Design Institute Isa Torres have characteristics such as: in their
totality are women, young people in a range of age of 15 to 24 years, oriented to the innovation,
passionate and loyal by its race, dependents Of their parents in relation to the payment of their
career, with a business vision, dedicated, propose variety in teaching, have much confidence and
security of those who do; So that the Institute must adapt to the demanding of the consumer and
must take into account their opinions as clients, to achieve success in terms of business expansion
and improvement of services; Likewise, they must achieve excellence in teaching, having people
with experience and achievements, generating employment opportunities, which is what every professional is looking for in the course or end of his career; These are criteria that consumers in
this area are always taking into account for their choice.

Education for Newly Diagnosed Sarcoma Patients: A Community Service Project
Sarcoma is a rare neoplasm that may be found in any location in the body’s soft tissues or bone (NCCN, 2020). As with all cancer, early diagnosis is important. With sarcoma, there is increased urgency to obtain a proper diagnosis early on because of the common incidence of metastasis of the primary tumor. The increased rate of metastasis in sarcoma is due to the favorable spread of cancer cells through the blood and lymphatic system (Pennacchioli et al., 2012). The treatment protocol after a new diagnosis of sarcoma depends on the type and may include multi-targeted therapies such as chemotherapy, radiation, and/or surgery (Gebhardt, et al., 2022). There exists a lack of access to sarcoma patient education and an increasing population in the U.S. with decreased health literacy. These factors contribute to a decreased patient understanding of their diagnosis and are found to decrease survival. Literature review and analysis of online sarcoma education shows that existing education is written above what the NIH considers the general U.S. population’s reading level (Patel et. al., 2015). This led to a partnership between the authors and Rein in Sarcoma (RIS), a non-profit organization based out of Minnesota. The authors partnered with RIS to enhance remotely accessible and easy to understand sarcoma education through online videos aimed for newly diagnosed sarcoma patients and their families. The five video series describes what sarcoma is, treatment options, experiences from sarcoma survivors, caregiver experience, and education on various topics such as: advanced directives, hospice, and palliative care. The videos were professionally edited and distributed by RIS online to increase accessibility of sarcoma education
Impacts of Habitat Fragmentation on Northern Bobwhites in the Gulf Coast Prairie Landscape Conservation Cooperative
The northern bobwhite (Colinus virginianus) has experienced range wide declines over the last several decades, primarily due to loss and fragmentation of habitat. As populations decline, there is a need for understanding factors that impact bobwhite population persistence at local and regional spatial scales. Our goal was to assess changes in land use and their relationship to bobwhite declines at 3 different spatial scales (region, county, and home range) in Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana. We used North American Breeding Bird Survey (BBS) data from 1974-2014 to create abundance maps and trends. At the regional scale, we compared bobwhite abundance with road density (2000, 2010), human population (1970-2010), and land use (1974-2012). We then used the BBS data to identify counties with stable and declining bobwhite abundance, and then compared bobwhite abundance to land use at metapopulation (800-9600 ha) and home range scales (15 ha). Bobwhite populations decreased from 45.93 ± 1.01 birds/count in 1970 to 11.55 ± 0.64 birds/count in 2012. as road density and human population increased. Pasture and other land increased, woodland was relatively stable, and cropland decreased in 2012. At the metapopulation level, declining populations had higher road density, more edge and patch area for pasture, and larger patches of cropland compared to stable populations. At the home range scale, declining populations had significantly fewer, and smaller, woody patches, more herbaceous habitat, and less bare ground. This study demonstrates that while on a small scale managers can provide woody cover and reduce cropland effects to support stable populations, the large-scale drivers of bobwhite decline, namely human population growth and the resulting loss of habitat, will be critical to quail management in the future
Stability of plurilamellar liposomes containing bromophenol blue and pyrazinamide
ABSTRACT
As an essential part of drug delivery systems. the encapsulation of all kinds of solutes into liposomes under every conceivable condition has become viable not only for research purposes but for economical and medical purposes as well. One of the biggest hurdles faced by liposomes is the maintenance of its stability in vivo, which is an interplay of a number of factors such as lipid fluidity, presence or absence of cholesterol, antioxidants, cryoprotectants, the prevention of lipid hydrolysis.
