    Deteksi Ekspresi Protein Wnt4 Pada Uterus Mencit (Mus Musculus L.) Dengan Metode Immunohystochemistry

    Study to detect the expression of Wnt4 protein in the uterus of Swiss Webster mice with immunohistochemistry method has been done. Laboratory animals that were used are adult Swiss Webster mice weighing 25-30 grams. Pregnancy is determined by the presence of vaginal plug in female mice after breeding. Uterus was isolated on seventh days of gestation. The detection of protein expression was done by paraffin method using mouse anti-Wnt4 (Santa Cruz Biotechnology) as primary antibody with 1:250 in dilution. Visualization of Wnt4 protein was done by DAB as chromogen. The positive reaction to the primary antibody showed in perimetrium, myometrium, and endometrium in uterine tissue. The positive reaction to the primary antibody were expressed on blood vessels also. It could be concluded that the Wnt4 protein as signal molecule regulates the embryo development by circulation system.     PENGEMBANGAN PERANGKAT PEMBELAJARAN DENGAN METODE PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF GI (GROUP INVESTIGATION) PADA STANDAR KOMPETENSI MEMPERBAIKI CD PLAYER DI SMK NEGERI 2 SURABAYA

    Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan suatu perangkat pembelajaran yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran pada standar kompetensi memperbaiki CD Player di SMKN 2 Surabaya. Buku ajar yang digunakan dalam perangkat pembelajaran dikembangkan dengan menggunakan metode Pembelajaran Kooperatif GI. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu lembar validasi perangkat pembelajaran (rencana pembelajaran dan buku ajar), dan tes hasil belajar berupa pretest dan posttest. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research & Development. Pengembangan Research & Development terdiri dari 7 (tujuh) tahapan yaitu: (1) tahap analisis masalah, (2) tahap pengumpulan data, (3) tahap desain produk, (4) tahap validasi desain, (5) tahap revisi desain, (6) tahap ujicoba produk dengan desain one group pretest posttest dan (7) tahap analisa dan pelaporan Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan diperoleh hasil validasi terhadap modul memperoleh validasi dengan rata-rata sebesar 80%, validasi rencana pembelajaran memperoleh rata-rata sebesar 77,68%, hasil validasi soal pretest memperoleh rata-rata sebesar 78,6%, dan hasil validasi soal posttest memperoleh rata-rata sebesar 79,31%. Hasil dari uji coba yang dilakukan didapat hasil belajar siswa menggunakan buku ajar Memperbaiki CD Player, pretest dengan rata-rata 68,83 dan posttest dengan rata-rata 80,25. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa buku ajar Memperbaiki CD Player yang dikembangkan efektif untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran dengan metode pembelajaran kooperatif GI layak digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran (KBM).   Kata kunci : Perangkat pembelajaran, metode Pembelajaran Kooperatif GI,  penelitian & pengembangan, Hasil belajar siswa.   Abstract This study aims to develop a learning device that is used in the learning activities on a standard CD player repair competence in SMKN 2 Surabaya. Textbooks used in the study were developed by using GI Cooperative Learning. The research instrument used is a learning device validation sheet (lesson plans and textbooks), and test results of a pretest and posttest learning. The method used is Research & Development. Development Research & Development consists of 7 (seven) stages, namely: (1) stage of problem analysis, (2) data collection phase, (3) the product design stage, (4) design validation phase, (5) stages of design revisions, (6 ) product testing phase with the one-group pretest-posttest design (7) stages of analysis and reporting From the research that has been done shows the validation of the module gain validation with an average of 80%, validation of lesson plans to obtain an average of 77.68%, the results of the validation question pretest gained an average of 78.6%, and the results validation matter posttest gain on average by 79.31%. Results of experiments performed using student learning outcomes acquired textbooks Fix CD Player, with an average pretest and posttest 68.83 with an average of 80.25. These results indicate that the textbooks were developed to Fix CD Player effective to improve student learning outcomes ..     Analysis of Rice Market Integration in The Province of BaliThe creation of market integration in Indonesia will guarantee production stabilityand the national rice consumption. One of the criteria for integration of the marketcan be seen from the integration level among the rice markets. This study aimed tolook at the degree of integration of rice markets in Bali Province. The data used wasthe real price of rice in the local market as well as data from BPS from 2011 to 2015.To the market integration, it was measured based on IMC (Index of MarketConnection). The results showed that Bali rice market integration integrated in theshort terms with other provinces except with Central Java, South Sumatra, andLampung. In the long terms Bali integrated with other provinces, and best integratedwith West Java, Central Java, Yogyakarta, East Java, and NTB, with their respectiveelasticity transmissions of 0.75; 0.88; 0.82; and 0.79. The role of government isexpected to build good information network, so farmers as producers can have betterbaraining position in determining the prices at the producer level

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kecenderungan kecurangan akuntansi dan perilaku tidak etis para pegawai pada Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah (SKPD) Kabupaten Keerom. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada beberapa SKPD Pemerintah Kabupaten Keerom. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 53 pegawai, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner dengan memberi pernyataan tertulis mengenai keefektifan pengendalian internal, ketaatan aturan akuntansi, kesesuaian kompensasi, kecenderungan kecurangan akuntansi, dan perilaku tidak etis kepada responden dan dijawab dengan menggunakan skala likert. Tekhnik analisis data menggunakan uji valditas, uji realibiltas, uji multikonearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, dan uji hipotesis menggunakan program SPSS versi 17.00 For Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) keefektifan pengendalian internal berpengaruh terhadap kecenderungan kecurangan akuntansi di SKPD Kabupaten Keerom, (2) keefektifan pengendalian internal berpengaruh terhadap perilaku tidak etis di SKPD Kabupaten Keerom, (3) ketaatan aturan akuntansi berpengaruh terhadap kecenderungan kecurangan akuntansi pada SKPD di Kabupaten Keerom, (4) ketaatan aturan akuntansi berpengaruh terhadap perilaku tidak etis pada SKPD di Kabupaten Keerom, (5) kesesuaian kompensasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kecenderungan kecurangan akuntansi pada SKPD di Kabupaten Keerom, (6) kesesuaian kompensasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap perilaku tidak etis pada SKPD di Kabupaten Keerom.Kata kunci: keefektifan pengendalian internal, ketaatan aturan akuntansi, kesesuaian kompensasi, kecenderungan kecurangan akuntansi, perilaku tidak etis, SKPD
