Chemical constituents contained in T. erecta are polyphenols and flavonoids useful in wound healing. Ethanolic extract of T. erecta formulation into the hydrogel highly beneficial in the treatment process. The sterility perfomed also be a critical point in ensuring the quality of medicines. The physical characteristics of the hydrogel highly dependent on the material used gel base. This study used a combination of three types of bases are Carbopol 940, Colagen and CMC. Physical properties testing conducted shortly after the formulations obtained good results. Stability testing conducted during the three months that remain sterile hydrogel obtained or not contaminated with microorganisms. Formulasi ekstrak daun T. erecta dalam bentuk hidrogel sangat bermanfaat dalam proses pengobatan. Karakteristik fisik hidrogel sangat bergantung terhadap bahan basis gel yang digunakan. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan kombinasi tiga jenis basis yaitu karbopol 940, gelatin dan CMC. Sterilitas sedian juga menjadi titik penting dalam menjamin kualitas obat. Dalam penelitian ini dibuat tiga formula hidrogel dengan bobot basis yang berbeda-beda. Pengujian sifat fisik yang dilakukan sesaat setelah proses formulasi didapatkan hasil yang baik. Pengujian sterilitas yang dilakukan selama tiga bulan didapatkan hasil sediaan yang tetap steril atau tidak terkontaminasi mikroorganisme

    Performance of Islamic Boarding Schools in developing the beefcattle agribusiness partnership network as a communityempowerment institution in Central Java

    ABSTRACTA study had been conducted to evaluate the performance of Islamic Boarding Schools (IBS) indeveloping the beef cattle agribusiness partnerships network in Central Java. This study involved 24 IBSwith each IBS selected two respondents, namely one from internal (santri) and one from external(farmer community). Sample determination uses purposive sampling method. This study uses GapAnalysis by determining the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) value. Primary data were collectedthrough direct observation and interviews with respondents. Secondary data was obtained from relevantgovernment institutions. The results showed that the beef cattle agribusiness partnership network thatwas developed by IBS still did not satisfy for santries and farmer communities (CSI.s.total : 30.73% andCSI.f.total : 47.05%). It was concluded that farmer communities were very enthusiastic about establishingthe beef cattle agribusiness partnerships with IBS; the santries needed additional livestock curriculums;IBS needed training and assistance from the other parties (government, private sector, etc.) in order toimprove the ability to raise beef cattle and the ability to train, instruct and plan the beef cattle farmingdevelopment in surrounding area.     In an age of modern era of electricity has become a staple of man this is related to the level of the economy and population so that distribution of electrical energy must be guaranteed in accordance with the PP No. 5 in 2006. voltage quality and effesiensi electrical energy is strongly influenced by the voltage drop and losses - losses electrical power. Reconfiguration is one solution to overcome these problems. Feeder Bangau Sakti is one of the outgoing feeders GI Garuda Sakti with extensive feeder 51.150 kms. simulations carried out with the help of ETAP softwere (Electrical Transient Analisys Program) version 12.6. The simulation results show the lowest voltage received is 17.502 kV with a voltage drop of 14.6% to a loss of power of 1,195 MW and 1,639 MVAR. Reconfiguration is done with load transfer by means of changes in status and make changes LBS LBS layout simulation results based on ETAP 12.6 on the reconfiguration of the four lowest voltage on the feeder Bangau Sakti is 18.664 kV with loss - loss of power into 0.598 MW and 0.787 MVA

    The study aim to analyze employee competency gaps at the branch level and then develop them through training and learning process. The analysis covers the soft and hard competence. The soft competence includes achievement motivation, communication skills, problem solving, teamwork, integrity, accountability and respect to others. The hard competence include marketing management/product selling, risk management, operational management, systematically thinking-cross function, product knowledge, product selling approval process, and working procedure related to his/her job, understanding financial statement of company / business unit and company vision, mission and strategy. To conduct mapping of competence gap it is used competency model through clearly defining for each competency level. The results of the gap analysis will be an input to run training and learning, based on the level of employee competence gaps.     ABSTRACT Purple Sweet Potato (Ipomoea batatas L.) and Red Cana Flower (Canna coccinea Mill.) contain natural dyes (anthocyanins) which are used as an alternative natural dyes as well as natural antioxidants. This study aims to make and discover the physical evaluation of blusher preparations using natural dyes in a combination of Purple Sweet Potato extract and Red Cana Flower with a concentration of 15%: 15%, 15%: 20 %, 20%: 20%. This research used laboratory experimental methods. The results of the physical properties test showed that the resulting preparations gave a light purple to purplish pink color, had a distinctive odor of pafrum oleum rose, had a soft texture, all preparations had a homogeneous composition, the ph value of the preparations ranged from 6.00 – 6.45, the best polish at concentrations dye 20%: 20%, for 14 days of observation the color on all preparations did not change with light, and the most preferred preparations by researcher are those with dye concentrations of 20%: 20%. It shows that it can be concluded that a combination of ethanol extract of Purple Sweet Potato and Red Cana Flower. Can be used as a natural dye in blush preparations. Keywords:  Ipomoea batatas L., Canna coccinea Mill., Blusher. ABSTRAK  Ubi Jalar Ungu (Ipomoea batatas L.) dan Bunga Kana Merah (Canna coccinea Mill.) mengadung pewarna alami (antosianin) yang digunakan sebagai zat pewarna alami alternatif mapun sebagai antioksidan alami. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat serta mengetahui evaluasi fisik sediaan perona pipi dengan memanfaatkan pewarna alami pada kombinasi ekstrak Ubi Jalar Ungu dan Bunga Kana Merah dengan konsentrasi 15%:15%, 15%:20% dan 20%:20%. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimental laboratorium. Hasil pengujian sifat fisik menunjukan bahwa sediaan yang dihasilkan memberikan warna ungu muda hingga merah muda keunguan, bau khas parfum oleum rose, teksturnya lembut, semua sediaan memiliki susunan yang homogen, nilai pH sediaan berkisar 6,00 - 6,45, polesan terbaik pada konsentrasi zat warna 20%:20%, selama 14 hari pengamatan warna pada semua sediaan tidak mengalami perubahan terhadap cahaya, dan sediaan yang paling disukai oleh panelis adalah sediaan dengan konsentrasi zat warna 20%:20%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kombinasi ekstrak etanol Ubi Jalar Ungu dan Bungu Kana Merah dapat digunkan sebagai pewarna alami dalam sediaan perona pipi. Kata kunci: Ipomoea batatas L., Canna coccinea Mill., Perona pip