The focus of this paper is to study the effects of temperature and varying molar ratios of cholesterol and tocopherol succinate on the integrity of the lipid bilayer. Reverse evaporation method was used to encapsulate the solutes - bromophenol blue and pyrazinamide — using a 2:1 chloroform-methanol as solvent. The encapsulated materials in the samples were quantified using UV-Vis Spectroscopy and limiter characterized using differential scanning calorimetry.
For the bromophenol blue experiments, the highest percentage of encapsulation achieved was 61.88%. with the DPPC cholesterol tocopherol succinate ratio of 3:2:2 and the obtained transition temperature was 94.99°C. The AH obtained further validated the stability of this formulation as this was the same solution which had the highest AH at 428.5 J/g. In the case of the pyrazinamide experiments, the highest encapsulation percentage achieved was only 13.77%, with a ratio of 3:3:3 and an accompanying transition temperature of 98.58°C. The AH for this solution was not the highest obtained but was actually the lowest at 7.54 J/g
Class level landscape metrics at the metapopulation persistance scale

Metrics are as follows: percent land (Pland_%), patch density (PD_#_km2), largest patch index (LPI_%), edge density (ED_m_km2), patch area (Area_km2), and Euclidean nearest neighbor patch (ENN_m). Classes included pasture/rangeland, woodland, cropland, other land, and water
Data from: Correlates of habitat fragmentation and northern bobwhite abundance in the Gulf Prairie Landscape Conservation Cooperative
The northern bobwhite Colinus virginianus has experienced range-wide declines over the last several decades, primarily due to habitat loss and habitat fragmentation. As northern bobwhite populations continue to decline, there is a need for studies that address the impact of habitat changes on population persistence at multiple spatial scales. Our goal was to assess changes in habitat and land use related to northern bobwhite declines across multiple spatial scales in Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana. We determined northern bobwhite trends for 1972-2012 using Breeding Bird Survey data. At the regional scale, we compared northern bobwhite population trends with road density (2000, 2012), human population (1970-2010), and land use (1974-2012). At the county and local scales, we compared class-level landscape metrics between counties with stable and declining northern bobwhite abundances using Student's t-tests. Northern bobwhite populations decreased from 45.95 ± 1.01 birds/route in 1970 to 11.55 ± 0.64 birds/route in 2012. Road density and human population increased by 3,331.32 ± 66.28 m/km2 and 42,873 ± 8,687 people/county, respectively. Percent pasture and rangeland was relatively stable, as was percent woodland. Alternatively, the percentage of other land (houses, roads, wasteland) increased. At the county scale, Texas and Oklahoma counties with declining northern bobwhite populations had higher road densities, larger patches of pasture, smaller patches of woodland, and larger patches of cropland compared to stable populations. At the local scale, Texas and Oklahoma counties with declining northern bobwhite populations had less woody cover in smaller patches, and fewer but larger patches of herbaceous and bare ground, compared to populations with stable abundance. Therefore, while managers can provide woody cover and reduce cropland effects at the local scale to support stable quail populations, the large-scale drivers of northern bobwhite decline, which are human population growth and resulting habitat loss, will be an important aspect of northern bobwhite conservation and management in the future
Class level landscape metrics at the home range scale.
Home range (0.15 km2) scale class level landscape metrics for counties with declining and stable populations of northern bobwhite. Metrics are as follows: percent land (Pland_%), patch density (PD_#_km2), largest patch index (LPI_%), edge density (ED_m_km2), patch area (Area_km2), and Euclidean nearest neighbor patch (ENN_m). Classes included wood, herbaceous, and bare ground. Herbaceous and bare ground were combined for analyses
