PENDAMPINGAN LITERASI DIGITAL UNTUK PENGEMBANGAN KELOMPOK INFORMASI MASYARAKAT DESA BITING

Implementasi literasi media digital di Desa Biting masih belum maksimal. Klasterisasi permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra meliputi bidang pengetahuan, manajemen, dan sosial, bidang pengetahuan (lack of knowledge) yaitu minimnya pengetahuan tentang tugas pokok dan fungsi (tupoksi) KIM, dan minimnya pemahaman literasi digital, bidang manajemen (unskilled) meliputi belum tersedianya media penunjang (website KIM), dan rendahnya keterampilan literasi digital khususnya dalam manajemen pengelolaan website, bidang sosial (low of awareness) yaitu rendahnya kesadaran dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam melaksanakan program KIM. Metode pelaksanaan program dilakukan melalui dua cara yaitu edukasi dan fasilitasi teknologi. Program kemitraan masyarakat ini berhasil dilakukan sesuai target yang direncanakan dilihat dari adanya peningkatan pengetahuan mitra tentang KIM dari hasil nilai pre-test dan post-test yang menunjukan adanya peningkatan sebesar 13,2% yaitu dari 76.6 menjadi 86,6, dan saat ini telah terbentuk pengurus KIM Biting periode 2020-2021. Indikator keberhasilan program pengembangan website dapat dilihat dari ketersediaan website KIM Biting, youtube serta instagram. Indikator keberhasilan program pelatihan literasi digital yaitu nilai pre-test dan post-test yang menunjukkan ada peningkatan sebanyak 1,67% yaitu dari 98,3 menjadi 100. Selanjutnya indikator keberhasilan program pelatihan jurnalisme online dapat dilihat dari peningkatan kuantitas dan konsistensi pengurus KIM Biting dalam upload berita di website serta konten youtube dan juga feed di instagram. Adapun program pelatihan komunikasi interpersonal belum dapat mencapai hasil yang optimal meskipun saat ini upaya peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap urgensi keberadaan KIM terus diupayakan oleh pengurus melalui berbagai media

Electron bunching from a dc-biased, single-surface multipactor with realistically broad energy spectrum and emission angle of secondary electrons

We studied the influences of wide energy spectrum and emission angle of secondary electrons on electron bunching from a dc-biased single surface multipactor. In our previous study of the same system, an ideally narrow energy spread of secondary electrons without emission angle was used in the analysis of the electron trajectory [M. S. Hur, J.-I. Kim, G.-J. Kim, and S.-G. Jeon, Phys. Plasmas 18, 033103 (2011) and S.-G. Jeon, J.-I. Kim, S.-T. Han, S.-S. Jung, and J. U. Kim, Phys. Plasmas 16, 073101 (2009)]. In this paper, we investigated the cases with realistic energy spectrum, which is featured by a wide energy spread and significant emission angle. To theoretically approach the matter of emission angle, we employed a concept of effective longitudinal velocity distribution. The theoretical results are verified by particle-in-cell (PIC) simulations. We also studied the electron bunching from a copper by PIC simulations, where we observed stable electron bunches with bunch width of approximately 80 mu m.open3

A modified fifth-order WENO scheme for hyperbolic conservation laws

This paper deals with a new fifth-order weighted essentially non-oscillatory (WENO) scheme improving the WENO-NS and WENO-P methods which are introduced in Ha et al. J. Comput. Phys. (2013) and Kim et al., J. Sci. Comput. (2016) respectively. These two schemes provide the fifth-order accuracy at the critical points where the first derivatives vanish but the second derivatives are non-zero. In this paper, we have presented a scheme by defining a new global-smoothness indicator which shows an improved behavior over the solution to the WENO-NS and WENO-P schemes and the proposed scheme attains optimal approximation order, even at the critical points where the first and second derivatives vanish but the third derivatives are non-zero.Comment: 23 pages, 14 figure