    Service Quality is a condition related to how much the service provider can provide the type of services that customers expect, and ultimately make the customers feel satisfaction and ending with the attitude of loyalty. It can be influenced by various factors that exist in dimensions of service quality that is: reability, responsiveness, assurance, emphaty, and tangibles. This type of research is explanatory with quantitative approach. Population in this research is savings customers on BCA who aged 20-50 years old, have savingаccount BCА, feel the service on BCА, аnd conduct trаnsаctions on behаlf of its own more or less one yeаr. The sаmple used in this reseаrch wаs 134 people choosen with purposive sаmpling. Аnаlysis of dаtа used descriptive аnаlysis аnd pаth аnаlysis. The result shows thаt service quаlity hаs significаnt influence on the customers sаtisfаction аnd customer loyаlty, аnd customer sаtisfаction hаs significаnt influence on customer loyаlty. Bаsed on this result, the Bаnk should mаintаin аnd increаse the customers sаtisfаction аnd customer loyаlty. This аction cаn be done through mаximаzing, reducing а risk of humаn error with performing the professionаlism without decreаsing the good аspects thаt аlreаdy exist. Populаsi penelitiаn ini аdаlаh nаsаbаh Bаnk BCА yаng berusiа 20-50 tаhun, memiliki rekening tаbungаn Bаnk BCА, dаn melаkukаn trаnsаksi аtаs nаmа sendiri di BCА selаmа kurаng lebih 1 tаhun. Sаmpel yаng digunаkаn dаlаm penelitiаn ini sebаnyаk 134 reponden dengаn menggunаkаn purposive sаmpling. Аnаlisis dаtа yаng digunаkаn аdаlаh аnаlisis deskriptif dаn аnаlisis jаlur (аnаlisis pаth).     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kitosan dan Trichoderma sp. terhadap keparahan penyakit antraknosa (C. capsici) pada buah cabai (C. annuum L.). Hipotesis yang diajukan ialah bahwa aplikasi kitosan dan Trichoderma sp. dapat menekan keparahan penyakit antraknosa pada buah cabai, terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara perlakuan kitosan, dan Trichoderma sp. terhadap keparahan penyakit antraknosa pada buah cabai, dan kitosan tidak berbeda jauh dengan fungisida berbahan aktif kaptan dalam menekan keparahan penyakit antraknosa pada buah cabai. Penelitian inidilakukan di Laboratorium Penyakit Tumbuhan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Lampung dari bulan Mei hingga Agustus 2012. Percobaan ini terdiri atas 5 perlakuan, yaitu kontrol (P1), kitosan (P2), kitosan+Trichoderma sp. (P3), Trichoderma sp. (P4), dan fungisida berbahan aktif kaptan (P5). Perlakuan disusun dalam Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan masing-masing perlakuan 3 ulangan. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan sidik ragam kemudian untuk melihat perbedaan antar perlakuan menggunakan Uji Beda Nyata Terkecil (BNT). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kitosan, kitosan+Trichoderma sp. dan fungisida sintetis berbahan aktif kaptan dapat menekan keparahan penyakit antraknosa pada buah cabai. Trichoderma sp. saja tidak dapat menekan keparahan penyakit antraknosa pada buah cabai, dan pengaruh kitosan dalam menekan keparahan penyakit antraknosa pada buah cabai sebanding dengan fungisida sintetis berbahan aktif kaptan

    This research aims to describe the factors influence the consumer\u27s psychological, describe the influence of the factors in consumer\u27s psychological, and to describe the dominant factor in consumer\u27s psychological toward buying decision. Research type used in this research is explanatory research with quantitative approach. The population is Faculty of Administration\u27s Student, University of Brawijaya Malang. The sample technique that is used is purposive sampling. The sample in this research is 121 respondent. Methods used in collecting data is spread questionnaires. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis, factor analysis, multiple regression analysis, and partial regression analysis. The results obtained from analysis, there are six factors influence the consumer\u27s psychological, such as Attitude Factor, Learning Factor, Perception Factor, Believe Factor, Motivation Factor, And Communication is Needed Factor. These six factors are jointly having significant influence on Buying Decision with Adjusted R square of 0,442 and significance level of 0,000 (p≤0.05). These six factors are partially having significant influence on Buying Decision by the regression coefficient (B) respectively: 1.782, 0.683, 0.665, 0.466, 0.455, and 0.931 and significance of 0.000, 0.006, 0.005, 0.045, 0.050, 0.000 (p≤0.05). The dominant factor is the Attitude Factor can be seen from higher Beta value of 0,530
