Zarządzanie kadrami w organizacji turkusowej na przykładzie firmy Brewa s.c. w Kaliszu
The article identifid activities in the fild of human resources management carried out in teal organizations, a concept developed by F. Laloux. The Polish company Brewa, from Kalisz, which for several years has been implementing the teal organization rules, was used as an example. Using the categorized interview method with one of the company’s owners, detailed functions which make up the human resources management in this organization were presented and analyzed. The fidings indicated that recruitment and selection were considered as belonging to the most important activities in this area, including the introduction of a new employee to work.W artykule dokonano identyfiacji działań w zakresie zarządzania kadrami, realizowanych w organizacjach turkusowych opisanych przez F. Laloux, na przykładzie polskiej fimy Brewa s.c. z Kalisza, która od kilku lat wdraża w swojej działalności zasady organizacji turkusowych. Wykorzystując metodę wywiadu skategoryzowanego z jednym z właścicieli fimy, zaprezentowano i przeanalizowano szczegółowe funkcje, które składają się na zarządzanie kadrami w wyżej wymienionej organizacji. Za jedno z najważniejszych działań w tym obszarze uznano rekrutację i selekcję, w tym wprowadzenie nowego pracownika do pracy
Three-dimensional numerical model of heat losses from district heating network pre-insulated pipes buried in the ground
The purpose of the paper is to investigate the challenges in modelling the energy losses of heating networks and to analyse the factors that influence them. The verification of the simulation was conducted on a test stand in-situ and based on the measurements of the testing station, a database for the final version of the numerical model was developed and a series of simulations were performed. Examples of the calculated results are shown in the graphs. The paper presents an innovative method of identify the energy losses of underground heating network pipelines and quantify the temperature distribution around them, in transient working conditions. The presented method makes use of numerical models and measured data of actual objects.The dimensions of the pipelines used were 6m wide, 8m high and 1m in depth, while they were simulated under conditions of zero heat flow in the ground, in the perpendicular to the sides direction of the calculated area and considering the effects of ground's thermal conductivity. The mesh was developed using advanced functions, which resulted its high quality with the average orthogonal quality of 0.99 (close to 1.00) and Skewness of 0.05 (between 0.00 and 0.25). To achieve better accuracy of the simulation model, the initial conditions were determined based on the numerical results of a three-dimensional analysis of heat losses, in steady state conditions in a single moment. The validation process confirmed the high quality of the model, as the differences between the ground temperatures were approximately 0.1°C

W niniejszym opracowaniu przedstawiono znaczenie kształtowania kultury bezpieczeństwa w przedsiębiorstwie w aspekcie przyczyn wypadków przy pracy oraz oceny ryzyka zawodowego. Zwrócono uwagę przede wszystkim na różne poziomy kultury bezpieczeństwa, a więc analizę tej problematyki na płaszczyźnie społeczeństwa, przedsiębiorstwa oraz jednostki, jak również wskazano na związek pomiędzy kulturą bezpieczeństwa a ilością oraz przyczynami wypadków przy pracy w Polsce. Wyszczególniono ponadto czynniki, które kształtują kulturę bezpieczeństwa w przedsiębiorstwie, zarówno na poziomie zarządzania, jak również samych pracowników.This study presents the importance of shaping of the safety culture in the company in the aspect of causes of accidents at work and occupational risk assessment. Special attention was paid to the different levels of safety culture, ie the analysis of this issue at the level of society, company and individuals, as well as the relationship between the safety culture and the number and causes of accidents at work in Poland. W opracowaniu przedstawiono wyniki badań poziomu kultury bezpieczeństwa w przedsiębiorstwie z sektora MŚP z branży motoryzacyjnej. Do badań wykorzystano autorski kwestionariusz ankiety do pomiaru czynników kształtujących kulturę bezpieczeństwa, tj. zaangażowanie kierownictwa i pracowników, szkolenia BHP, świadomość pracowników oraz ich stosunek do wymagań BHP. Wskazano na obszary wymagające poprawy oraz zaproponowano sposoby na podniesienie poziomu kultury bezpieczeństwa w badanym przedsiębiorstwie.The study presents results of the research of level of safety culture in a company from the SME sector of the automotive industry. The author's questionnaire for measuring the factors influencing the safety culture, ie the involvement of the management and employees, OHS training, employee awareness and their attitude to health and safety requirements, was used in the research. Areas for improvement were suggested and ways to increase the level of safety culture in the audited company were proposed

Test of hypothesis of cryptic diversity of the green toad (Bufo viridis) in Poland.
Celem niniejszej pracy jest przetestowanie hipotezy o kryptycznym zróżnicowaniu ropuchy zielonej w Polsce. Z gatunku pierwotnie opisanego jako B. viridis, obejmującego swym występowaniem większą część Palearktyki, ze względu na dużą różnorodność morfologiczną form wyróżniono wiele gatunków i podgatunków. Ostatnie badania dowiodły, że zawiera on w sobie także taksony kryptyczne. Metody molekularne pozwalają obecnie zidentyfikować gatunki kryptyczne, które do tej pory nie były wyróżniane ze względu na brak różnic morfologicznych. Istniały przypuszczenia, że na terenie Polski B. viridis może występować wraz z B. variabilis - gatunkiem kryptycznym, którego izolowane populacje występują w Danii i północnych Niemczech. Przeprowadzono badania, które zweryfikowały pozytywnie te przypuszczenia. Uzyskano 165 sekwencji genetycznych, z których 105 to B. viridis a 60 to B. variabilis. W ośmiu lokalizacjach gatunki te występują sympatrycznie, z czego w trzech wykryto ampleksusy mieszane. Brak jest w literaurze danych o różnicach morfologicznych i behawioralnych, które mogą mieć znaczenie, np. w konserwacji przyrody. Następnym etapem powinno być przeprowadzenie badań w tym kierunku.The aim of this thesis is verification hypothesis, that in Poland occurs cryptic variability of green toads. Species primary described as B. viridis, which occurs in almost whole Palearctic realm, were differentiated on lots of species and subspecies because of its high morphological variability. Previously studies indicate that it contains also cryptic species. Nowadays molecular methods allows to identificate species, which were hidden because of lack of morphological differences. There were presumptions that B. viridis and its cryptic species – B. variabilis could occur In Poland, because of evidence of isolated populations in Denmark and northern Germany. My results verify this claims. Obtained 165 genetic sequences, of which 105 are B. viridis and 60 are B. variabilis. In eight locations, these species occur sympatric, of which three were detected as mixed amplexus. There is no literaure data on morphological and behavioral differences that may be relevant, eg. in nature conservation. The next step should be to carry out research in this direction
Experimentally Verified Mathematical Model of Polymer Plasticization Process in Injection Molding
The mathematical model of the polymer plasticization in the reciprocating screw injection moulding machine is presented in this paper. Methods of calculation of the most important flow characteristics, such as the solid bed profile, the pressure and temperature profiles, the mass flow rate, the power demand, the screw torque and the energy consumption were analysed. According to the mathematical model, a computer program was developed. Based on the computer program, simulation studies of the injection moulding process were conducted. Thereafter, the experimental studies, evaluating the theoretical model from the accuracy and usefulness point of view, were carried out. Important output quantities, such as the temperature and pressure profiles, the power demand by the screw, the torque on the screw and the screw rotation time were measured. The studies were performed on a specially made research office. The simulation results were compared with the experimental data measured for the most popular polymers and different operating parameters of the injection machine. The experimental studies have indicated the need to introduce some corrections to the mathematical model. Several modifications have been made to the model, mainly related to the methods of stress determining in the polymer layer. Finally, the output characteristics of the plasticization process in the injection moulding are now correctly determined by the model with an average error less than 10%
